This is better than ANY breakfast chain (I’m looking at you Denny’s and IHOP 👀). Had a fantastic Belgian Waffle breakfast and totally didn’t feel bloated afterwards!! Will I come here again? Absolutely! Very homey, chill, staff is friendly, fast service, and prices are on point. 💖✨💖✨
Food us great. No frills and straightforward which is totally part of the charm. Portions are huge and reasonably priced.
Tallyrand is a lovely place to eat alone or with a group! It's popular but also has a lot of space! I've been there for solo dinner dates with myself and just went with a group for my birthday. The staff brought me some cake and sang to me 🥰
One of the last great diners around. Great portions great food great pancakes!
Amazingggg food and service. My son loved his breakfast. Ty we will be back. Thank you Victor for years for excellent service. I love the hot open faced turkey sandwich. I love your muffins, pancakes, tostadas...y mas My mom loved her chicken noodle soup. If you're not feeling well and looking for soup that will make you feel better definitely order from taliban to go it reminds me of the chicken noodle soup at the chicken house at Knott's Berry farm old fashioned thick noodles yummy byummy breath makes you feel better thanks again
All I can say is excellant. No matter what you order it will be as expected, great. Been eating here since I was a boy, quality over the years have remained consistant. Worth every penny.
Turkey snd gravy and the works everyday there..absolutely great..huge selection but we go for turkey dinners and have senior size...great service
Finally a Burbank diner with a seasoned and delicious potato hash! Overall a five star classic American breakfast experience except for higher prices than other local diners ($15 for two eggs sausage and coffee - toast and potatoes incl.); however the price was offset by the large portions, quality of the ingredients, extremely friendly and prompt service. For example my decaf coffee (which was good!) never reached the bottom of the mug as it was always getting topped off when the staff walked by. The link sausage was not a afterthought! It was cooked perfectly (crispy outside and tender inside) with a very hearty size compared to other local spots. I was surprised how busy the place was (~80% capacity) on a Friday workday morning and it made for a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. The staff was engaging and chatting with myself and other customers which made it feel like a hometown spot rather than just a restaurant.
Classic diner food that's consistently good at fair prices.
Cute little piece of Americana. Feels untouched by time. Good food, prices, and service. Wife and I like this place for breakfast but they are tasty for everything in between, a snack to dinner. Will always keep coming back.
Our server was the BEST. So full of energy. Good food. Nice people, customers and staff. Definitely want to go back. Breakfast was tasty.
Best food. Best place in Burbank. Been going here since the 60s.
Tallyrand was my favorite place to eat when I lived in Burbank. It was profiled by Huell Howser in 2010 since it opened in 1958.
Hot turkey sandwich was excellent had to take half home so big and mashed taters and dressing moist tastes and cranberry sauce yummy. Eli was wonderful my first time here
Fun diner. Great waitress. Good food. Caters to older crowd
This is one of our monthly family favorites. We love the service and the food is comfort on a plate! Our favorite waitress is Marty. This place feels like home.
What a gem, hidden in the valley! I love this mom and pop place that's been around forever! It's actually older than myself. The food was excellent. I had polo omlette with turkey, and it was excellent. I also tried pork chops, which was well done. The pancakes were, well, pancakes. The cinnamon roll french toast was pretty good, although it was a bit sweeter than what I normally like. Marty was a rockstar! She rocks as a server! The best part of this place is the value, you really do get quite a bit more bang for the buck. Clean and nice, especially the bathrooms.
Tallyrand continues to be one of our fave Burbank brunch spots! You can't go wrong with the Cinnamon Roll French Toast. It's the best! I recommend the hot turkey sandwich for lunch or dinner. Turkey is not just for Thanksgiving...though I get it around then, too!
Had a great experience here, this morning. The waitress was polite and friendly. She recommended the cinnamon roll french toast, which did not disappoint. The taste was amazing and the meal was very filling. For $13 you can get the meal and a cup of coffee, which is not bad. If you're extra hungry, a side of eggs and bacon are $3 more. Will definitely be back here.
