Good food for fast food. Affordable. The girl working ther is cute and friendly.. But lots of weird old people. Everytime I go in to order there is a colony of old twacks. It's entertaining an I expect it now. It's still worth it .. the nearest arbys to hear , I think is in sacramento . ( hours away) . Arbys is rare to find these days

There’s no Arby’s near us and happened on this one while out for another reason, we got a bag of regular roast beef sandwiches that were very well put together, as some places will have the meat halfway out of the bun, and tasted delicious with the Arby’s BBQ sauce, you must add the BBQ sauce for it to go from good to great. And it was. Great! I really wish there was an Arby’s in the area code of 95131, North San Jose, it’s a busy place and not enough places to eat or at least none in the roast beef category or near it. I know it would do well here or Milpitas.

For being busy, the staff is still genuine in wanting to make sure your individual meal is as you'd like it.

Seating wasn't pleasant. Not enough room to fit n sit down with ease. If I was slim in back of the days yes! Perfect seating. Only drawback. I ordered swiss dip. Was freshly cooked. Great tasting as always. All condiments on tray. But ice machine at soft drink fountain out. But you're there for the food.... Everything was delicious n hot n fresh

I haven't been to Arby's in years (the one in our area closed years ago). Not crowded. Clean. Staff polite and friendly, helpful. Due to covid, staff were masked and restroom not open at this time. New menu site I last was there but Beef and Cheddar was there (which I wanted) was still on menu. Family was happy with the order.

I ordered a double chedder on onion roll.. the roll was soft and the meat was more than ive ever had at any other Arbys, my favorite potato cakes, and they gave 3 orders.. I couldn't eat it all.. so delicious and moist.. My new favorite Arbys Restaurant.. to bad I live across the Bay, or maybe thats a good thing 🤣

I love a friendly staff. Everyone was cheery and friendly, making us feel at ease. Stuff feels so rushed these days that it was nice to be able to order food without someone barking at you to hurry up. I was able to use the restrooms without issue which was nice considering most bathrooms are “broken” in restaurants. The soda machine needs some tuning but otherwise, everything was great.

I love Arby's, and I've gone to this location dozens of times. I used to be disappointed in this location but something changed during the pandemic because it has been great lately. I love the classic or double roast beef with Arby's sauce, curly fries, and the peach lemonade. Yum! Updated to 5 stars.

I love Arby's for there basic sandwiches (I'm a purist), their sliders and their jalapeno "bites". They offer this super weird sweet chili/cherry dipping sauce that I'm totally addicted to. No purist there. It's weird, but tastes great on these poppers. Sadly, the closest Arby's to where I live us 38 miles one way. But every once in awhile, I just have to have one. I buy a couple, plus the poppers, and I'm happy. This location is clean, easy to find, has a big parking lot and the people who work there are very nice. Totally recommend it.

I have been going to this restaurant occasionally in a span of 10+ years. It used to be a horrible fast food place before the Covid. But there seems to be a new management in place after Covid years, I think the quality of service has improved notably. Tables are clean now, and they have also installed new soda machines. I would recommend this fast food store to my friends now. Hope they keep it up.

Closest Arby's is almost 20 miles away, so when nearby took the opportunity to get some. So few around, been 4 years since I had been to one. Still great roast beef sandwiches. Got extra to take home for the next few days. So good. Yeah, it is fast food, but really good and a great change from burgers and fried chicken sandwiches. Wish there was one closer to me.

Quick and friendly fast food. Food is quality for fast food and served hot. Staff is friendly and always checks for condiments and throws in both roast beef sauces. Drive thru is a little awkward to get into so go through Safeway parking lot.

It was about 2:00 pm and nobody at front or in the lobby on a Friday but they took order and got my fries without salt so had to wait a bit but my Philly Sandwich was delicious and had plenty of cheese will go back even if it’s 10 miles away from my home.

The food was great. This is the last Arby's remotely close to me, and we have to keep it open! Sadly the floors were half torn up and other parts of the floor and mats were sticky But again the food was great!

