The absolutely most disgusting pizza, breadsticks, flatbread, and garlic cheese bread I have ever had. Everything was burnt. The stuffed crust pizza look like it had been sitting for hours and was dried up and burnt. My dogs wouldn't even eat what was there. We spent $50 to throw the food away. Will not be back. Would have reordered but did not want to get worse food.

Ordered last night. Worst pizza I've ever had. Looked like it had been under a heat lamp for two hours, and tasted like and old tire. Disgusting....

This is (at least) the 5th chance I’ve given this location to get my order right, and tonight, once agai, they didn’t make my sandwich correctly. The first sub I ordered was the chicken parm, they didn’t put any marinara on the sub and it was almost burnt. I called them after this explaining the sub gets marinara and the manager said she would make sure all cooks knew. The next sub I ordered was the whole honeyBBQ- the first time there was no ranch, cheese, or lettuce. So again, I called the store to make sure they knew how it was to be made. Tried the garlic parm and honey bbq 1 more time each and they were made the wrong way again. I called each time after. I gave them one and final chance tonight with the honey bbq and when I opened it at home, the bun was hard and dark brown, and the inside included only honey BBQ wings and ranch. No cheese or lettuce. I’ve worked at a Pizza Hut before and know that there should be directions for each sub posted for cooks to see. Sorry, but Ridiculous!!!

We were in Bryan, OH for a very short time today, we decided to have their Pizza Hut Buffet seeing that our Pizza Hut in Auburn, IN no longer offers it. Very small restaurant. Our server was super sweet & attentive. However, the pizza took so LONG to hit the buffet. The first set of pizzas were placed 15 minutes after us sitting at 11:30am, gone in 5 minutes of being placed. By now the dining room is getting filled up, after church lunch. 4 pizzas 30 minutes later & 4 more pizzas 30 minutes after that. People standing around waiting buffet stand for pizza. The buffet was never full until we were about to leave at 1pm. SUPER SLOW. There were several guests that kept asking if pizza would come out, the servers just kept saying we have more in the oven it will be out soon. There’s no need to not have pizza on the buffet at all times. For a $12.00 buffet meal per person, keep pizza on the buffet. Another thing, they were NOT participating in the FIFO. I watched numerous servers dumping FRESH bread sticks & cinnamon sticks on top of the old. Salad bar was good, what they had of it. They had no tomatoes, bacon bits, onion & many more veggies that were lacking. No cottage cheese, pudding, jello etc. The sugar caddies need cleaned, super nasty & sticky. Now, let’s talk about the women’s restroom. Gross. The floor is super greasy, light in the stall doesn’t work, it’s pitch black in there doing your thing. The sink faucet had gunk coming out from underneath it. Trash can was super full for the restaurant just opening. The restaurant needs a Major updating. The seats are all worn down, so many of the booths had some major damage to them. Rips and tears. Stains in the fabrics in the booths. Our over all experience wasn’t a good one.

The ONLY reason I came on here is to PRAISE the poor young man with the long blonde hair who was running the entire front ALONE. positive attitude even with cars wrapped around the building, tables, people standing for to goes, only to hear management is what I would assume? Scream from the back “SOMEONE ANSWER THE PHONE” do better for your people. Bless this young persons heart for being so up beat and doing AMAZING.

My aunt and uncle Ordered over 70$ worth of food today for a Christmas get together and when the food was delivered, they didn't knock and just dropped the food and left. No idea how long before my husband discovered it. When my uncle called, he was hung up on twice and then told there was nothing that they could do about it. So disappointing and unprofessional.

0 stars for service, food, and atmosphere. The food we received was cold, incorrect, and not corrected. We ordered cheesy bread, and it came out without cheese. It then took 25 minutes to run the bread through the oven again to melt the cheese. We did not receive said cheesy bread until after we were done eating. Waitress was not presentable and did not listen to our requests the entirety of our meal. We ordered lemon pepper fries, which came out with no lemon pepper. We were then told that the fries did indeed have lemon pepper on them. They did not.. Our meat lovers melt had HAIRS in the food. We were then told that another melt would be made. We talked to the manager, and she was very disrespectful and said there was nothing she could do about it. They said they could only give us a 10% discount on our total meal cost. Our entire experience was dissatisfiying and we will not be returning anytime soon due to their customer service, and how they handled hair being in their food. The best thing we had tonight were our drinks.

Just ordered 2 melts , one chkn bacon marinara one meat lovers very disappointed. Both were soggy dripping with grease, and the so called bacon was all just big pure white pieces of fat enough to make you gag. Called to see of I could get like half a refund and was told they don't do refunds anymore, and offered a remake of my order. No thank you, why would I want the same nasty food again... will never order or eat there again !🤢

Was very disappointed with everything when my wife and I went there this past weekend (11/4/23). The waitress didn't know about the deal that was posted on the window when we tried to order it and then came back and said we were good to go and took our order. The food took way longer than usual and when it did come out we had to get our own plates off the salad bar as none were brought for us. After eating was told they couldn't find the deal in the system so we had to pay the normal prices, which was quite a bit higher than what it was supposed to be. The wings and melt I got were swimming in grease which usually isn't this bad. We use to love coming here and liked that it was one of the last sit down pizza places. We won't be coming back again sadly unless we hear things have improved.

Placed an online order. Got to the store and they were out of the main item we had wanted and even placed the order for. The employee explained that the GM had told her to "get creative" and offer a substitute. The substitute item we were offered was not something we were interested in and would not have eaten so I just asked for a refund/partial refund. I was told no and that I had to accept a substitute. The employee offered a different item, at which point I had no choice to accept. This is completely unacceptable and I would consider theft. I paid for the item I wanted. If you don't have that item, give my money back. Period. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut ever again.

I typically hear poor things about Bryan Pizza Hut, so I 99.9% of the time just make the trip to Auburn, IN. I decided to give the Bryan location the benefit of doubt & decided to order there since it is closer to home. After spending a crispy $50 - the only thing satisfactory was the cheese bread and wings. The Big New Yorker looked like it had sat and dried out all day & a simple mushroom pizza, somehow got confused for a chicken and mushroom pizza.. with ranch? Was severely let down, as Pizza Hut is our favorite pizza place and we hadn’t gotten it in awhile, so we were looking forward to this meal. Disappointing ☹️

Waited 45 minutes for a $9 order … I was the only car in the drive through … was told to pull forward for 10 minutes by a male with long hair . waited 20 then had to drive back to the window because I was forgotten about. You can’t depend on any food places in Bryan the workers do not care . My sandwich bread is hard as rock it’s burnt …. Very disappointed
