I have to say how disappointed I am after receiving my order today. I always vouche for this place and even tell other ppl how good they r….until TODAY. The young lady that works there displayed some very nasty ways and because of that, I will no longer be buying food from here. She came out the back eating a chicken wing and licked and sucked on her fingers and then TRIED to cut my pizza after it came out the oven. I stopped her and asked if that was for me, she said yes, I said u need to waste it hands, u were just licking and sucking ur fingers, that’s not cool. She gave the other guy the cutter and told him that he can cut my pizza. I SHOULD have asked for my money back and called it a day but I won’t be returning smh. So so disappointed that she thought that was ok smh

We ordered a cheese pie, we got the delivery and as soon as we opened the box. There was aluminum foil on 4 out of the 8 slices. We called the location to let them know. They did not give 0 care. This pizza was made yesterday, over night they wrapped it in foil and reheated for delivery for next day. Again management gave 0 care about this situation. They did not offer a new fresh pie, or a refund. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Pieces of Aluminum foil all over the pizza. The kid at the pizzeria says its fresh pizza made. I am sure, it was wrapped in foil and thrown in the freezer. Never offered to remake a fresh pizza. Horrible, trust me not worth it.

This is probably the worst pizza I have ever eaten. I got four pies (BOGO) on uber eats, and I regret ordering from this place. Not only did the delivery guy handle my pizza poorly (see pics), but the pizza is not tasty. In fact, its just disgusting. I ordered a spinach pie and they clearly used frozen spinach, which is fine. But there's barely any cheese on the pizza, the.crust is soggy and it just.tastes terrible. I do not recommend this place

Order this from uber eats. This might be the worst tasting pizza I've had. I usually don't leave reviews. It was a by one get one free. I saw the rating, but still decided to give it a chance. Not worth the extra pizza.

I was in the mood for pizza, my spot I regularly go to was about to close soon so they ran out. I'm not a fan of Sergio Pizza. Their not consistent at all. Sometimes it's OK. I went there the other day, the crust was thin and hard and the pizza had no taste. Plus I don't know why their charging 3.88 for a slice of pizza that should be 99 cent. I won't be back.

Food really sucks….literally ZERO flavor….on ANYTHING. Everything tasted like it came out of an old can. Whoever is the cook…hang it up. You don’t want this anymore. I could tell everything would be better once it gets seasoning. In the meantime, save your money until this place has a sign that says new management, new cook.

earlier today, i ordered from here for the first (and the last) time. the spaghetti and meatballs are grossly overpriced on ubereats. there was nothing special about the meatballs or the sauce. very generic to the point where i’m unsure whether the meatballs are fresh or frozen. the real kicker was the garlic bread. this is the worst garlic bread i’ve ever had. instead of doing the VERY SIMPLE process of mixing melted butter, garlic, parsley, and cheese and putting it on bread, this establishment sold me STALE BREAD with PACKAGED CHOPPED GARLIC. what kind of italian place cant make garlic bread? theres literally frozen garlic bread better than this. so disappointed, beware!

Ordered garlic bread, but I just got two sandwich buns with nothing but minced garlic in it. As you can imagine it was inedible, and it looked nothing like a picture of it online. Also ordered a white slice of pizza, but they put spinach on it (???).

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. Just had an order delivered and this is what came. Called Sergio's and the lady who answered was not only condescending,but informed me that they are not responsible for the condition of the food once it leaves the restaurant via delivery. No offer of refund or replacement of pizza. This establishment will no longer get any further business from me.
