Excellent Korean fried chicken at reasonable prices. Always busy here but never a wait. We also love the corn cheese, which is about as apt a name for a dish as there ever has been. Our favorite wing flavors are the soy and the sweet and sour. You can only order by the dozen so be prepared for leftovers if you order more than one flavor.

It was my first time going and I enjoyed it, they had KPop playing, anime funko pops by the window which I thought were cool and the food was amazing, I got the fried chicken and the crunch you get with each bite and how juicy the chicken was it was for sure one of the best Korean Fried Chicken that I have had

It was Christmas day weekend and had a party at a friend's and needed some food for kids. The only Korean chicken place answering our call was this place, so we ordered by phone and came back later to pick up our order. We ordered 20 pc. soy sauce chicken wings and 1 original fried chicken. Kids loved them and all was gone in 20 min.

Great little spot for Korean Fried chicken. Food was excellent. Service was great. Never had this before and I'm not a wing guy but this was very tasty and I would definitely come back.

My standard for Korean fried chicken is prettyyy up there, but this one from Koko Chicken really takes the cake. Two green flags for me, #1 (one) they change out their oil daily and #2 they use fresh chicken only, never frozen. Their half and half original and soy chicken is the perfect combination of crispy and saucy, and goes down so well with the Supreme fries and Corn cheese. And just how cute are these sausages from the Rose dukpokki?? But I’m a wings girly at heart, and their Parmesan wings are an absolute BUSS. Thanks for reading! ^-^

I've had a few Korean Fried Chicken places and this place is the best. Chicken is so clean, crisp and moist. They have a good selection of side dishes and the beer is cold and reasonably priced. I like the original fried chicken, but my children enjoyed the tenders and my friends like the soy wings as well. Definitely would recommend if you're thinking about it would like to try KFC.

My buddy and I have been going for over a year and we've never had a bad experience. The bone out chicken strips are simply amazing, and I always recommend this place to all my friends. I wrote this review because of all the low star ratings and just want to remind everyone that chicken takes a while to make so if you're in a rush this would not be the place for you, but if you want to have a good time with friends and watch some sports on their big screen TVs I would definitely recommend this place.

My friend has been here a few times and she loves the chicken, so it was my turn to try this fried chicken spot! I tried the whole fried chicken (half original and half sweet n sour, JR wings and garlic parmesan wings. I really enjoyed the garlic parmesan wings cause they were crispy, crunchy, flavorful and moist, but my favorite was the JR wings. They aren’t as battered as the other wings and come plain in flavor. They have a variety of dipping sauces to choose from including: hot sauce, original, mustard, sweet n sour and soy— but I recommend getting the rose tteokbokki and dipping it in there. The tteokbokki sauce was creamy with rice cakes and hot dogs. The corn cheese was cheesy and buttery and absolutely delicious. The kimchi pancake is thin and not super crispy. The shrimp fried rice was okay but nothing too special. In terms of size, it’s more of a personal bowl with a few pieces of shrimp. The fries were crispy and topped with cheese, onion, and small bacon pieces that makes for a perfect shareable plate. They dont just serve chicken but other Korean pub dishes including bulgogi, soups, rice cakes and much more. With the chicken, we were provided with complimentary radishes and salad. The atmosphere provides for a perfect place to meet up with friends to grab a drink and catch up. The service is friendly and quick.

Super quick seating, small but spacious enough in the inside. The wait for the food is a little longer than usual, but they even have signs telling you that the food takes a little while. The wait is definitely worth it though! The chicken is so fresh and crunch and perfect. I really recommend trying Koko Chicken if you haven’t. The wings are perfection!

Really good food. This was my first time there so we ordered the jokbal or pig trotters (braisee pigs feet) served with kimchi chive salad, lettuce, sliced garlic cloves and jalapenos. This was really delicious and something totally new for me. The fried chicken is juicy and the breading or flour mix was very unique, slightly sweet but not overpowering of the flavor of the chicken itself. We got the drumsticks so it was dark meat. I would highly recommend the fried chicken if this is your first time!

Dine-In customers received free house salads; my wife liked that part. The tastes of all chicken was very on point. Even the hot tofu soup was good. We will be coming here again...for sure.

I always get the Korean soy chicken wings to go, which are always a hit w/me, my family & at any small gathering. It’s quite pricey, but worth it. It’s always cooked to order, crispy and tasty! I just wish they had home delivery service (i.e. Uber Eats, Door Dash, Postmates or Grub Hub). I haven’t eaten inside the restaurant to make a comment about the service. the atmosphere is fairly basic/ok, they are open late too which is a plus. I tried to pre-pay for a to-go order over the phone for my daughter to pick up, but for security reasons, they won’t allow it, which is understandable I guess.