We used to have an Arby's really close to us in San Jose but it closed. Now, whenever we're near Sunnyvale, we try to stop by and enjoy a meal at the only Arby's within driving distance. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately greeted and welcomed in. The cashier was patient, friendly, and made sure to get our order right. Our order was up pretty quick and servings were plentiful (don't be mad corporate, it matters to customers and brings us back). The restrooms are outside and locked to avoid hooligans. But, when my son went to get the key, workers were friendly and restrooms were clean and nicely scented. Soda fountains, napkins, lids, straws, etc were all in order and plentiful. The lone drawback was the self-serve sauce dispensers were low on ketchup and horsey sauce. To be fair, it was the end of the day and those are probably the most popular sauces. The lamb gyro was delicious. The half pound roast beef sandwich was wonderfully full of warm sliced roast beef. One son enjoyed the French dip sandwich while the other ate up the slider and Mac & Cheese Balls. We split an order of both the curly and crinkle fries.

Recently came here and I have to say that they make the best milkshakes out of the other fast food places I've been to! Their fries are good as always and I love the retro decor that makes me feel like I'm in the 80's! That sets it apart from the more dull and modernized restaurants. I'm definitely coming back!

Prime Rib Sandwich was awesome. Still the best Roast Beef than any other brand. I've been having their Roast Beef for just about 40 years when I lived back East. I'm sorry to see their stores is depleting. The Sunnyvale Store is the only 1 left in the Bay Area.

It's too bad that I have to drive 25 minutes (one way) to get my Arby's fix. There used to be two others near my home. Food is good despite what Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert might imply.

Their charcoal-grilled beef cubes are especially delicious, and they’re running a great promotion—buy nine pieces and get five free. Everything tastes amazing. I also highly recommend the fish burger and the fries; they’re excellent too. Strongly recommended!

This is one of only two remaining Arby's in Northern California. Its the one in Sunnyvale near where i grew up. I come here EVERY time im in town from the Central Coast. The food is always amazing. Its GOOD beef and the snacky food is top notch... CRISPY potatoes. Its hard to do it right but this location nails it every time. Ill keep them open myself if i have to. But thankfully this location is popular still. I love the beef n cheddar. And i tried a brisket sandwich today that was fantastic. You will be a fan for life like me if you try it once. Enjoy!!

They recently fixed the interior. It is pretty nice now. The food is good, way better than MacD or BK. Too bad they don't have the cheese steak anymore for now. Hopefully it will be back. It is sad that this is the only location in Bay area left. I have to drive all the way from East Bay but I'm not complaining. And I like their little sunroom in the back.

I ordered the classic beef and cheddar. Meat was tender and cooked to perfection, buns were soft.I needed to add BBQ sauce so it wouldn't be so dry. Dining room is pretty much a remnant of the 80's, and needs a total demolition and remodel. I hope it's in the works since this is the only Arby's in the Bay Area. I'm fine with supporting this business, and Arby's.

This one is in Sunnyvale we don't have anything like this in East San Jose so anytime we're within 5 mi of this location we stop. Doctor's office is one mile away so we go here every time after visit the doctor. Wife gets a nine piece chicken and or roast beef sandwich sometimes the chicken sandwich I get nothing I go home and make peanut butter sandwich

The portions are always generous with the meats and the service is always fast! Their 'horsey' sauce is surprisingly good (adds a nice wasabi-like kick to everything) and I'm a fan of the mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce.

Food is good. Plenty of spot to sit and eat. However, it lacking AC and tends to be warm to hot there. However, there is a all you can drink station to cool you down. I have the usual #3 French dip with curry fries and wash it down with root beer.

It took 30 seconds between giving my order and getting my food. Probably the fastest of the fast foods i know. The crinkle fries are so crispy, the reuben is perfectly soft juicy and sour. I've been a McDonald's person my whole life, but i feel i might have to switch over.

Great place to go for a delicious meal at a great price! Got the two for $7 Beef 'N Cheddar sandwich special and Curly Fries. The sandwich has a generous serving of thinly sliced beef, drizzled with savory cheddar sauce, and topped with Red Ranch sauce on a soft onion roll. The Curly Fries were seasoned well and also very tasty! There are lots of other great menu items to choose from, too. I I highly recommend eating here!

Arby’s is always consistent and solid. If you like meat sandwiches (and who doesn’t?!) then it’s difficult to look past Arby’s. Service is decent but the sandwiches are always consistently good. I’ll be back.

Parking: Not busy at all and plenty of Tesla supercharging spots so we could charge. Customer Service: The staff is friendly and helpful. Best Part: Back when we came here, there was the Prime Rib Cheesesteak and it was amazing. The Smokehouse Brisket is too. Worst Part: The fries are a bit cold, but that is probably because we live about 15 minutes away. Tips/Recommendations: Try all of their delicious sandwiches, including sides and limited items, and their delicious top tier lemonades! Return: Definitely! I need to try their Bacon Ranch Cheesesteak and Big Game Burger.