It's been there forever. Cozy diner old school feel with a full bar m. Friendly attentive service without being overbearing. Wish I was in Burbank more often to enjoy.
Decided to eat here with my folks simply because Mr. Huell Howser recommended it on his show California's Gold! And boy was it Scrumptious!!! Not only are we Uber fans of Mr. Howser but we sure do appreciate some down right good cooking! Steaks were made just like my folks like'em! Tender and juicy. Now of course I had the hot turkey dinner/sandwich that is our Californias Golden crusader Mr. Huell Howser favorite! And I completely agree! I love all of Thanksgivings flavors all year round and this is it! Service was friendly and prompt. Have to say was neat servers spoke Spanish. Folks were able to get their dinner order just purrrfect👍 Most definitely returning to try another delicious plate!
They have a most delicious hot turkey sandwich. A must try and it was Huell Howser's favorite.
First time customer. I've seen Tallyrand for years but never had the chance to stop by. Glad I did as it was a great experience. Old school type restaurant and ran the same way and it just works. The place was packed. Servers and staff were great and don't "hover " over you like many places do. Had the Steak Sandwich. Will definitely come back to try other menu items. Edit: Returned January 18, 2022 and tried the Beef dip sandwich...excellent.
I go to Tallyrand one a month when I have an appointment in Burbank. I'm coming from the Wilshire/ Fairfax area. I have an addiction for their Turkey dinner. If I live closer I'd be eating there more often and trying more of the items on their menu. But I have this addiction.
My wife, daughter, and I stopped at Tallyrand for lunch before our Disney Studios tour. While planning our trip to SoCal to celebrate my daughter's birthday, I looked for a place close to the studios to make sure we wouldn't be late for our scheduled time. I found this place perusing Google Maps several weeks before our trip as it looked interesting, and I'm so glad we did. The restaurant exudes charm and hospitality from the outside and matches that and then some once inside. We arrived just before the lunch rush and were immediately seated. We can tell that the place was filled with regulars as the staff seemed to know just about everyone as they trickled in. Our server, Marisa, was as hospitable and charming as can be. She was very welcoming, attentive, and informative and made us feel like we were regulars ourselves. The food was well prepared, tasty, and came in generous portions, and the ambience was fantastic. We enjoyed our visit so much, we plan on returning whenever we're in the area.
First time there will go back love the food and service was fast and pleasant. Atmosphere friendly
I love this place! Gotta get a Turkey melt! So, SO good. Hubby loved his fried chicken. Service was attentive and entertaining. Fairly priced.
This cozy family run diner reminds me of the lyrics from the sitcom, Cheers, "Where everybody knows your name and they're always glad you came..." It's the perfect place to satisfy that craving for a no nonsense hot turkey dinner. Gotta mention the hot sour dough bread with butta. Yum!
Always warm and hospitable, served by the friendly team of female waitresses very precise in following customer choices. It’s been our neighborhoods and NextDoor favorite for years)) The meals are of exceptionally good quality, well-prepared with fresh local produce. My photos of our favorite turkey and salmon dinners include their menu choices from back in October 2019 which stay same today except, naturally, for prices. I prefer its relaxing outdoor seating ambiance shaded with the well cared plants. The indoors with three comfy sitting areas is usually almost packed.
The turkey dinner is outstanding. I went yesterday to order the turkey dinner so that I can freeze it until next week. All white meat is $1 extra, but I prefer all dark meat. I really like the tuna melt, too.
Food: The classic Turkey Dinner is a must!!!!! The chicken noodle soup is yummy too. Dinner comes with a muffin and I choose the mocha muffin. Classic diner food with a with muscle! Service: The servers were amazing! Kind, friendly and fast! The food came out quick and was accurate. Place was clean and my server was there to provide all. Final thought: This place is a classic Hollywood Diner with plenty of history! I can only imagine how many Hollywood Stars ate and still eat here. Located in a great area with plenty to do. Pit Stop.
American dinner food, too much to choose from But turkey anything is my favorite. Marni is great, high energy! Great drinks especially the Mai tai.
