This place hits on all fronts. I go every week with my friends to play games, eat, and drink. 1. Huge, lovely space - booths in the front, plenty of table and bar seating in the bar area, and expansive backyard patio with table and bench seating. 2. Fantastic selection of beer that frequently rotates. 3. Really friendly staff. 4. Easily the best smash burger in the borough.

The beer is solid, the space is great with plenty of outdoor seating. My last visit was in May and the staff was all top-notch, friendly and helpful. Got a quick on-site brewery tour from Eric.

Great time, friendly staff and loved the pils selection. Not what we came for, but no complaints with what we tried. Loved the infused brews - atypical, gender neutral and the seltzers. Kitchen had a nice selection, the covered crab dip fries were so good.

Nice space, lots of seating. Fast and friendly service. Wide range of beers but almost exclusively Threes, not many guests, which isn't surprising I suppose. Good beer though! The food looked fun too.

I've had several of their beers and have thoroughly enjoyed all of them, which is not something I can say about most breweries I've been to. The staff is also very kind, super knowledgeable, and helpful. I came here alone once and fit myself into a corner of the bar - one of the waiters brought be a chair without being prompted. Jason, one of the bartenders, was fantastic and gave me excellent recommendations! They also have live music and comedy shows that I can't wait to come back for!

Threes Brewing Gowanus was SO much fun to photograph at! The brewpub has a lot of character and a great energy for couple’s big days. As NYC wedding photographers at Megan & Kenneth, it’s always a treat to find new venue locations that offer something unique. The Main Bar was rustic and had unique lighting. The backyard was so cute as well! They had an intimate ceremony with loved ones gathered around and it felt so personal in this space. We heard plenty of rave reviews from the wedding guests–– we’ll have to come by sometime when I’m not on the job. Overall, the Brooklyn-based brewery is an amazing location and option for any event.

This was a great place to drink a beer while watching a toddler play with the rocks in the backyard beer garden area. Came here on a Father’s Day Sunday and there was a wedding going on for a few hours, so we came back. And got a great seat outside. Ordered some group food, which was all better than expected. Mexican street corn. Meatballs. Pigs in a blanket. All great. No kids after 7pm. We left at 7:15pm, and they weren’t jerks about it.

Absolutely amazing spot. No expense spared on this space. Gorgeous bar, cafe with performance space, and courtyard. The bartenders were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The beers were wonderful. I ran down most of the list and enjoyed them all. Very fresh with no off-flavors. The food was from another entity that resides in the same space called The Meat Hook and it was delicious. I left with a happy full belly and an armload of fresh canned beer. This was the quintessential brewery/munchies experience for me. Cant wait to go back.

A solid brewery experience. I used to regularly come on days off and weekends - they had an excellent food menu with Pittsburgh salads and guest taps. The food seems to change now with different vendors. The taps are mostly current offerings, and while they make some great lagers and IPAs there’s not quite as much variety as other spots (Wild East, Finback). The vibe is fun, it’s very busy on the weekend,

We held our annual company holiday party in the Tiny Montgomery room. The staff was wonderful - very friendly and attentive. The room was cozy and perfect for our small group. They have such an interesting drink menu.

The beer and food here are good. There's generally enough space for people to hang out, but it is truly miserable trying to talk to people in this venue. Even for people sitting 2 feet from me, they're unable to hear me due to how loud they're playing the music. Yes, I get it, it's 8:30pm, it needs more of a "bar" atmosphere, but if I can't hear the people I'm with, what the hell is the point of going to this place? In essence, how loud the music is, is bad enough to remove three stars from the review

Went here as it was the recommended spot as part of the Brooklyn half marathon. Do not recommend going there. And certainly will never be back. For some reason despite being the official beer spot they only put on 3 bar staff of which 2 were extremely rude and seemingly unwilling to serve beers. Bizarre. The woman at the start of my video screamed 'you have to wait' at me after I had politely bar waved for attention following 10minutes in the queue and finally getting to the front, I then waited a further 10minutes while she and her bar staff served anyone but me. Not worth anyone's time, the place also stank.