Good location on busy street. Plenty of parking. Got Safeway in same parking lot. Didn't wait long at drive thru. Guy taken order was kinda hard to hear and didn't hear me properly cause I had to repeat stuff twice before he got it right. But the food is what Arby's always is good. Can't go wrong with roast beef and cheese sauce. Price has been the same since I can ever remember 2 for 6.. but overall good place and will eat there again especially since there only like a mile away from my place.

Please consider this a 4.5 ⭐ review. I hadn't been to this location in at least 10 years. I have to say it is cleaner than I recall and the young woman behind the counter was courteous and efficient. I was happy the food was still the same. Even the triangle hash browns! The only reason I can't give 5 stars this time is kind of silly but I wanted to continue listening to something while I ate and needed a charge (of course) but there were no plugs to use 😕 Arby's is still a fast food restaurant, sure, but probably a way better choice for some.

It's an Arby's but man is this building dated. I don't think it's had a proper remodel in 40 years. Even if you're eating there, the restrooms are outside. At least the place is kept clean, the staff is quick, and there's no actual issues, it's just a weird time capsule of a fast food place, but not in a particularly great way. I'm still a fan of the jalapeno poppers, bronco berry sauce, and jamocha shakes.

Fast & friendly service but the food was a bit sloppy. The cheese on one of the sandwiches (beef and cheddar) had turned to oil by the time we arrived home. Fortunately,, the curly fries were excellent 😁

First off, Arby's is a fast food restaurant, so there's no way I'm going to give this place a 5 star rating. That being said, it is one of the better fast food restaurants, IMHO. (The other fast food chain I'd rated this high is a local teriyaki place called Happi House.) This restaurant is the last Arby's in the Bay Area, unfortunately. Food Items which are better than expected include: the Gyro, the Jalapeño bites, and if you ask for it, (even though it's not on the menu), they'll make you a BLT sandwich which is pretty darn good. The service is good, the place is clean, and decent food, hence the 4 star review.

Interior is pretty outdated but the food is still consistent. The staff are friendly and fast. Lots of seating and parking. My beef ‘n cheddar could use more cheese sauce. I wish Arby’s made a comeback in the Bay, it’s so hard to get to from SF.

Have not been here in at least a decade. We went for the new Angus steak sandwich. Counterperson seemed annoyed because we had questions about the menu. The sandwich is okay. If you don't want peppers OR onions, you get neither so I'm assuming they are mixed together. There's plenty of meat to fill the sandwich roll so that was good. It's chopped beef so if you're expecting the typical shaved steak, this is not that. Shockingly pricey but I do not eat at these types of food places so I don't know if that's in line with the going rates for other fast food restaurants. The white cheddar mac and cheese is okay, curly fries were good, orange shake was my favorite part of the meal. Just under $50 for 2 adults to eat there. 2 meals, shake, mac and cheese. Yikes!

Very friendly staff who make you feel welcome, and seem to remember lots of peoples orders. I got the chicken tenders, which were fresh and hot. You can't beat the curly fries either. Dining area is usually pretty empty and quiet, nice for a meal alone.

Usually the food at this chain is consistent and tasty, however today the bread seemed a bit stale. In addition the store itself has seen better days and is rundown and urgently in need of renovation and modernization. The physical remind one of the 1970s and not in a trendy fun way.

Food is great, but the workers don't fully listen to what your saying. They just rush you out and don't look at you in the Drive through, when handing you the food. They gave my husband our shake and did not completely snap it down very well and the top came off and some off it then fell on my husband shirt. He tried telling them and they acted as they didn't hear him.

I love Arby's. The one nearest to me closed so I go to this one whenever I am in the area. This location is a hot mess. It's kind of dirty inside. I am not sure if there is dine in yet. But you can walk in to order. Drive thru is open. Last few times we were shorted on our order and by the time I noticed the 1/2 pound beef and cheddar was not in the bag, it was too late. Previously we've been shorted the 2/$6 sandwiches. That one huge 1/2 pound sandwich was dinner for my son and me. Everyone else ate Arby's and we had...cereal. But it was 45 miles from home. Always count your sandwiches before pulling away! Lesson learned and hard earned money wasted. But they came out ahead. I'd not return to this one, but it's my only option when I want Arby's.