Overall, the side dishes that came with the drinks were quite delicious. Everything was satisfying, but I think the atmosphere could have been even better if the staff had smiled a bit more while serving

Popeyes was closed at the time so searched for fried chicken nearby. Found this place but pretty disappointed. Tasteless fried chicken smelled like someone sprayed sweat on it. It smelled horrible.

I asked for 6 more plastic forks and the guy didn't give them right away and finally reluctantly agreed. He slowly counted the forks 1 by 1, and acted as if this was a huge favor for me. For 6 plastic cheap forks... it was takeout so why do I even need to tip, and to demand it when I get a few more forks?!... Told family we should never buy from here again.

This review is for the customer service. I usually take my own lunch to work. However, today I didn’t bring lunch and instead I came to this place because it’s close to my job. It has a pretty good rating as far as reviews go and I decided to give it a try. I walk in the hostess is nice. She greets me and sits me a table as soon as I walk in. Takes her a few minutes to bring me a menu and then a few more minutes to take a drink order. Here’s where it took a slight turn. In walks an Asian family, and she sits them right away. Walks to the kitchen, comes back a few minutes later with a pad and pencil to take their order their order first, to which I say, “ I know you know I was here first.” She ignores this. Finishes with them and takes my order. I order the original chicken with a side of fries. About 5-10 minutes later she brings them their food, AN ORDER OF ORIGINAL CHICKEN. Now I’m annoyed. I haven’t got my food yet and I need to get back to work pretty soon. she bring me my fries and I tell her to make the whole order to go. About 5 minutes before I have to clock back in I go up to the counter, I see my fries sitting out in the open and she scrambles, unsuccessfully, to cover them. I tell to just let me pay for my drink. Because I have to go back to work. She tells me, “chicken takes time”, to which I reply, “not really, because they came in after me and you took their prefer and served their food before me.” The man who I assume is the owner walks over and asks if I have cash because they don’t charge cards if the bill is under $10, which is only because they get charged by the credit card company per swipe. I tell him I have no cash so swipe so I can leave. The last thing I say to him is that they should treat all their customers equally and be on my way. Very unfortunate to have to go through that. But it is what it is. Shame on them, though.

Chicken is great! Girl taking to go order was extremely rude. I placed in tell phone order. When I got there I gave her my tel ph number. She said there was no order and then she had the audacity to say that I gave her wrong tell phone number. I know my tel phone number! Stop being a rude person and pls get a job somewhere else. To the owner of the restaurant. Please hire staff that want to work not entitled little processes.

Terrible service from employees. First of all why say you close at 2 if you are just going to end up closing at 1. Also when I tried calling, this girl ended up giving me so much attitude on the phone I just ended up ending it. I’ve been here before and the other have treated me well, but this one girl had no reason to give me attitude when I was just trying to order. I’m literally paying for the food and to-going it. How are you going to be that rude. How do you run a business with employees that treat customers terribly.

Chicken is great and I’ve been going here for over 7 years. I ordered wings over the phone and they gave me whole chickens. When I asked for a partial refund or just the price of the wings they gave me attitude and denied my request. I believe the miscommunication is due to the fact that the servers do not speak fluent English. To the owner of this establishment please seek out new competent staff or reprimand those who give attitude to long time customers.

If I could give negative star ratings I definitely would. I went there with my family and everything was bad experience overall. The food was bad but edible. The food wasn't even the problem. The main problem were the servers (all of them that worked at the time). First of all, they talked in a very rudely manner. I asked one of the girl server what kind of draft beers they had, because we didn't have the menu for the drinks. That server didn't even say a word and just literally turned around in such a sassy way and got us the drink menu. Whenever we tried to order they were just plain rude. Second, was because of tipping our check came out to be $80 and we paid with a card. We don't tip with a card because the taxes get taken out, so we always pay tip with cash. We tipped them $10 (CASH (my husband said only to pay them $5, but I at least wanted to tip them 10%)) despite the horrible customer service from the servers. We got in the car and were about to leave, but this girl server came out to the parking lot waiting for us. This girl had the AUDACITY to tell us we didn't tip them with a card and there was no cash at the table and asked us if there was something wrong. I told her we did leave a tip with cash on the table, why didn't you check first before coming to us and have the audacity to tell us we didn't tip. I also told her even if we didn't tip is that something to come out to the parking lot waiting for us, and asking us why we didn't tip? She then say well you guys ate $80 worth of food so. Like the AUDACITY this girl had. We didn't even had to tip because the service was horrible. Never ever coming here again.

Drove 30 minutes to get food. They close at 12 a.m., and I arrived at 11:10 p.m., but they stop taking orders at 11 p.m. Wish they had made that clearer. Really frustrating.