11/5 ok fine, yes three nights in a row. I didn't have a car and didn't feel like going far from the hotel. So of course i walked back over here. I got the double burger (like a Mac but bigger and better) i would get it again. Steak fries were good. Cholula fans, they got the BIG bottle ;) Tonight was very quiet, different vibe but still saw two new friends from last night. That was nice. 11/4 Back for dinner and hang out with my new local friends and made a few new ones as well. I had the salmon salad with the Bleu cheese dressing & crumbles on the side, that was key- thanks to 'Buffalo'. 11/3/23 first time here. What a cool place. I was just looking for a spot to chill out and have a drink. I was thrown off by all the breakfast data... But i knew i needed to check it out. Really cool underground bar / lounge area. Friendly people hanging out, had some laughs, it was really nice and i was made to feel like i had been a regular for years. I was given a nickname "NY Dave" - lol. The service was great, the chicken quesadilla was really good and a nice size too. Margaritas were good. Beer on tap looked decent, wine and alcohol served. Nice bar with a metal top. Comfy bar stools that say "stay as long as you want". The GF would love them because they have a back. Nice lounge tables and booths. A good spot to chill and have a nice convo with whomever you need to. Alvaro at the bar is a good dude...
If the coffee doesn't wake you up, Marty's service sure will! Most of my Yelp! reviews usually focus on word of mouth recommendations or great service. This one features both. But first, seriously, Marty was a huge part of our breakfast experience! Food, atmosphere, and value aside, go to Tallyrand to sit at Marty's table! During a local visit, our shuttle driver highly recommended Tallyrand for breakfast. Now that we have dined there, it's easy to see why it's been voted Best Breakfast in LA (multiple times). And our meal validated the shuttle driver's suggestion. We were staying at a nearby hotel and Tallyrand was within walking distance. When we stepped inside, I knew it was going to be good. This place has been open over 60 years and it had that classic breakfast joint feel. You don't stick around that long without being good at what you do. Speaking of being good, the food is excellent! The pancakes are just as billed. Extra eggs and buttermilk makes a difference. And I don't know what they did to my scrambled eggs, but I wish I could make them this fluffy. Everything on our plates was amazing and cooked exactly how we wanted. Plus, the food came out very quickly. Marty was so kind and had a fun, engaging personality. Even if you go to Tallyrand and don't get Marty, you will not be disappointed!
We were very disappointed with our waitress Sara. She did not inform us that they had run out of sourdough bread that they normally serve with food and did not offer anything else in its place. When we asked a waiter that was serving coffee to some other customers he informed us that they did run out, but that we can have a muffin instead. Found out later that the waiter is the owners son. He did a great job of stepping up with customer service.
An important timing factor is that Talleyrand is closed from 2 pm to 4 pm. We arrived at 1.30 unaware. However the entire service team were most accommodating to enable getting through this so that it was not an inconvenience but a goal to keep. We stayed until 2.30 and all was well. By the way. Excellent food! Picture is of scallops. Also came with soup and potatoes and muffin. Packed to take home
I love this place so much! My wife and I have found our goto Breakfast of the King Burrito with a side of fruit with a cup of coffee and ice cold cup of water! This is a true classic American diner experience, all the staff a lovely, shout out to Jen, Laura and the rest of the team. We have met the owner Karen and her husband who also super nice. All the staff like working here, they help each other and that says a lot. I’m sad to be in London for two weeks on business as I’m missing them all already! But I’ll be right back and there as soon as I get home to Burbank!
The service was excellent all the way around! The young lady who took my order by phone was very kind and patient helping me to figure out what dinners to choose! The servers were very kind and friendly as well! The food is very delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!
Tallyrand Restaurant is classic for a reason. 🍳🥪 The food is comforting, generous, and always hits the spot—especially the breakfast and classic diner-style dishes. Everything feels old-school in the best way, with quick service and a laid-back vibe. The staff are friendly, the portions are solid, and it’s the kind of place you can come to again and again without overthinking it. If you’re in Glendale and want a reliable, no-frills meal that tastes great, Tallyrand is a must.
