Tried this restaurant for the first time, and honestly, I was pleasantly surprised. We ordered the Sweetened Sour Chicken, and it was nothing like the standard version you get everywhere else—in the best possible way. Instead of the usual plain breaded chicken with a cup of sauce on the side, this dish had its own creative twist. It felt like the chef actually thought about the flavor instead of just following the default playbook, and I appreciated that. We also had the Chicken Chili Honey, which I’d describe as a modern-day upgrade of General Tso’s. Same addictive heat, same satisfying kick, but with a fresher, more updated flavor profile. Both dishes came with white rice on the side, and everything was served hot and well-prepared. The atmosphere was another highlight—calm, inviting, and just the right level of lively. The wait staff struck the perfect balance: attentive without hovering, friendly without being pushy. You can tell the team is trained well and actually cares about the guest experience. Visually, the restaurant is spotless. Clean, organized, and aesthetically put together in a way that adds to the dining experience without trying too hard. Overall, this place impressed me far more than expected. Great food, great vibe, and a creative take on familiar dishes. I’ll definitely be back.

My wife and I are in town to visit family. We stumbled across this restaurant on a Wednesday. We thought it was a Chinese place but were pleasantly surprised to see it was more fusion. The buffet was available so we checked it out. I must say, this was not just great food but the best food I have personally had, anywhere. The flavors of everything had an amazing mix of Indian and Chinese flavors. Fast forward to Friday and we went in with my mother in law for lunch. No buffet this time but that was fine. The server/staff were super friendly, knowledgable and willing to help with anything. For example, I had had a chicken dish last time. I was unsure of what it was called so all I could do was describe it. The server (bless her heart) was trying her best to make sense of my nonsense. She actually said the owner was there and that I could ask her. After (again) describing the dish poorly, the owner instantly said "chicken 65". Sure enough that was exactly what it was. The food is more than amazing but more importantly, properly portioned. We've all been to Indian places or Chinese places and know first hand that the portions can be huge. However, here they are absolutely perfect. Not so much food that you could share with 3-4 people but no so little that you don't have enough to share with someone else. I had the chicken 65 (the best fusion of Chinese and Indian I have ever had the privilege of eating), the chili honey chicken (just a superb dish that tasted like heaven), Momo (Indian dumplings), chicken fried rice, a shrimp dish and samosas. The samosas were freshly made which was a pleasant surprise. Unlike many places that seem to have premade frozen ones, these looked and tasted freshly made. Every dish served was hot, fresh and had the most amazing flavors. The owner herself was friendly and helpful. The entire staff were the nicest people I have ever had the privilege of meeting. If you're ever in Williamsville Ny, check this place out. From the atmosphere to the staff to the food, everything is above and behind and well worth every dollar spent.

We went to Inchin for their buffet, and it is amazing! A great way to try all kinds of delicious dishes! There's a hint of spice in some of the dishes, but it's not overwhelmingly hot. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The buffet items change each time, so there's a lot of chances to try many different dishes, or find your favorites. Thank you for such a great dinner!

Where to start? We went on a mid week date night and we were greeted like old friends even though we had never been before. The service overwhelmingly friendly and warm. The food ... some of the best I've ever had. Inchin's is an instant favorite and we will be back. But please make sure the Rasmalai tres leches becomes a regular item on the menu! Sooo good!!!!

This was our first visit. We were pleasantly surprised with nicely decorated atmosphere and comfortable setting. I had the Mongolian Beef and my wife the Sweet and Sour Shrimp. My beef was exceptional and my wife’s shrimp dish very good. Service was good with a manger overseeing a trainee. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing time at Inchin’s Bamboo Garden in Buffalo! Every single dish we ordered was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared. The masala papad was a crisp, tangy starter that set the tone for a great meal. The sweet corn soup was warm and comforting, with a great balance of sweetness and spice. The chicken momos were juicy and delicious, easily one of the highlights. Chicken 65 was bold, crispy, and bursting with South Indian flavors. For mains, we had the burnt chili garlic fried rice paired with chili chicken, and it was the perfect combo…smoky, spicy, and incredibly satisfying. We reached just before closing time, but the staff was so welcoming. Not once did they rush us or make us feel like we needed to hurry, even though they close at 10. It was such a refreshing experience to enjoy our meal peacefully without any pressure. The service was prompt and friendly, and the ambiance had just the right mix of casual and modern. Highly recommend this spot if you’re craving flavorful Indo-Chinese food. We’ll definitely be back!

