A normal Panera Bread, with the wonderful food that you expect. The service is lovely, they bring food to your table promptly. Our kids love the Mac and Cheese (don't order the small,bit is tiny), though the soups and sandwiches are honestly all delish. This location even for breakfast has lots of seating.

I was driving home after being awake and out early on a Saturday morning. Very early. Since I had nothing more planned to do and I was hungry. I wanted an egg and cheese sandwich and a hot tea. I thought I would go to Panera Bread, so I entered my request into Google Maps. When I arrived, there were ultimately zero customers inside other than one man with a cell phone charging. The building was well maintained up until the shared parking lot, which was littered and filthy. I guess nobody is assigned, or the property management company is not doing its job. The bathroom was clean, as was the overall restaurant, The service was quick and efficient with me using the self-service kiosk. The young man behind the counter was very nice as he greeted me. The tea was hot. The sandwich was kind of sad because the sausage patty was used well past its shelf life. I felt as if they overcooked, as it was a slow morning for the store. I ate my sandwich inside the restaurant and the sausage patty was old and not too good. Overall, the hunger was suppressed, and I was satisfied to drive away with an enjoyable hot tea.

Nice place to go for lunch - healthy options available and welcoming staff. I went here for lunch and had the Chicken Terriaki with Broccoli bowl with rice - it was pretty tasty, but could be better with a little more flavour/browning of the chicken. There is an impressive range of food & drinks on offer.

An overall healthy menu that has a good amount of variety. The "pick two" menu is great because everyone gets to pretty much create their own combo meal. The virtually unlimited beverage club is a great deal if you live or work near a Panera. This Panera has a large seating area inside and a few outdoor tables as well - and the staff is very customer service friendly!

I was so shocked when I got this breakfast sandwich at this very small size of it I mean, I didn’t want a big huge breakfast burrito size sandwich, but the little skimpy half that I got for $8 was laughable. I guess it could also be because I asked for sourdough. I sat there and laughed a few times because it was the size of a toddlers breakfast, and I suppose I could’ve just went to McDonalds. The staff was good, I did wait a minute because I guess they preferred me to order using the self tablet, but I didn’t see it at first, so I waited at the counter and it took a few minutes for somebody to come take my order, but whatever. It was almost 9am and there was only a few customers. Everybody was friendly and the store was clean, bathrooms clean, the food is tasty, the pastries looked great, the coffee is OK. I’m just disappointed about the chicken, chipotle, egg and avocado breakfast HALF a sandwich.

8/26 I'm struggling with my choice to pick Panera as one of my places to frequent for lunch. Maybe I'll try another location next time. Sadly, employees must not be trained to at least cut the brown part off of the avocado. 😔 It was actually not ripe and I could not cut it with just the fork. Disappointing. It was still a tasty salad though. Next time maybe dine-in so I can address it then vs driving back to the office. -------------------------------------- I'm a new Panera convert since they got rid of all the garbage in their food (artificial colors, flavors, etc.). I've been quite pleased my past few times that the food now has flavor, tastes fresh, and their online ordering and pick up system is very easy to use. Today the sandwich missed the mark a little. It had good flavor and was fresh tasting but the presentation is a bit misrepresented from the website to reality. The salad looks very good and they seem to be very consistent with the salad quality, which is nice. Hopefully, it was just an off day and future sammies will look more like the photo. 😊

Food is usually good but they consistently never have the pick up orders ready by the time they say they are. Today it took them 20 min longer than when the notification said it'd be done, and when they finally handed me the bag they forgot a baguette (but played it off as if they were still preparing it). The employee (Valerie) was not friendly and seemed annoyed when I asked about the baguette. She went on to complete other orders while I kept waiting, even though all she had to do was put a baguette in a bag.

They removed their best sandwich from the menu, now their Mac and cheese is the only thing off their menu I'd actually want to get. That being said, I tried their chicken balsamic and grains salad and it was quite bad. The ingredients did not go well together, such a sad lunch. The staff here is pretty nice tho, that much I'll say. Oh! And their chips, don't skip their chips, they're the BEST!!!

Oh my. The "upgrade" is depressing. The place looks like a nearly all white hospital cafeteria. Oh and they removed the reading alcove with armchairs, sigh. It is good that the furniture fabric is clean. The food is still Panera good.

Flies on pastries! Be careful when eating at this location. I spoke to the staff about the flies on the bread. The manager tossed just one piece from the display even though i told her there was multiple flies wandering all over the bread. I was pretty disgusted and won’t be coming back to this location.

‼️ The service was disorganized, the food was poor quality, and the customer service was disrespectful. I would not recommend this location especially if you’re expecting basic cleanliness, fresh food, or staff who actually care about fixing issues. I had a very disappointing experience at this Panera Bread. My order took an unusually long time, and no one ever called my name or checked on me. No organized system, and no staff helping customers who were eating inside. I eventually had to get up and look around myself only to find my food sitting there cold. The food quality was also unacceptable. My Caesar salad lettuce was clearly old and had reddish/brown spots, which made it feel unsafe and unpleasant to eat. To make things worse, I was there with my family and my baby. I went to grab a high chair and every single one I saw was extremely dirty. That alone says a lot about the cleanliness and attention to basic hygiene. When I noticed the salad and tried to politely ask for help, the manager’s response was honestly shocking. She didn’t even look at me or inspect what I was trying to show her. She simply turned around, ignored me, and walked into the kitchen without saying a word. That level of rudeness and lack of care made the situation even more upsetting. Overall, unprofessional management, cleanliness issues, poor food quality, disorganized service! Not recommended ‼️.

I get takeout here very regularly on Sunday mornings. Don't ever expect your order to be ready on time, even when it says it is complete. They are always late and lie so their times look good. Food such as sandwiches is thrown together and often missing items.

I was at this Panera location at 5:59am 2/23/2024 and I was able to get in using front door. When I got in one of the person started yelling and freaking out at me and yelled that I couldn't be in the store before 6 am and how did I open the door. I told her that I can wait 1 minute (after checking time on my phone) and the door was unlocked. She started yelling at me that the door is locked and I'm not supposed to get in. Well, I got in and clearly the door was unlocked open all night. And than she started to ramble/yell at me as I walked outside to wait, so I told her that I understand it's early but you can't take that out on me, and she started to yell and ramble again. Her coworker at the store even said "why is she so cranky" after she left. We looked at each other and laughed. It's Friday after all. Def would come again wakes me up better than their coffee.
