We haved loved Noah's for a long time in Burbank. Will always love it. The staff are friendly and some of them even know us by name which is awesome. There are patrons who have come to this location since it's opened. 😎 This morning was a little different. The store has been changed around and it's noticeable. The need for a retractable stanchion for "crowd control" kills that open and welcoming space and the coffee urn section moved to where some of us usually sit is simply goofy. The staff have to now carry the large coffee urns through the crowded line and one staff person this morning almost tripped on the base of the stanchion while carrying the urn. The chaos feeling of a crowed store is actually a good thing and the freedom to stand and sit anywhere while we wait for our awesome bagel is even better. Just in case you guys actually read the reviews, thought you should know.

I had to divorce Starbucks. I looked for a coffee shop for 3 weeks. Disappointed every morning until today... Thank guys. I had the salmon , a caramel macchiato and oddly enough sea salt chips. The perfect blend of palatable sensations to get me through my morning. Hey, it's afternoon... I'm still full and satisfied. See y'all tomorrow)

Had huge problem with Groupon that I purchased from them. Groupon did not resolve the issue. However, Johnny and Lorta resolved the issue and gave me my traditional Turkey Avocado Egg Bagel and cup of coffee on the house. That's why I come here. Good food. Good service and friendly staff who value each and every customer one by one. Thank-you Noah's Bagels. See you tomorrow!😚😎😎🌞

Came in here on the way to work one day and had one of the best jalapeno cheddar bagels I think I've ever had. Definitely coming here every chance I get!

I love to stop by this spot in the morning they, toast my bagels perfectly. My coffee is always hot and the bagel smear is unmatched to any cream cheese. I appreciate this place and the ones who work there.

Close to other bagel places, don’t waste your money anywhere else. These bagels are soft, made fresh daily and worth it. Their app could use better customization and offers. Not a dine-in place and that may be what may help increase their revenue but it is the standard of what bagels should taste like.

I live nearby, I come here all the time. I definitely recommend. Getting your food can be a little slow, I recommend ordering ahead. I use the app. The people are nice enough. I love the cold brew. It's very simple, but you have to add your own cream. They usually have it available on the counter, if not you can ask. I want to figure out what they use as flavoring for the cold brew. I really like it and want to make it myself.

The food was great, freshly cooked to order and with a good selection of options. NovaLax is my favorite bagel here. Convenient, fast, and excellent quality bagels and breakfast. Super tasty yogurts, juices and coffee. Maybe I am forgetting some food available, but I promise you will be satisfied by the food options, and the nice service. It is not a restaurant you go for the sitting beauty etc. Nothing fancy for the design of the place, but who cares when you can enjoy its tastes so early in the morning:)

As a frequent customer, I enjoy going to this location not just because of the proximity to where I live but also for the friendly and warm customer service. Ronnie is truly a lovely lady whose kindness is welcomed now more than ever. As for the food, I love the honey almond spread and the sesame bagels.

I'm not a bagel person. But man!!! Noah's is the spot! Farmhouse bagel, blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese, breakfast burrito, or the pastrami bagel. Man, these are all great! Fresh! Tasteful! A must-try. This is my spot for bagels whenever I'm back home in the LA area now. Highly recommend

We just recently moved to LA and have been trying to find a place to get our bagel fix. Noah's did not disappoint. Both the plain bagels with cream cheese and the breakfast sandwiches are delicious. They also serve lunch sandwiches for later in the day. We will definitely be coming back!

Small, clean shop. Definitely busy on the weekends but the staff keeps things moving efficiently. The bagels are really delicious, and I always appreciate when chocolate chip is an option :)

Noah's is always busy with a steady line and pick up orders. That said, the service is fast and the line moves quickly. Keep a look out for their deals. We got $10 off their dozen bagels with two smears, totaling $10 + tax. Hard to beat. They usually throw in a free iced coffee with certain orders as well. They have an extensive array of bagel types and smear options. Their coffee options are more straight forward and simple. My favorite bagel is their cheddar jalapeños. Their cinnamon bagels are great also and pair surprisingly well with the strawberry smear. There are limited seating areas inside and out, but there's usually a lot of people, so we generally stick to pick-up.

I stopped by this Noah Bagel this morning to get a bagel for myself and my wife. I was in the area since I had to pick up something for work. So I decided to stop by this place to get a bagel. I parked on the street where Orange Grove Ave is because it's a 10min parking zone. If you try to park on San Fernando Blvd then you might get stuck in the traffic but there are parking structure around as well. When I came after 10am, they weren't as busy. I was able to walk in and get the Cheddar Jalapeno Bagel for my wife along with a Blueberry Bagel for myself. I asked that the cream cheese is on the side because they will put a lot on the bagel if you dont tell them and I asked for our bagel to be toasted. It didn't take long for my bagel to be ready and I took it home to eat. My blueberry bagel was delicious with the cream cheese and my wife loved her cheddar jalapenos bagel. The staff were friendly with me and you can order ahead too to avoid the wait.