Went there for my birthday lunch and I can't wait to go back again. We were greeted and seated promptly as we entered the restaurant. It was quite spacious and nicely decorated. When we arrived, the place was fairly empty, but within a few minutes, there was a decent amount of foot traffic, and people kept coming in throughout our meal. As for the food, we ordered Indo-Chinese dishes, and this was probably the best and most authentic place I have come across in this country. The food reminded us of Kolkata's famous Indo-Chinese cuisine. We started with Chicken 65, then had Singapore Rice Noodles with Chicken, Burnt Chili Garlic Fried Rice with Chicken, and Chili Mustard Fish. The fish dish was the standout. It came with complimentary white rice and tasted absolutely amazing. Without a doubt, it was the best dish of all. They serve generous portion sizes, so we quickly realized we had ordered more than we could eat and had to pack the rest. None of the dishes seemed overpriced considering the quality and quantity. The restaurant is located in a plaza mall with plenty of parking available and is situated in a very good neighborhood. We thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience and loved every bit of it. They also serve a wide range of Indian dishes, which we will probably taste the next time. So, we will definitely be going back for more of their amazing dishes.

Huge fan of cold brew with vanilla sweet cold foam. (classic) Visited a couple of times here. Also tried cold brew with chocolate cream it was good less sweet and coffee and mocha mixed flavour ( kinda tasted like McD mocha frape) Also tried lavender cream frape with caramel cold foam. It was good but bit too sweet. Not really fan of expresso hence didn't enjoy cafe latte and white chocolate mocha.

Good, as far as any starbucks goes, trying to find the actual drive-through or door was a little convoluted in that area but once we drove around the Plaza and found it , it was good service and our drink orders were correct. The chocolate crossaints are also good. 👌

We have been customers of Inchines Bamboo for the past couple of years, and our experience has always been excellent. Recently, we celebrated our son’s birthday and ordered catering from them—it was absolutely amazing. The tray portions were very generous compared to other restaurants, and the food quality was outstanding. We have never been disappointed with this restaurant. Bobby, the owner, is one of the nicest and most polite people you’ll meet. He patiently answers all questions and offers suggestions based on your specific requirements, which makes the whole experience stress-free. I would happily give this restaurant a 4.5-star rating and highly recommend it for both dining and catering.

Food was delicious... Starters , I had good options for vegetarian, so are the curries... Consistency of the curries was perfect... Desserts were having sweet level moderate which helped me enjoying them thoroughly...

We traveled from Rochester to try this out for the first time. We brought guests too and was anxious how it was. Everything was good. Thanks to all the reviews that guided us on our choices. ❤️ Loved: mangolian beef (must have) ♥️Kung pao chicken was good, too 👍🏻The street style chowmein was good but too spicy every for our taste as we love spicy food. It's good to check with guests about the spice level. 👎🏼 chicken manchurian - dont waste your money Fried rice was ok 😑 service was poor. We were 4 adults, and they said the order was too large, so they took more than half an hour to just pit the manchurian on our table without any rice. It went cold. Then they brought half of the thing and guessed what after good 20min they brought rice and chownien The ambiance is very nice and the hosts were very polite. I will definitely go there again.

It was a decent experience here. We ordered the gochujang beef tacos which is a horrible name for what they actually are. A noodle dish, and variety of dumplings. The lettuce wraps or "tacos" were pretty tasty. I would say there was a lot of chili oil on them. The noodle dish was fine. The dumplings were great. You can choose 2 sauces and they had good flavors to them. It's been a while to remember but I think the service was good. The person who brought out the food seemed a little new. The atmosphere is not bad. I really like their ice breaker sheets that they placed on the table. It is great for people to use if they have nothing to talk about.

I used to enjoy coming here more before. I feel as if they may changed chefs or something. Food seemed to be better before, all the dry szechuan dishes I used to like are now saucy and much less spicy. Its hit or miss now at best whereas it used to be consistently good. Lunch specials are still great value, but I dont think Id come back here for dinner. I would ask for fresh water because last time I checked the water containers at the table on dine-in it was cloudy with stuff swirling around.