Been coming here since 1986 of August. And I will tell you every time I come out to California from New York City, I hit displace or else I'm able to sit outside and I chain my dog up to the sidewalk, and they watch you and you'll have a great time in here. Great cocktails, great people never had a problem with the food. A little bit on the pricey side, but good quality and no problems and a good, happy environment to hang out.
First of all, Ellie is the best server I have had in such a long time! I just loved her from the get go! Friendly, funny and efficient! 100 out of 10 for her part alone. My first time to the Tally Rand and we enjoyed it so much we came back the next morning to experience breakfast! Both were great! Delicious diner food served up fresh and fast! Great atmosphere and friendly service! You can tell it’s a locals hang as it has a family vibe! Our party of 6 loved it and took advantage of all the different offerings.
Ate here on a whim while in town for work and have absolutely no regrets. The coffee I'd ordered was never more than half empty before being refilled without me having to ask. All of the food tasted fresh and delicious. The environment was lively, though not loud or overwhelming. Will certainly eat here again.
I've been here several times over the years and Tallyrand has been a consistently great spot for comfort food at a fair price. Their chili-hash is hella good, they got killer mimosas, and their fried chicken is decent. It's a mid-century diner, so there is a lounge as well. The servers are always friendly and helpful. We've received the wrong orders before and has our own orders served to the wrong tables ... but they always quickly remedied the situation. If your in Burbank looking for some old school ambience and comfort food, these is it.
My family had a wonderful dining experience! Enjoying delicious food, excellent service, and a scenic view can truly elevate the overall enjoyment of a meal! Will definitely come back! I hear great things about Tallyrand. It sounds like they’re already mindful of sustainability, but providing straws only upon request could be a great additional step. :)
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic breakfast at the Tallyrand Diner! You can really feel the history and classic diner vibe the moment you walk in, it has so much character and charm. We sat outside which was super relaxing, and the service was honestly the highlight: incredibly friendly, entertaining, and genuinely warm. The kind of staff that makes you smile the whole time. Food was great too: fresh orange juice, fluffy pancakes with syrup, perfectly cooked sunny side up eggs with ham, and a really tasty omelet topped with melted cheese. And the coffee served in the classic thermos style was the perfect finishing touch. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely be back!
This is THE place to have a turkey dinner and I don’t even like turkey or meat for that matter. The service was great and the food was also very good. The turkey is moist and the portion sizes did not disappoint. I would highly recommend this establishment if you’re looking for an incredible turkey dinner but do be warned that most patrons are over the age of 50.
Tallyrand – Review: Tallyrand is a classic French bistro offering an elegant yet approachable dining experience. Known for its timeless French cuisine, the menu features dishes like steak frites, escargot, duck confit, and fresh seafood, all prepared with care and traditional techniques. Guests often praise the warm, inviting atmosphere, attentive service, and attention to detail in both presentation and flavor. The wine list complements the menu well, featuring French and international selections. While a bit on the pricier side, Tallyrand delivers a refined, consistent experience for those seeking a quality French dining outing. Ideal for date nights, celebrations, or a sophisticated meal with friends.
The Service: Our server, Kim, is fantastic! Super friendly, attentive and efficient. Excellent customer service! The Food: Fresh ingredients! My steak fries were hot when it was served. Love it when they served the food ASAP. Their pies are freshly baked. The pie crust is still warm. Not overly sweet too. The Parking: Private parking lot (free) This is a landmark in Burbank, opened in 1959!

Great food that came out quick and incredible service. Felt like I was in my family's house eating with friends. The vibes of the bar area were really fun too, I can't wait to come back!
Love this place. Good food ,friendly service in a comfortable setting. I like their turkey sandwich but have tried everything.

The food is delicious but the prices are high for a coffee shop. I know everything is higher than a year ago but $25-$30 for a meal is ridiculous! I can eat cheaper at home.