Great because they are the only one left in the area. Not so good because they don't have regular fries any more. The 5 for $10 is pretty awesome too. It does not last that long though. It's a long way to drive to save how much?

Car accident and running short of time, we ducked in here to have a bite while the traffic was hosed. The food was good and hot. The workers friendly and efficient. The building is old and it shows unfortunately. That alone makes it seem dirty. It could use a redo with bright colors and refurbished seating.

I usually love Arby's but the quality this trip was not great. The fries were cold and the jalapeno poppers were cold. We literally had to recook them when we got home. Our order wasn't complete and the only item worth mentioning was the wagyu beef burger. Not a good visit.

It's was way too hot inside this location. Don't think the AC was working. Plus, wanted to wash my hands but I was told the restrooms were "out of order" As an employee came out of the men's rooms drying his hands on his apron. However, food was good. Maybe use the drive thur if you come here.

Got the order wrong, ordered online a sliced beef sandwich and received hamburger. Check your bags and don't leave until bags checked. Yes you have to open up and check each item. Jalapeno poppers were great.

You don't see Arby's around anymore. It's been a while since I've been to one stopped by to see how their roast beef sandwich has held up. They had a 6 dollar for 2 roast beef w cheddar pricing was good. Meat was very thin..was ok. Needed the sauce to make it work.

I had ordered my usual, 2 double beef and cheddar and the meat was Sliced super thick, tough (Not tasty)instead of the thin sliced melt in your mouth delicious quality it usually is. It is cheaper than ever with 2 sandwiches for $7. However the owner has refused to maintain the building so it’s gross to eat there. The roof has been leaking into the dining room for years it seems. The bathroom is old and dirty. Just touching the key is risky.

The food was okay for an Arby's, but this location is a dump. The sandwich was great, but the fries tasted like they had not cleaned out the fryer in a while. The restaurant interior is torn up...one booth was missing its padding and the seat back was just plywood, the walls looked like they were spackled by elementary school children, and the bathrooms are outside the restaurant and down the walkway like you would expect in an old gas station. It's hard to believe that with so much money floating around this area that the ownership appears to not care about attracting and keeping customers by providing a clean and comfortable dining environment.

I must admit, the Arby's commercial for their fish sandwiches got us in there, LOL. Inside: the restaurant was very quiet, (2 people eating, 4 others standing around. We had to ask, who had ordered, who hasn't. They were all waiting). The restaurant was clean, but is obviously very old. The young Indian lady at the counter looked very unhappy and said: "May I take your order"? We ordered 2 (for $5) Crispy Fish sandwiches and 2 (for $5) Cajun Fish sandwiches. (Turns out that all of us, except one person, had ordered the fish sandwiches. The service was a bit slow, but not too bad. My bf, after looking around, asked the girl if there was any tartar sauce. She said No. We both asked; "How can you sell fish sandwiches without tartar sauce"? She then said, Well, we have some that we can put in a little container, but none in packets. We said Yes, please. As we got our order, I asked the unfriendly girl if she was having a bad day. She asked Why? I replied that she wasn't being very pleasant. She managed a slight smile and said that she was sick. (Several shouts back and forth in Farsi, we received our sandwiches). No difference between the Crispy Fish sandwich and the Cajun Fish sandwich, but they were yummy. We'll go back and hope for nicer service.

Good food, but they left out an essential part of our order. I called the number on the receipt, but it's a fake phone number that goes to a full mail box. The recording says "to message another subscriber..." So there's nobody to call if your order gets messed up. Makes it all feel very fly-by-night.

I used to come here often. The last few times the food didn’t taste as good, I got the beef and cheddar, I don’t know what changed bit it tasted bad this time. I got 3 beef and cheddar and curly fries and a side of roast beef for my fur babies. I guess the price has gone up, I was charged $6.99 for each sandwich, it came to $33.00 definitely was disappointed as I been craving Arbys.

I ordered through the app and waited for my pick up order - then I waited another 12 minutes inside for my pick up order. Hire more people. The restroom is also "out of service", but there are no out of service signs, so maybe that's true, maybe that's not. And finally the food was mediocre. It was the worst Arby's I've ever been to, and it's no wonder why there are only so many locations left. Hire more people. Put more effort into your flavors. Fix your restrooms.

