Very fast service. Sushi rolls were delicious. One suggestion I’ll make though is to add philly sushi rolls with cream cheese because those are my favorite. Still would come back after work every other day.

My favorite is the Bento, I like the chicken dumplings and vegetable spring rolls. Crunchy outside and flavorful filling. I like the spicy tuna roll and the chicken teriyaki. Great price for a good lunch.

They definitely make up for the lack of esthetics with the amount of food your served for the price. The chicken teriyaki with fried rice special hit the spot getting the most bang for your buck!

I stopped here on a whim because I hadn't eaten all day & needed to have something before continuing the remainder of my day. I ordered the chicken teriyaki with white rice. It was surprisingly good! I only ate half of it and was full. The teriyaki sauce wasn't salty, which was a plus.

I ordered the shrimp bento box. The portions were great. My issue is the dirty shrimp, I received. The seats are not very far apart, but you can sit and eat.

I went with a coworker to have lunch. I had the absolute worst customer service experience ever. First, the combos were not explained properly. There was a buy one, get one for $5. The man did not explain that the chicken teriyaki combo was not same as the buy one get one for $5. Second, I explained how it could be confusing considering all I was getting was the damn chicken teriyaki and he just ignored me until it was time to pay for the food. Third, he did not allow for me to get the buy one get one for $5 because my friend got noodles instead of rice. To be all the way clear, it was confusing and he ADMITTED that many people have complained and yet he had an attitude when I said I was confused....I will take my business to the one on Willoughby because its not confusing and they have great customer service....