Great food for a good price. This is a longtime favorite in Burbank. I usually get the turkey dinner and love it. The muffin is a great bonus and perfect for breakfast with coffee the next day!
Good quality diner/coffee shop type food. Everything I've ever had has been very good. I don't like that they only have 1 type of soup. It's a mediocre chicken noodle. They need variety here.
Talleyrand is a great family restaurant. Yesterday we were all very hungry so I decided that I was going to get the open-faced turkey sandwich dinner. It's an excellent price and you can't possibly finish it all. I have to say my favorite is their fresh sourdough bread they place on the table with butter. Yum! They also have a bar downstairs where you can also eat and have a drink. Plenty of parking.
Everything you expect from a classic American diner. The interior looks like it was frozen in thyme in a charming way. I’ve been there for breakfast lunch and dinner and it certainly does not disappoint. Staff is always super friendly and there’s ample parking.
I've always had a pleasant experience when I have had an opportunity to eat here. There is a good amount of parking. The wait has never been a problem. The staff are all nice and the service is on point. The food is delicious and the Cinnamon Roll French Toast is "To Die For" as the menu clearly states!
Tally Rand is a decent diner with good food, but slow service. Granted I went during a very busy time during the holidays but the staff was having a very difficult time keeping up with the demand. Would like to come back when the demand is lighter, and hopefully the service can shine more. I had a French dip sandwich and tuna melt. Both were excellent. Food - 15/20 Atmosphere - 7/10 Service - 3/10 Total - 25/40 - good place, visit if you are in the area
This isn’t my first time here. Use to come here all the time with the family. This is definitely the epitome of a family restaurant and family owned. Interior is on the drab side. Definitely glad they got rid of the carpet in the dining room. Small steps I would assume. Came here with my mom because she loves their turkey dinner. Our server wasn’t that busy, but a little out of sorts. Two tables got their salads before us and we ordered before. When we asked where they were she seemed confused. Needless to say she did bounce back. Turkey dinner comes with mashed potatoes, salad or soup, sourdough bread, stuffing, and mashed potatoes and gravy, and cranberry sauce. It is definitely a lot and of course the majority of the people that go there…it’s a second meal for them. That being said, it’s kind of worth the price. I have had the turkey myself and it is not bad, but it is a little too salty and processed for my liking. I decided to have the pork chops this time. They come with mashed potatoes two raw carrots, LOL…yep, soup or salad, small soufflé cup of applesauce, and fresh sourdough bread. The pork chops were overcooked and had no flavor. I had to add salt. I decided to get my dressing put on the side. That was a great idea for myself, considering the fact, my salad was drowning the last time. I always get the ranch dressing because it is fire. Dipping the sourdough bread in the ranch dressing is also good. If I had my choice of time to come here it would be breakfast. Their breakfast is never a miss. Lunch or dinner however could go either way. Even service. Service is always better in the morning because their veteran servers are there. Anyways, not bad food. Try breakfast it’s the best here.
Great food / Great Service = Yummylicious This place has it all. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. All great options, pleanty of seating. You can eat at the counter, in the back room, in the dining room, outside, or in the lounge / bar area. A testament to it's popularity is plenty of seating and sometimes you still have to wait. Best known for the daily freshly cooked turkeys. The turkey plates (sandwich, dinners) are very popular cuz they're delicious. Everything is good here, I've never had a bad meal, returned anything, or left disatisfied. The bar / lounge is dark, quaint, and cozy. So many regulars that everyone knows the bar and wait staff. Great Bloody Mary's and a few TV's in the lounge for those who like the distraction.
We found this place after a UCLA appointment, looking for lunch. We were pleasantly greeted and the service was friendly. It was busy, which is how i can tell how good a place is! We had the chicken tenders with this great homemade apricot dipping sauce and the Monte Carlo Clubhouse sandwich with their freshly made turkey! The salad was delicious with a homemade blue cheese and the fries were crispy and fresh. I highly recommend this independent resteraunt, you won’t be disappointed!