There are five places for some good morning routines in the downtown Burbank area. This place is definitely one of those great coffee spots. No place inside to hang out but the amazing outdoor seating is a nice morning refresher. If you're looking for good food and amazing coffee that does not even require sugar nor milk. Then stop by Noah's New York Bagels Burbank.

Noah's Bagels are so delicious and fresh, they have a great variety of bagels, and sandwiches, coffee, everything is so delicious, you can get a bagel any way you like for breakfast, lunch or dinner, specially on winter with a cup of coffee, so yummy and the store is really nice and clean and the personnel were very nice, polite and friendly, I highly recommend this place and I'll back 😘👌🥯☕

I ordered delivery and OMG were these bagels amazing! The brisket bagel was 🤤 I ate my blueberry muffin like 2 days later and it was still perfectly delicious 😋. I have nothing bad to say other than we don't have one in the AV, so get us one please! **reply** I actually ordered again today since I was going to be in the area. However, when I got all the way home I realized somehow the receipt on the bag was correct but nothing inside the bag was what I ordered....huge bummer cause my mouth was thinking about that brisket bagel the whole hour home

This place is always busy for good reason! My family loves the bagels here, and I’ll wake up earlier in the morning just to pop in and get bagels before we have to get ready for the day. I’ve never had to wait more than 20min even with a line to the door waiting to check out. I know that Einstein Bros Bagels and Noah’s are connected (Einstein’s bought Noah’s?) and I wish a few more of the Einstein’s options were available here- like the All Nighter sandwich. That’s just personal preference though, they have the best ones like the Farmhouse, Chorizo Sunrise, and the Bagel Dog (which Einstein’s got rid of). Coffee here isn’t my favorite, but I’ll gladly wait here for my food and then pop into another coffee shop on the street nearby to enjoy with my bagels.

Heard so much about this place. Went here on a Monday morning before work. The two bagels I ordered were fresh and amazing. I was so impressed..I stopped by Tuesday and ordered the exact same two bagels. They were now hard and old. There is no way the Tuesday bagels were made fresh..for that reason they do not get my rare 5 star

Love their bagels. Power egg white sandwich is my go to. Only issue, that I’d love to see resolved, is there is no clear line to order. Everyone always has to ask where the line is. Could be solved with a simple stanchion going down the middle.

Decent looking product, but definitely not a NY style bagel in anything but name or theme. If you are looking for more than a 🥯 shaped roll, move on, but the sandwiches made out of them are attractive and even taste good.

The bagels are fantastic. I especially recommend the chorizo avocado bagel. But I've had enough negative experiences here that I can't give a great review. We ordered a Chai Iced Tea, and it literally tasted like bathroom cleaner. I'm not sure if that was a one-off mistake, or if it's usually that bad. Last time we were here, the wait was over 30 minutes, which is understandable because they were busy. But they weren't putting the names on each order coming out (they just announced the name audibly), which resulted in someone accidentally taking our food and we had to wait even longer. I wish they would print out the receipt and name for each order, since it's such a busy place that mixups like that are bound to happen a lot.

We stopped by here to grab some breakfast before we head to our event. The place wasn’t busy when we came in. My sister and I were the only customer in line that morning before it got busy. The cashier seemed to not know or not familiar of the menus and/or what they’re selling. It took him a while before he found blt sandwich that I was ordering then he wasn’t good in math also. My total was $17.69 and gave him $20.69 to avoid having loose change in my purse but the cashier still gave me $2.31 back. I told him that I gave you the the change .69 so that you can give me $3.00 back. He seemed lost and wasn’t sure of what I told when I asked him to give me a dollar instead of the coins. He did some calculating then took the coins and gave a dollar back.

I know this review won’t change anything but I’m gunna make an effort anyway. I grew up in New York and I take bagels pretty seriously. Noah’s is fine as bagels go. There are minimal places that may be closer to a NY bagel shop, but Noah’s had a leg up in their French toast bagel. It was the perfect blend of flavors, the perfect texture and incredible on a sandwich. I’ve been going in for a ham and cheese on a French toast bagel about once a week or two for years. I have consistently been shocked and disappointed by the fact that they don’t make an egg bagel and that sandwich made up for it. I went in yesterday and was told the French toast was sold out. Today I went back to remedy my lack of sandwich and was told it’s actually been discontinued. Now I have no motivation to visit Noah’s. Even if they replace it as promised I’ll have found a new bagel spot by then. I’ll never understand these decisions and I am so disappointed.

Just ordered a cappuccino and a caramel macchiato. Waited 6 or 7 minutes and was asked "are you waiting on something?" Yeah....my two drinks! They made them and neither had any coffee. The cappuccino was hot milk, no foam, and the macchiato was sugar water. They were not super busy so that's not it. The bagel we got was fantastic as always 5 stars. Coffee was terrible. Stick to Coffee Bean or Starbucks!

Cashier was great- but I watched the make line and the staff is touching raw fish and not changing gloved between orders. **edit walked across the street and felt some of that raw fish on the bottom of my bag- for the record I did not order anything with fish on it.