Atmosphere is good, but it feels like an Indian place pretending to be a Chinese one. Paid 35$ somehow and was asked to tip for just a orange chicken 17$ and a Moscow muhle 7$ total should've been around 25$ even with the coupon I used. QR code menu and checkout without receipt doesn't sit right with me.

I was on a visit to Buffalo and found this restaurant to be very interesting due to its design and layout, and as well as the fusion of dishes. I went in for lunch and the ambience was amazing. They had a buffet (which I wasn’t expecting) and thought like let me try out the varieties. I was expecting more of Chinese Indian dishes but disappointed to see more Indian dishes and 3-4 fusion dishes. Neither the Indian or Chinese dishes, none of them except one was tasty. Only one dish I liked was ginger garlic chicken. Next time need to try the ala-carte and my rating might change based on that, but for now, the buffet was disappointing. I am giving 5 star for atmosphere as it was well designed.

Hard avoid - the Starbucks employees have bad attitudes here. I had arrived at drive-thru lane to pick up my Venti Chai Latte (placed on the mobile-app). The employee at the drive-thru was not happy that I literally arrived just about two minutes before my order was ready scheduled to be complete. She "sweetly" suggested that next time I should arrive closer to my "pick-up" time. As a customer, I felt that it was a completely unnecessary response and out-of-line behavior, especially to escalate such a trivial non-issue. A simple "we're still working on your drink" would have sufficed perfectly. Unless Starbucks does better to improve customer service, customers like myself will bring their business to other coffee chains where the employees are kinder

Ordered and received our drinks, which were very good. Then they decided to close the inside of the store and we were asked to leave. Very strange, 3 people working. They were open till 7pm and closed the inside at 3:00. We were the only people inside. Doesn’t make a lot of sense. I wonder if the owner knows they do this.

Drive-through person very rude this morning, basically threw my card at me and expected a tip. It’s a shame nowadays that hospitality has gone on the back burner all they want is your money for overpriced food, drinks, and crappy service. Do better.

The music is so loud it’s very off putting. The employees literally are shouting to hear each other. It’s not a calm environment like the other Starbucks . The order wasn’t correct. It’s just a very chaotic place.

I placed a mobile order to try the summer berry drink, and decided to go through the drive thru, mistake 1. The drive thru was moving slower than usual but that’s fine. After 10 minutes I finally get to the window and I am handed the wrong drink. I point this out and the barista was a bit rude saying “what drink did you expect to get?”. I show her the receipt which includes a picture on my phone which looks nothing like what she is handing me. She apologizes and goes to remake it, but oh they ran out of the base so I wait another couple minutes for my correct drink. She proceeded to hand me the wrong drink AGAIN. I correct her once again and finally after almost 10 minutes at the window I get the correct drink. Unacceptable.

I stood there while several people who ordered after me(at the register) get their drinks. Finally I see the barista making my drink (so I thought) just for her to take the sticker off that cup, switch it with another sticker and give it to ANOTHER person who ordered a good 10 minutes after me. At that point I had enough and left without even getting my latte. I’m not sure why she continued to skip me, was it my hi-vis? My tattoos? So disappointed.

everyone that works here is actually so rude except for jessica. I came in today to get a drink i ordered online and i went to turn a drink around to see if it was mine and the lady working had a brown pony tail in snatched it and said “nope!”. Not the end of the world just very rude staff

I have had coffee multiple times and never once it was good. It’s just a latte I get it but it can’t be just milk and that’s all I’ve tased every time. No coffee just milk. Not coming in ever again sorry

Went through drive through - person on the intercom was rude when I asked what was in a particular drink. I ordered two drinks, and paid extra to have them both made with coconut milk - as I cannot have regular - allergic to it....well clearly the person making them didn't care what I ordered, and as a result I got sick drinking them - they were not made with coconut milk, I knew due to my allergic reaction. I called to report it, the employee said his manager would call me back the next day - he never did. They don't care if they screw up your order - and this is not the first time I have had my drinks made poorly - other times they just did not follow their recipes, and they tasted awful - way to sweet (too much syrup), etc. The interior setup is also weird - not like other Starbucks, one long hall with tables overlooking the drive-threw line... Not coming back to this location.
