Normal Jack in the Box. Bathrooms a little dirty, but in early mornings there are literally crowds of people, and I am sure it is difficult to keep the restrooms spicy and span.

The food and service was good. But for some reason the sitting area is mostly closed and the lighting in this area is dimmed, also the restrooms were closed to everyone… They do leave one side of the sitting area open, so there is dine in service. I really didnt enjoyed all this at all.

its been getting better over the years. Food is good but the soda machines are always missing flavors or the entire set of flavors. The service is fairly good, you get your order decently fast. They speak both english and spanish so that's another good thing to add

Courteous cashier fast service although they were busy with the morning rush. Lobby was half way full and it was nice and clean. My order was filled correctly and was in and out in approximately 20 minutes.

Everything was great, service , food,clean tables even though the place was packed. The only thing it's that when it was busy they lock the restroom doors for clean up and took a very long time for them to opened, more than 39 mins. Ieft because me and my granddaughters needed to use it and we couldn't after waiting for so long.

Slowest Jack in the world. Food is like any other Jack. Good place to wait or for a quick bite. Bathrooms are super dirty. Not the employees fault too many customers

The food is what you would expect of a jack in the box. The personnel tries to be attentive when they aren't too busy. Their proximity to the border doesn't help with the cleanliness of the place and more often than not there is way too many people.

Need to hire new personnel for the graveyard shift, big service issues, the lady at the cashier made multiple mistakes with the customers orders, took her about 30 minutes to give me my order I had to approach the counter and talk to them in order to receive my food cause she kept calling everyone's number but mine, people that got there after me were getting their big orders first when I only ordered chicken tenders.

I was not going to say anything but since the lady at the cashier has a nasty attitude, took about 30 minutes to give me my order I’ll report that ASAP to corporate. Very upsetting experience. This Jack in the Box needs to change staff right away.

A guy just showed his intimate parts in the parking lot, staff wont do anything, had to call the police and had him arrested, worst experience ever, lady at the cashier so rude she has the nastiest attitude, she don't care whatsoever about her job, seems that she's under the influence of some substance, she kept forgetting to give me my order for over 30 minutes, people that got there after me were getting their food right away, when i demanded my food or a refund i got harassed by the security guard. never giving my business to this establishment again.

The food and service where great, however the restroom was by far the most disgusting restroom I have ever been inside in. Their is human feces on the wall and it’s poorly maintained and clean. Will never come here again.

The service needs improvement, two weeks in a row I received my orders wrong. I'm allergic to cheese and both times I received my orders with cheese, after letting them know that I'm allergic and the last order the shift manager just handed the order to the cashier with out making sure that the order was correct. Its understandable that they want to get orders out but if they're going to rush orders they need to make sure that they are right.

A lot of improvement needed here. I ordered three breakfast jacks. The buns smelled a little like when the bread wants to go bad and get mold. The egg was old. It took 13 minutes for them to make my order. The cheese was also all over the wrapper. Not a good jack in the box. Not saying all jack in the box suck just this particular one.
