Julian our server made the experience one of the best dinners I've ever been to! He was so nice and his attitude was so refreshing after being used to waiters acting like they don't care! He was extremely polite and fun to talk to and made sure our dinner was perfect and was constantly making sure we were happy with everything. Just his customer service alone makes me want to come to dinner here again asap, thank you Julian for the wonderful dinner and service!!

What a great deal that I got through the DoorDash app. Buy one, get one free! Steak and shrimp duo, comes with bread and 2 sides. I got the loaded bake potato soup and the mashed potatoes. Everything was cooked to perfection and my order was on time. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back. Employees were very courteous and made sure to open the door for me.

This steakhouse serves incredibly delicious food. The taste always exceeds expectations, and the service is outstanding. The quality of the food for the price is top-tier. The staff's excellent service makes you smile both while you're dining and waiting for your order. The welcoming atmosphere makes it a great spot to visit with anyone. While I’m already planning to make a reservation to dine in with my family this weekend. I can't wait for this Saturday. I highly recommend this restaurant!

The service was great! Our waitress helped us pick out our food and she kept checking in on us. We also got the chocolate cake but we had it to go. It was a good serving with fudge and ice cream. We both ordered the loaded potato soup, so good! He got the ribeye topped with mushrooms and it was cooked well. I got the New York medallions, surprisingly very good. I thought it would be tough and dry but I was mistaken. Our meal was very good and the service was outstanding.

We came to the Bourbon Experience dinner tonight and it was very good. All the food courses were excellent, the drinks were tasty and the shots were interesting. I'm not much of a Bourbon drinker, but one of them was actually really good, the second one (I don't remember the name.) The filet was extraordinary! And the cheesecake at the end was awesome. I couldn't eat it (except for a bite.)

I went to this restaurant in May 2024, and this post was based on my memory: The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with dark wood accents and soft lighting. The steaks are expertly cooked and full of flavor. The sides are equally delicious, from the creamy mashed potatoes to the crispy onion rings. The service is impeccable, attentive, but not intrusive.

My family and I love this Black Angus location it’s always clean with really friendly staff. I would recommend reservations for holidays even Mother’s Day! We had dinner tonight and it was delicious! I must say I do not recommend the crème brûlée. It was burnt on top and very frozen on the bottom. It was disappointing but the rest of the visit was really good! Walking into Black Angus felt less like entering a restaurant and more like stepping into the aftermath of a gas station bathroom explosion. I opened the door and IMMEDIATELY wondered who in the back was fighting for their life and violently losing. I swear the air had texture. I could taste the trauma. But jokes aside, once I accepted that my nostrils were being held hostage, the food was actually good. LOVEDDD THE POTATO SKINS. Like, insult my senses but feed me well. Whoever made those deserves a raise AND a mask. BUT tbh, 2/10 for aroma, and 100/10 for the potato skins dragging me through this emotional rollercoaster. I left with a full stomach and a damaged nasal passage. Would I return? …Yeah probably.

I very very rarely write bad reviews and I always call the establishment to make it right first. I just do not want anyone's job on the line for a mistake. BUT ill make an exception in this case. I ordered delivery which included the porter house medium rare. I know what medium rare is and this was still mooing, I was cutting any piece at this point to see if there was good one. The whole steak was like that. I did order other items my bill was over $100. I called to speak with a manager, always pleasant because its not their fault. The manager forgot his name, was very condescending right from the start. He sounded annoyed. All I was looking for was reimbursement just for that plate not the entire bill or even a credit thats all and for them to be aware. He said he MIGHT be able to give me $30 (plate was over $40). I just was curious as to why, he chuckled and said I already have my food he most likely cant do anything. Whatever fine, but the attitude over the phone was unprofessional and just rude. Of course takes down my number and never calls me back. Im not looking for a hand out just beware of management and dont bother.

Everything was perfect… except… I got the prime rib (medium) I got my son the NY strip steak, I asked for medium well… it was not medium well it was well, well done like a dry piece of leather.