The drive thru guy (same skinny white guy) never smiles, never says hello or thank you. Dull every time. Just went a couple hours ago and my sandwich bread and cheese was dried out. That turkey club sucked. A waste of $10.

Ordered a Hawaiian fish delux and a crispy fish sandwich. They messed up my order and gave me two crispy fish sandwiches! If I had know, I would have just got the two crispy fish sandwiches for 6.99 instead of getting two supposedly different ones for 12$. What a waste. Taste wise, it was meh. Skimpy on the tartar sauce and didn’t give any sauce on the side even though I asked. The curly fries were the only decent thing. Not going back.

Staff are language challenged. Chicken strip were over-cooked. Cookies were burnt. Chicken sandwich was just a chicken strip. Very terrible.

5 stars for the food because Arby's is, unironically, my favorite fast food chain. 1 star because this is the closest location to me, about 40 miles. So, imagine what kind of review I'm going to give for a location that closes OVER 30 MINUTES EARLY. The car two cars up from me was served, the one in front of me, and myself were not. There goes an hour and a quarter tank of gas just for me wanting to east at my favorite fast food joint. Update: I followed the link and filled out their questionnaire. No response. Fine. I visited that location yesterday as I had to travel south for other business. Had another lame experience but was able to get food this time at least. It's disappointing that this is the closest location to me.

My son asked for Arby's for his birthday dinner. It was horrible! The beef was like rubber. They don't have Potato Cakes anymore! The Curly fries were as hard as rocks! Waste of money! Couldn't believe how bad! Will not ever eat here again!

I understand that at times drive thru orders can be missing or wrong items get placed in the order. But my experience after the third time today, I feel this location is dishonest. I upgraded my curly fries to a large size. they ONLY placed them on the top and the bottom they filled it up with a mix of sweet potato fries and the left over small pieces of the fries. Shame on them.

Arby's has really gone down hill. The pictured smokehouse brisket on the menu looks like a hearty beef sandwich. but what you really get is something that resembles what a kindergarten kid could do with 2 and half slices of beef and no cheese. Fries are not hot and greasier than mickyDs fries. The only good thing is the free refills of soda.

I ordered my son's meal plain no lettuce and no tomatoes. My Order was a Smokehouse Brisket meal and I did not say plain. I went to the drive thru to get my Order and parked, my son's sandwich 🥪 was good and as for mine? I received a roast beef plain no Brisket..no sauce just plain meat on a bun. Disappointing 😞 when you pay Over $30 and get a sandwich you didn't Order and cold curly fries in a Bag..I didn't return my food because the line was long and It was Late..I just ate it and said nothing...Its truly disappointing when you pay such high prices at these Fast Food places and seems like you don't get your $monies$ worth.

It has probably been twenty years since it's been back to arby's. I got the two classic roast beef sandwiches for $7. I should probably say roast meat. It is definitely a processed meat product. The bun was hot, fresh and soft. The meat was warm so it was a quality product for what it is. The quantity is a different story. Seemed like I got a regular hamburger from mcdonald's for $3.50 each. Definitely not worth the price.

Refused to honor corporate “Make it Right” free sand which coupons mailed to be after I complained that a pickup order was missing several items, and the sandwiches where made wrong. (How exactly do you screw up bun roast beef bun, this place figured out a way) Maybe there’s a reason all the other Arby’s closed in the Bay Area.

Should have just read my own past review again before getting tempted back to this place by a promotion. The ever so friendly employee seemed to have no problem serving me a brisket sandwich that is priced at about $9 but had about as much meat and overall volume as a child's burger at McD. I know fast food can never live up to the exaggerated pictures from marketing, but this is still very unacceptable. My mistake for giving them another chance. 6 years ago: Worst management you could ask for. Lost my business indefinitely. Overpriced for what they offer already, they wasted my time while determining that they didn't want to participate in a company wide promotion. Seems a little known promotion, that only lasted a day, reduced the price only on their original sandwich, for an eclipse event that doesn't come around in decades, which was emailed to me twice by their own corporate promotions department, was too much for the nonexistent management/ownership to be honorable with. Weak and complete disappointment.

Very filthy run down location and I have never seen a fast food restaurant with a tip jar before. The lights are all broken the booths are broken the floors are filthy and sticky. And one of the trash receptacle has the door broken off and is being used for straw and napkin storage.