I went there last Sunday for lunch with a couple of friends. I ordered the Monte Carlo Club sandwich. It had fresh turkey and ham in it. It would have been nice to have had cheese in it. I was given the choice of white, wheat or sourdough bread, with the choice of the bread being toasted or not. I chose toasted sourdough. The bread looked toasted, but was lukewarm, and the ham and turkey was cold, as if it had just been pulled from the refrigerator. I much prefer a warm or hot sandwich. I thought that it was weird to have warm bread, but ice cold meat. It's too pricey to have a disappointing sandwich for lunch. Also, the server wouldn't let me exchange the small salad that comes with the sandwich for a cup of soup. I thought that was weird. The next time I go, I'll just order something different. On the plus side, our server was good, and the atmosphere was comfortable and cozy.
Open since 1959 Tallyrand is one of the more famous diners in the valley, especially in the Burbank area. Inside looks exactly as you would expect, a diner from the late 60s or early 70s and the sort of neighborhood hang out spot where all types gather for a great breakfast. Inside has many different seating options, from counter to table to booth. Our server was very polite and the food items came out very quickly. I would say my favorite part of this place is the price because it is very fair and much less than a lot of other places close by. There is a large, free parking lot attached so parking was very easy. The food is pretty good, but not great. There are better diners around Los Angeles but the price here is hard to beat. For my meal I chose my favorite breakfast dish, which is Eggs Benedict, which is only served on Sundays. I felt the dish was fairly good however, the hollandaise was not as creamy as I like and the eggs were a bit over hard. We also started off with a Cinnamon Roll, which was honestly very good and I would recommend ordering. The other dish we ordered was the Pancakes & Eggs and the eggs were very dry and really lacked flavor. We both believe that a great breakfast starts and ends with the quality of eggs. Overall, a fairly priced and historic diner in Burbank worth trying at least once. I would recommend but only if you are already in the area.
Immaculate old-school diner vibes, and decent food. Came here for dinner when it wasn’t particularly busy, but the service was a bit slow. Had to wait an unusually long time to be given menus and the staff didn’t seem very attentive. The food did arrived relatively quickly, however. We ordered a couple of dishes that they were known for, namely, the hot turkey sandwich and the fried chicken. Both dishes were good, but nothing exceptional or noteworthy, and to be honest, a bit pricey for what you get. Worth a try, though. Come here for the vibes. The food gets the job done. Don’t expect the extraordinary.
Love Tallyrand, but don't like their closing between 2pm and 4 pm. Everyday. Food is good, wait staff good also.

Fantastic breakfast with big portions. service was quick and great. It had decent parking which is always a plus. Can't recommend the pancakes enough
Everytime we come to Burbank we always think of trying Tallyrand and so this time with finally did. I felt we had two strikes against us going in becuz we were too young and not a "regular". Service was fine ( nothing to jump up and down about) And the food...well.....it was ok.
Service was good, cool old atmosphere, but the food was average and drinks were very expensive.
My heart breaks…. Tally Rand was a family favorite For many years. I moved away and recently came back to visit my children who still live in Burbank. Although the food was very good, as it always was, the prices are completely outrageous! To pay nearly $30 for two eggs, hashbrowns, and a muffin cup of coffee and an orange juice is on the ridiculous side. And there’s no real reason for it. I as a business person myself, understand the prices go up so the quality is not compromised, but this is beyond. It should be 30% less, and their profits would still be high. I am very sad to say this will be the last time I eat here. And by the way, the bus boy was great and attentive, but I was left alone way too long by my waitress.
Well, it's very clean. This place is popular with a certain type of person, so if that's you, go for it. It is generic, rather tasteless and very basic diner fare. I used to live in the area and we…

The famous turkey sandwich consisted of bread, mashed potatoes, gravy, and stuffing and very little turkey? I would never impose this on anyone who I cared for in my house.
This place was ok, we had breakfast there. Our waitress took our order but we never saw her again until she brought the bill. I would not return here dinning. The breakfast was ok but tge service could definitely be improved.
