Typically Sonic is hit or miss at any location, but this location is always pretty consistently good. Today was one of those exceptional days. The lady who took our order over the intercom was very professional and efficient. It didnt take long for the food to come out either witch most of the time means something is missing or not done correctly. Except today our blast were perfectly mixed and food was exactly as we were expecting. The boy hop was super chill and I hope this stays consistant with our future purchases.
So I go to the Sonic all the time usually get pretty good service. Today was extra nice. A young lady by the name of Emma was so pleasant and so amazing. It makes me happy that these young people are putting such an effort in keeping people happy thank you Sonic
Sonics are always great the server lady was super duper nice I don't give it five star for food because the chocolate milkshake did not taste right
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My wife and I stopped by the Sonic in Bulverde and had a great experience. We both ordered the double cheeseburger combos, and everything was fresh, hot, and delicious. The burgers were juicy, the fries perfectly crispy, and the service was friendly and fast. For $30 including tip, it felt like a solid deal. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we’re craving a burger and some good vibes.
Sonic is a fun and convenient spot for classic drive-in dining. Their menu has a wide variety of options, from burgers and hot dogs to slushes and milkshakes. I had the double cheeseburger and the service was great quick, friendly, and attentive. The food was hot, fresh, and hit the spot. Many people love the Happy Hour deals and customizable drink combinations. It’s a great place for a quick bite or a casual treat on the go.
I just have to say. I had been craving a milkshake, so of course I had to go to Sonic, which is always wonderful. This time, the only complaint I have is that my milkshake was just watery milk/ice cream with a piece of banana in it. Very disappointed. I do not like to return food or exchange food. I just ask that, as an employee, you take pride in your work and the services you give your customers
Sonic is literally my daily stop. I just moved to this area and this location is very slow. I’m not sure if they are understaffed or what but I use to live in Friendswood and when you place an order there via the app you have your drink almost immediately. Yesterday I waited 10 mins for a drink and only 2 cars were here. Today I waited 6. Definitely an adjustment. The carhops are always friendly and kind.
I hadn’t gone to the Sonic in over year because it’s just been bad every time I’ve ever gone. Long wait times, messed up orders, frazzled kids trying to work. All points to horrible management. Finally went again today so I could grab a shake and take the meds I just picked up from H-E-B drive-through. Very sick and running a fever but thought I’d just give it one more try. $6.35 later and a 10 minute wait after I paid in the drive-through, and I finally got the medium peanut butter shake that was completely melted, not even cold any more; and instead of double Heath candy I had ordered and clearly paid for, there was literally a sprinkle of it on top and none in the ice cream, I mean peanut butter pudding. The poor kid working in the window did apologize for the extra-long wait, but it looked like he was running around trying to do his job, and I didn’t take it out on him or hand it back. Just wanted to take my meds and get home, but sheesh, SB Sonic, you suck.
I have given this place, so many tries since it’s the only sonic in the area but almost every single time something has been wrong with the order. I’ll give them some grace because it’s a lot of young kids working there but they really need better management. What made me write this review after many bad experiences is that my last drink has spoiled milk in it. Management, please look into what’s going on at this place!
Fast food is not know for teste but Sonic's food is bland. Service is lacking. Perhaps some adult supervision would help.
All the Food was cold the hamburger taste like it was 🍔 premade The fries 🍟 were supposed to have no salt. The hotdog was hard to bite into seem like it was also premade. I’ve never had an order come out so fast and now I know why.. it was 7pm and they were telling people the ice cream machine was not in service 🙄 I won’t be coming back. Or recommending this place.
This wasn't a order made my by but by my mother, she had ordered a 4 sm pack of cheese sticks with the sauce packets, with a medium size vanilla shake with extra fudge and extra oreos in it, there was barley any fudge or oreos in the shake that she ended paying almost 8 dollars for and again never got sauce packets with the cheese sticks and the cheese sticks were hardly even cooked, she just ended up throwing her order out the wind with that 8 dollar shake and 4'99 cheese sticks which is almost 13 dollars wasted for trash. This is the 2nd time it's happened back to back with the bad orders, this is 2nd time. I ended up giving her my money to cover the cost of the items. I'll be contacting corporate on this matter. Never had this issue before a month and a half ago and now it's a repeating issue. And almost forgot, the guy who gave her the shake must have thought it was okay to give a completely melted shake to where it's at the point you'll think it's water.