The food here is good but the customer service is not, the old lady that helped didn’t even spell my name right after I told her multiple times what my name was, then I received my food to find out it was cut in half which inconvenient for me because the whole point of me to relax and eat my food and I still have to cut my food.

This is the second time they have gotten my order incorrect. I understand in the mornings it’s hectic with a lot of customers, but it’s 2pm and one other person in the shop!! Please try to see if you have the type of bagel available when I order it and also if I order it with strawberry cream cheese, why did I get regular? I will give them one more shot. If not I’m done!

One of the older service ladies is super racist. She singled out my husband (Latino) and I (Asian) from a group of customers who were lining to order. The line was forming a certain way and we waited for our turn. We were 3 customers away and she told us to form the other way... Not wanting to cause problems, we did. She went back into the kitchen. The nice cashier guy asked us why we switched over. We told him that the lady told us to line here. They got into an argument all while she was giving my husband the stink eye. We walked out. We just wanted our food. We didn't need to go through these racism and/or political work place problems. Never coming here again.

Terrible service, not a single thing in my order was correct when I got home. Totally unorganized inside the store. Orders were just piling up on the counter and the workers refused to call out names, which forced everyone waiting to go up and touch each and every bag - come one it's a pandemic. I ordered pick up to try and avoid some of that interaction. Reached out via email to corporate and have yet to hear back several days later and at this point I doubt I will. Won't be back anytime soon.

I have been buying bagels here for years. I placed order from their app as I always do and they said they didn’t get it. I told them well I have it here in the app so make it now. They said no your bank probably did not approve. I said this isn’t my first order. I always order with your app. I ultimately showed them bank transaction as well with time stamp and date. They said we got no paper printed, so we can’t make it. So them making it is just depending on a piece of paper to print? I got a picture of the app and a bank transaction what more proof is there. This could have easily been prevented had they just made my order, instead of argue that the machine didn’t print them a paper. Banks don’t make a transaction unless it happened. So I don’t know what happened with their machine not printing my order, but the situation was handled poorly. So in frustration I just left and had to call bank to get transaction removed. Will not return again. Consider a lost customer from me.

Currently waiting over 20 minutes for three bagels. Not toasted, not sliced, not schmeared. There is hardly anyone here right now. The dude manager with a ponytail has a serious attitude with anyone he's talking to including staff. People are walking in and ordering and receiving sandwiches in the time it takes us to get 3 bagels with nothing. Update: 5 minutes after the manager brushed us off we found out that they had given up on the order because they ran out of one of the items and were just moving on. We'd stood at the counter for a few minutes already and had been ignored. What kind of protocol were we supposed to follow exactly??

I just left Noah's Bagels in Burbank,CA and I had a very disturbing experienced by the way I was treated by MARIA the manager. After I paid for my order I realized that they have a special on the pastries and went back to the cashier to change my order and get the 4 in a box pastry special for $6 instead of buying 2 individual muffins and a bagel. The sign on the counter is very clear and the manager insisted that they did not have that special. I left because I did not want to create a seen, but after I left I called to verify if that special was still going on and they said yes. I hope this comment will help improve your customer service. Western Bagels have a terrific customer service and I hope you can do the same.

Very disappointed. They claim to be like NY, but they are the furthest thing from it. We ordered two Bagel Sandwiches. Mine was the Farmhouse with thick cut bacon, ham, cheddar, pepper smear on a six-cheese gourmet bagel. Bagel was soft and fell apart. Bacon was NOT remotely thick cut. She ordered 2 scrambled eggs, Swiss and avocado. They call these eggs scrambled? The avocado was mushy, lacked any flavor and appeared to have been held in water. She did not eat her eggs or avocado. The pigeons liked the eggs though. When I took her bagel back to the cashier to ask for scrambled, she had an attitude and said that these were their scrambled eggs. Really?!! I then told her their bagels were nothing like NY and they were terrible. She said she’d be sure to tell the baker. Two coffees and two bagels for $28. It’s not a big deal, but we won’t be back. Expected so much more.

Buyer beware. If you want to waste your money, then this is the place to visit. Completely got my order wrong. Charged me for what I wanted (2 Nova Lox Open Face platter with potato salad) but conveniently gave me something different but similar at half their cost. If your a cheap fast food place and you get my $1.99 taco wrong that’s one thing. But if you’re going to charge $10.49 for something then you better get it right. I think what they gave me were sandwiches that retail for $5.99. Thanks for nothing Noah’s. I guess I’m at fault as this had happened the last time I came here but I had honestly forgotten about it until I got home and opened up the bag. No platter, just sandwiches (the entire point of order the platter was that they explicitly state they put more lox on the platters than on the sandwiches) and completely missing the potato salads that were supposed to come with the platter as well. I live three blocks from here but with this happening a second time I’m now completely ruling out coming here again. I’ll get in the car to find bagels elsewhere. I can’t afford to keep paying 2x the amount of what I should be getting. And, not for nothing, the red tomatoes were green inside and flavorless so that was wonderful.