The food was good. The bus boy was super nice and attentive. The other waitress there super friendly. My waitress I don't think knows how to smile. The cashier was too busy talking to a coworker to talk to me. She took my ticket and handed me my receipt all while talking to her coworker. So even though the food was good and the busboys were great, I will never go back nor recommend this restaurant. The other service workers obviously don't know they work in the service industry. And yes I did tip and tipped over 20% only because I hope the busboy gets his due.
My first time in this long standing neighborhood restaurant I would absolutely give 4 1/2 stars for the food but unfortunately the waitress we had today was god awful! She never introduced herself but our receipt says her name was Alexis P. She took our order she brought us 3 coffees with not one spoon insight ( I ended up using a knife ) When she brought the garden salad she sort of plopped in front of my mother . She never came back to see if our coffee needed to be refilled the bus boy refilled our coffee and brought us utensils and napkins and he was actually more helpful than she was . Now two other families came after us but they seem to actually get their food before we did. Alexis finally arrived with our food and never came back to see if we needed anything else and if we did need something we had to wave her down. Just not a pleasant experience and honestly if we come back and she happens to be our waitress we will asked to be moved to another booth. I mean for $100 for 4 people and a not so busy evening her service should have been better My apple pie had mold in it to my surprise . Disappointed
I went to this place after seeing it on ABC 7 News as they were advertising they were having meals for Thanksgiving so I went to this place and let's say I was not really satisfied first the wait. I had to wait 40 Minutes to an hour just to place in order And Then I had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes To get the order. That didn't include the terrible parking there because it was so packed. Some people had waited two hours just to place in order. Then come to find out One of my orders A ham dinner for Thanksgiving Doesn't come with Stuffing Which is stupid I paid 30 dollars for that and it didn't come with stuffing Then the actual food itself Was Underwhelming to see the least. The best thing about the whole meal As I had gotten a turkey dinner for myself that did include stuffing Was their homemade bread. When your bread is your best part of your meal you've got problems. The stuffing was the second best thing which was actually good But not as good as the bread. The Candied yams And Mashed potatoes were Good but not like crazy good And then the turkey was Solid But for 30 dollars It wasn't up to snuff And especially having to wait that long for the food I would never do this again. My recommendation for this place is if you know you're going to have that many people don't take a 2-hour break between breakfast and dinner times to make people wait make sure you have people in and out to get their food in less than 30 minutes TOPS. Also for 30 bucks the ham Thanksgiving dinner better have stuffing!
The chef took no pride in what he serves. Literally was thrown together a sandwich which he put on top of the parsley and pickle. French fries were cold. Have tried several times and never seem to …
Don't waste your time with takeout orders. When you arrive they'll ask you to wait another 30 minutes.
Well I tried this place with my dad recently. As soon as I came in, the hostess was leaning on the podium looking at her phone and kinda seemed annoyed to have to seat us and get us menus. We got the breakfast menus which was laughably just variety of combinations of eggs, pancakes, toast or fruit. One being someone's breakfast I forget the name but it was a bowl of fruit and coffee ..... The only thing I thought looked appealing was the breakfast burrito at the bottom of the page. It was fine. The waitress seemed busy or something. She came by and asked what we wanted. We took a second to respond and she immediately said she'd give us a minute which meant ten to fifteen minutes. Once she was back she gave us a look that said "you better know what you want". So we ordered and it was like I said fine. The place smells musty and looks pretty old. I usually love diners like this but typically the waiters and hostess are more inviting. I wouldn't come back personally
Crazy work. This place automatically adds a tip AFTER you pay. They tip themselves and charge your card EXTRA on top of what you already pay. Don’t eat here unless you want to get scammed out of more money than you’re already paying.
I was unaware of the hours. They close the restaurant at 2pm between lunch and dinner service. We arrived at 1:45pm and the hostess would not seat us. Gave us the option of a to go order only. She was rather rude. Bad attitude and somewhat angry. A waitress walked by and said they could accommodate our party of three. The hostess refused us once more. We politely thanked her and elected to leave. Extremely disappointed.
