**BEFORE YOU BUY** This is hands down the best sub place you can find in the fort smith area, great staff and have only ever messed up once on any of my food which they corrected at no charge. The Price - solid pricing, it seems high but when you compare it to other premium sub places like fire house you realize you get a fresher sub that is bigger for the same price. If you go to a sit down place that sells subs they will never beat jersey mike's pricing. I don't know what they pay here but I haven't ever had any issues with any of the staff like you can at other places. There's only one downside I can think of is that they don't really have a toasted option for the bread.

If you're a fan of subs or cheese steak, this place should be your friend. The staff are quick and run you through the ordering process with a lot of efficiency. The food comes out very fresh and tastes amazing when you get it "mikes way" with the juice. I'm a fan of the chicken portobello hot sandwich and their version of the Italian.

Today was my first day ever trying Jersey Mikes. The food was phenomenal, but what was even better, was the amazing service from the two young ladies that were making our food. With it being my first time there, they were very patient and more than happy to help. I would recommend this place to anyone. Not just because the food is delicious, but because the customer service was out of this world!

Jersey Mike's you have done it again! Another beyond successful lunch date with you. Giant sub is wonderful to have sliced in half to share. the original Italian, the mikes way is simply delicious, not to mention the fountain drinks were on point too. Couldn't ask for better customer service. We were immediately greeted with warm smiles, and thanked for our order. ( Like us being customers actually meant something to them. ) The atmosphere is really calm and chill too, as a consumer who is probably a bit more jumpy then most, I appreciated more then you know. The Mr. and I went to Firehouse last week, due to location, and swore we would never cheat on y'all again. They clearly should just shut down and give us another one of you. JM is definitely deserving. Thank you again for another amazing experience.

The sandwich is huge! So if your not a big eater I recommend a small! The bread is so soft and fresh I could eat a hole loaf with some butter lol staff was friendly I was not disappointed! They are not afraid to put stuff on your sandwiches!

My fiance recommended this place to me yesterday when I was craving a sub. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, even though I unknowingly came in right before close and took a while looking at the menu. As of now it is my favorite sandwich place. The bread is perfect and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. The staff is super friendly and make you feel welcome. We will be coming back.

It takes over 30 minutes to get a sandwich. I love the food but the place is not that great. No body communicates. They just stare at you. Already waiting over 30 minutes went to get my order and my order of 2 sandwiches and they gave me one. I know my food will be good but I won't come bail to wait for 50 minutes on sandwiches

Waited over 10 minutes for food. Actually went next door to eat with wife and my daughter was waiting for sandwich. Ate food and came back to see whatbqas Taking so long. Finally got food with a "here you go" comment and no apology for waiting.

My fiance loves the food. Honestly I didn't care for the workers. Just a bunch of young kids working. That being said young people should be employed and learn responsibility. The problem with the workers at JM. Is its just a job. Which I get but I don't take this as an acceptable excuse to treat customers and the product like another number. Very sassy and you could feel the attitude. If I don't want my subs the Mike's way that should be perfectly fine. Maybe I'm just getting old and particular. Visit and you will see what I'm talking about. Matter of fact you will feel it from the young brats.

I love Jersey Mikes but today my experience left me rethinking that love. Made an online order that was supposed to be ready at 8:06. Got there at 8:00 and patiently waited. As I waited I watched 10 people walk in and give their order and get it made before mine. While waiting, I noticed how dirty the floor was. Bread and lettuce was all over the place (see picture attached). Finally after 20 minutes of waiting, they started to make my sandwich. As I inspected to make sure it was mine I saw that they were laying the paper receipt on the actual meat as they were making it. I swear I’ve been to a couple of Jersey Mikes and they’ve always been great but this one is terrible. Employees either need to be re-trained (if they were trained at all) or fired because this is not a good representation for Jersey Mikes.
