Way better than bagel factory #2, always more clean and better service. Worth the walk here, because #2 has gone down considerably the last few months. Great bagels and cozy space with a lot more on their menu. Good stuff!

They have a variety of bagels with a pretty large menus. They have good breakfast menu. The place is too small so you cannot dine in. The staff were super friendly. We had a dietary restriction and they have accommodated us. The coffee was not too bad. The food amount was big and filling. If you love bagels, you may want to try it. And yes they have crazy different types of cream cheese to try on your bagel. They also offer sandwiches on rolls and croissants.

Prices keep going up, service remains pretty poor (despite the nice employees) — easy orders are frequently messed up: wrong cream cheese, not toasting a bagel, etc.

Get bagels and fix them at home. The bagels are good. I have ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel 3 times. It's been wrong every time. It's astonishing.

Similar experience to other reviews. Insanely expensive for subpar quality food. Over $9.00 for a BEC on Roll! That’s $3-4 more than prices in the popular areas of the city. Then the bacon was the soggy flat like pieces. Was a sad sandwich.

As a loyal customer, I expect a smile, not scorn. Asked for three bagels in one bag - the boy took a deep breath, almost groaned, and muttered something under her tongue before tossing them in. Yeah, he fixed it later, but that first snap? Utterly rude. Also every time I walk in one rude man behind the counter calls me wholeweath. I’ve been change different prices on different days and they continue to get order incorrect, I’ve given many changes and talked to the owner before writing this, nothing has improved from my perspective!

Took them 20 minutes to make a sandwich. Ran out of ingredients and had to go buy them across the street. Not only were they terrible but it also cost 30$. Never coming back here again.

I get my lunch from here... the most recent order i got i wasnt pleased with.. my stomach was hurting me after i ate the sandwhich and ended up throwing up. the chicken was not cooked the guy who makes the chicken only covered it in bread crumbs and thats it. i will not be going to this place ever again. i would like to request a refund for the sandwhich which was like 15 dollars for it ohh i forgot to mention how the bread was too soggy as well.

Called in an order for the first time ever, hoping this could be my new neighborhood lunch spot. Came in and they overcharged me several dollars because “prices are subject to change”, even though they gave me the paper menu just days before. When I asked if they could honor the original price, they said yes, and then I tapped my phone and paid, just to discover they charged me extra for using a card anyway.. so they acted like they did a nice thing just to scheme me another way. The food might be decent, but they aren’t honest about their prices. Really disappointing.
