We did the salt route and stayed in this refuge. I was very impressed by the kindness of the owner, Pier, who was very helpful and courteous. The accommodation was very clean and the restaurant had an endless variety of delicacies (goat and beans). The breakfast was spectacular, and there was a bike shelter with a charging station. I highly recommend it, it's a shame it's far from me, otherwise I would consider it one of my favorite places. Keep it up, bye.

I come here several times a year as a cycling tour guide with groups of people. Pier (the manager) is incredibly kind, and the rest of the staff is equally welcoming. The place is both simple and welcoming, exuding calm and serenity. And the food? Perfectly in line with the rest: there isn't an extensive menu like other places because they focus more on carefully crafting the "few" dishes offered than on offerings that detract from their quality. For every dish served, Pier will tell you a story, and I think this is a significant added value. Highly recommended!

A wonderful discovery! We arrived around 1:30 pm and were served with a smile. A small appetizer platter was served free of charge while we waited for our meals. Friendly welcome. Good food. We loved the pasta with herbs dei Alpi. A must-try! We recommend it!

I had dinner and stayed overnight with my son on Thursday, July 13th, after mountain biking the Via del Sale! The owners were very helpful and kind, the room was spotless and welcoming, and the dinner was fabulous and plentiful! Highly recommended if you're doing the Via del Sale!

Last night, in the wonderful company of my daughter, we had a wonderful dinner served by the restaurant owner, who was incredibly kind and courteous. I recommend the herb ravioli with butter and sage, and the Ligurian-style rabbit with potatoes. The restaurant's strudel was excellent for dessert, and it was absolutely delicious. This place is highly recommended, especially for those who want to savor local flavors in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature.

We went with friends after a nice walk. We booked and also asked for a special menu for a girl with food intolerances, and they were impeccable! She ate more than us! 🤣 She made arrangements with the lady who would be preparing lunch and had a special menu prepared for her! She was so happy! Usually, when you ask for something off the menu, they're always a bit annoyed! The lunch was delicious, the portions were generous, and above all, they were really kind and helpful! We'll definitely be back!
