Raising Cane's in Brooklyn, NY, delivers a taste of Southern comfort with its focus on chicken fingers. The crispy, golden-brown tenders are juicy and flavorful, perfectly complemented by their signature Cane's Sauce, which adds a zesty kick. The crinkle-cut fries are a satisfying side, though they can be a bit salty for some. The no-frills menu keeps it simple, but the quality shines through. The atmosphere is casual and lively, making it a great spot for a quick meal. Overall, if you're in the mood for delicious chicken fingers, Raising Cane's doesn't disappoint!
Honestly probably one of the nicer fast food places in Brooklyn. I went in pretty late at night but the food was fresh and the place was spotless. It was so nice to see them cleaning actively and really making sure there is no trash on the tables. I even had workers ask me if everything with the food was good and they took the food off the table for me. Really great experience overall!
The chicken tenders are so juicy and delicious. I have never been disappointed in the quality and tast of their food. The place itself is very clean and customer service is great.
This was the best Raising Cane's I had ever been to. I don't know who they have back there cooking but they can cook!! The service was also quick and attentive. Someone came to our table to check up on us, and that to me is unheard of at a fast food place and I adored it!
My boyfriend said of this canes — “It was a utopia. It was what the founder of canes would want his stores to look like. Despite it being busy, everyone was polite. Food came out quickly. People in the kitchen were efficient. Everything was clean”
raising canes was an awesome experience couldn’t have had any better crispy chicken. the service came a little longer than expected but it was worth the wait. everybody should try this specialty
One of the best locations in NYC. The workers are always nice and full of life. Jasmine is an awesome individual. She really makes you forget you’re in a “fast food restaurant,” her personality and care for her job are top tier. The restaurant is always kept cleaned, including the bathrooms and exterior of the building.
Absolutely the Best Gluten Free Bagel I have ever had, and I have tried many. In fact it is so good it would put many regular bagels to shame. I had it delivered which arrived early of the given time. I will be back!
I had a good experience ordering a bespoke muffin with egg white and turkey bacon on an English muffin. Delicious and fresh. People were polite !
This place a has solid bagel selection including rainbow bagels. There are also over a dozen choices of cream cheese, both savory and sweet. The staff is pretty good and turning out orders quickly, but the person working the register is sometimes hit or miss as far as being on point with the orders. There is seating counter and a table so you could eat at the shop, but most people take it to go. My go to here is the Lox Supreme: cream cheese, lox, tomato, cucumber, onion, capers.
A good and quick option for some fried chicken! Location was clean, service was quick.
Menu is simple, only about ten items to pick. Atmosphere is not bad, retro party theme. Chicken strips are not bad, tender and juicy. The sauce is not my taste. French fries look too thin. Cole slaw tastes good.
Chaotic, fast food, decent service , dirty table and you can ask for refill apparently. I would come here again for cheap chicken other than kfc. They both just as nasty. The place is ran pretty well but definitely can get chaotic. We got a table pretty fast but dirty.
Great place for chicken fingers. They're bigger than the ones you get at other chicken places. The Cane sauce, Texas toast and cole slaw are all great too.
Great location in downtown Brooklyn, better accessible by public transportation. Parking anywhere around the establishment is null and void. Try to avoid the area expecting to double park, put your hazards on (like we do lol), jump out, and grab or place your order - you will likely get a hefty ticket, as bus stops surround the restaurant. The food was excellent as I naturally anticipate Cane's to be 🤤. A little crowded in store, so we placed a mobile order while outside, and I dropped my passenger off for pick up and found a safe (non ticketing) spot to stand in the car, not park, about a block away. Little disappointed that our order did not contain utensils or napkins. Otherwise, no other gripes.
If you’ve never tried Raising Cane’s then I will highly suggest that you do! Their Box Combo is delicious. The sauce is a recipe well kept & super good. Customer service is great here, staff is nice and patient. They deal with people by the second so to have someone be patient with a customer is something to acknowledge. Seating is always available even in rush hour. I’ve been coming here for a year and some change and that’s something that won’t change for now
Great service. Happy and friendly workers. I like the toasted bread. The chicken needs to be cooked a bit longer in my opinion. Not bad for a quick meal.
This was my first time trying Raising Cane's, and I had a kids' meal since I didn't want a large portion. The fries were fresh, but the tenders lacked flavor; the sauce helped but didn't make a major difference. I don't usually drink sweet tea, but I saw Ice-T featured in their marketing and decided to give it a try—it was pretty tasty if you enjoy sweet tea. The atmosphere was clean and showcased Brooklyn decor, adding a nice touch to the experience. I don't eat fast food often, but I did notice that most of the meals were a bit premium, with everything over ten dollars and some even close to twenty. Great atmosphere, and customer service.
My first time tasting Raising Cane’s. Though many people were like “it’s just a chicken spot” I wanted to try it myself. The fries were good BUT overly salted. It’s like they took the bag of salt and just dumped it in. The chicken was okay. It is just breaded chicken with no seasoning. The chicken itself was tender which I appreciate but I didn’t eat it all because the sauce did give it any additional flavor to want to finish my meal. I will say the bread was great. The buttery flavor was amazing, however it was only toasted on one side so there is that. I would deff come back for the bread alone. All it all for $12 the proportion was decent and if you need something quick then it works.
Overall: An OK option if you're looking for a bagel, but isn't extraordinary in any particular way. The good: Staff were friendly and the ordering process was pretty straightforward. The not-so-good: The bagel sandwich was fine, nothing to write home about. Not a ton of options to choose from and they were out of a few of them by 10:30AM. Coffee was fine too, but not great.