Order was completely wrong. Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and got a double smash burger no bacon, same with a number 4 got a smash burger🙄 ordered jalapeño poppers and got a chili cheese tot. It was very disappointing once we got home. The only thing that was correct was our drinks and 2 large chili cheese tots
I'm so upset with this sonic . Ordered 3 meals with onion rings for 2 . Large onion rings had 3 in the bag and medium onion ring had 2 in the bag. Burgers smashed with no life left in them .it was close to closing time but NOT CLOSED . NO RECIEPT GIVEN . spent $40 on food never again. Also waited in drive thru for 20 min.
I have tried time and time again to find something good about this particular sonic. However the only good thing is the fact that it is near by. There is an exceptional employee named Spencer who is more than kind and helpful. However Every other employee I have had the displeasure of interacting with has several attitude problems. For instance last night I drove through the parking lot to do a turn around and I was yelled at by a female employee that they were closed (it was after 11 so I had no intention of going through, just needed to turn around). However tn around 10 30, after I placed an online order at 9. The sonic app told me it was still open til 11 aswell as Google. I arrived and saw a large group of employees passing something around and smoking it by the restaurant. Then somebody whom I can only assume is the manager came out and while being incredibly rude announced they were closed. I informed him that I had an online order that should have been set for pickup. He went on to tell me I was luck to have put it in before they closed. But that they wouldn't do it again. Then he brought me out a drink that I did order and a melted milkshake i didnt order, I explained to him it wasnt mine he insited I take it because they wouldnt need it. He went on to tell me that they closed at 10. Then when I explained I had no idea because Google and their app said they were still open. He began a tangent on how he was tired, then stomped off saying something under his breath. Incredibly rude and terrible customer service.
Waited 30+ minutes for food that was made wrong, old and gross, and also missing items. There is 0 reason customers should be waiting this long for fast food that is poor quality at that. Clearly, this is an issue with INCOMPETENT management. Paulina, the alleged manager, was unprofessional and lazy. Sonic really lowered the bar when she was hired. She said she didn’t see anything wrong with our order, didn’t want to remake it, or take it back when I told her I didn’t want it and needed a refund. She would rather run her mouth and get an attitude. If this is how this location treats their customers, they won’t have any in the future.
This was the worst food experience I've probably ever had. Our Person's name that helped us at the drive through was Cristopher. This is important for later on in my review because he had the worst aditude I've ever expierenced at a drive through. I'm not normally one to write reviews but they brought this on themselves. We went to sonic today at 1:26 and placed our order through the drive through speaker. We were the only one in the drive through mind you. We pulled up to the window a second after ordering and I payed right away and they gave us the milkshake. I also ordered a chicken sandwich large fries and a Route 44 coke. Once he gave us our milk shake we waited for a long time after for anyone to come to the window. Then finally a worker came to the window and said we lost your order we are making it right now for you. We said ok and then waited a long time after that. Then the worker came back again and said we are still waiting on your order to be made and gave me medium French fries. Which I did not order I ordered a large. While it shows medium french fries on the reciept I specifically stated large when I ordered through the speaker. At this point he hadn't even brought out my coke I had to ask for it and he hesitated on giving it to me. When he finally came out with the order he never compensated for the issue and when we asked for the large fries he didn't want to give it to us. We had to beg for the large fries even though that's what I originally ordered. Bottom line we had to wait 20 min for our food that should have only been a few minutes. The worker who helped us (Christopher) was the rudest person I have ever experienced at a resturaunt. Waiting 20 min for our food. It should have been free at that point. He barley even apologized for the bad service and all he could offer was coupons. Worst drive through expierence ever and will not be going back to this sonic ever. We ordered at 1:26 and didn't leave the drive through until 1:46.