Everytime I come thru or order online it’s an issue with these hashbrowns, or they can’t hear me when I ask for a toasted sandwich and If I repeat myself they think it’s attitude and get smart like cmon all I said was toast the bread and lemme get two decent orders of hash browns I get one crispy fried burnt hash brown it’s like they hate me or something ugh And then I’m paying 20 something everytime they know they’re overpricing it’s like ugh Can we go to war already with the government
They have the softest bagel I had so far but very very VERY pricy, especially compared to other places with better bigger bagels and a bigger name too! This place also shows up for “kosher” bagels but they definitely are not kosher, as confirmed by the staff. They fry eggs with bacon and pork and don’t separate. I guess if you’re nearby Jay street, you could give this a try. I tried a classic lox bagel with olive cream cheese. The bagel was soft and not too chewy and overall very satisfying. But $18 for this bagel is too much, especially when other places offer the same bagel and in a bigger size with more stuffing for less. They also forgot the capers off my bagels. And the cashier takes too long to get to through the line.
While the blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese was tasty enough, they were a bit skimpy with the cream cheese. I've never seen a blueberry bagel with that kind of color before. It's almost a light green color. Usually they are dark blue, and it didn't taste exactly the same either. That said, the coffee was good and the staff were courteous. Will probably go elsewhere for a bagel next time.
I got the 3 Finger Combo and while the quality of the chicken was good, the tenders themselves were tiny. The toast was fluffy and fresh but even the awesome sauce couldn’t save the dead fries I had. For $12 I have higher expeditions for the quantity and quality of this type of food. It honestly just felt like getting a mediocre public school lunch
Unfortunately not a very good Raising Cane’s experience! Some of my chicken was barely breaded, and my cole slaw was spoiled (the container was bursting & it felt fuzzy/tingly on my tongue when I tried it. Bad taste too. Inedible) Also, I was waiting for my food for a long time. People who came in after me got their food first. After about 20 minutes, I inquired about it and was told they keep the mobile orders in the back. I received no prompting in the app or in the store about this. Staff was really friendly otherwise. I also paid about $2 more at this location for the exact meal I order at other locations. Really frustrated to have wasted money on this meal! I’m starting to get why people complain that Raising Cane’s is poor quality/overpriced.
Not worth the $10 for a bagel and cream cheese and a coffee. Coffee tasted weak. "Management" seem aggressive to one of the guys making my order. I feel bad for the staff. Prices should be updated on Google.
All I ordered was a plain toasted bagel with cream cheese and a small hot coffee with cream and sugar. Could not be more basic than that. I visit local nyc bagel shops all the time. Coffee was mediocre tasted kind of burnt. The bagel would have been fine but it was cold as was the cream cheese. I ate it right as I left the shop too. Very very mid. Not even any cash discounted prices? I’m not saying it was terrible but for my average local bagel shop visit this just wasn’t it. Not that great.
I usually go to this Raising Cane’s location, but during my last visit, I had a really uncomfortable experience. There was an employee I hadn’t seen before (an Asian man) who seemed to have an attitude from the start. He kept glaring at me and was speaking to me in a raised, aggressive tone — it felt unnecessary and unprofessional. When he asked for my name, I asked for his as well because the interaction felt off. I left because I was not going to eat there after that. The overall customer service was terrible. When I tried to call the restaurant to calmly explain what happened, the manager hung up on me mid-conversation. That was extremely disappointing. I really hope management takes steps to address this, because I won’t be returning until this location gets it together.
I was singled out / profiled by an overzealous employee in this establishment. I was accused of loitering while I was waiting inside the establishment. Getting off from work, went into the establishment to decide if I wanted to purchase food the location. Long story short, I asked to speak with the manager and she was cool I explained what had just taken place and she said that I was okay. I get why businesses would have this policy, I do I get, but if I’m minding my business on my phone, I’m not bothering anyone, or causing a problem, remind you I have seen homeless people in this place asking diners for money, and no one says boo, but you say something to me and I’m not bothering anybody. I was definitely profiled by a spicy umpa lumpa.
For a $7 egg and cheese bagel you’d think it be phenomenal but my overpriced bagel was pure salt and $4 for a small green tea? Anywhere else would be better $11+ for trash. I rather have starved for breakfast.
Literally horrible. I got an everything with veggie cream cheese. It was hard as a rock. Tasted like it had been premade the night before and sat in the fridge. No good.
I ordered a cup of coffee early in the morning last Wednesday. Once I placed my order, I waited near the counter and saw the cashier, get an item behind the register. She then caked another customer to the front who ordered a bagel and placed an order for a coffee. I patiently waited and went up to the counter to buy my coffee. Shen then tells me their is a five dollar minimum on card. I I grab another item. But my coffee and say thank you once my coffee was handed to me. Throughout that whole encounter with the cashier, i used please whilst placing my order and thank you once my ordered was complete. Not one time did this cashier apply any sort of manners in return to me. This was first time going in to this establishment and it will be my last
Thieves. They increased the price AFTER I put in my online order. When I told them to keep the items that they adjusted the price on, they told me they couldn’t help me. So they can adjust the price up but not down? DO NOT trust this place. It’s very dishonest and scummy to treat your customers like this. To the owner: stop trying to report my reviews! Attached is a screenshot for proof of you manually changing the price after I ordered.
Zero consistency through online ordering apps. Won’t let me select gluten free bagel on some platforms. Others don’t have the same add on options available. Some require you to choose an add on for an additional up charge without allowing you to proceed. Frustrating and makes zero sense.
