Hitting the drive through for a take out dinner. The young man at the drive thru is outstanding in service friendliness and accuracy. We really appreciate him everytime we come to this location!

Absolutely love chicken Express, the chicken is fried perfectly crispy and is so very yummy, my favourite side is the corn bites and the yummy fries. The staff are always so friendly and nice I love it. Everytime I go there I try something new so I can go through there menu Definitely recommend a visit to chicken express

Drive through line moves fast. Food is always hot. Pleasant employees, haven't given me a wrong order yet unlike the guys across the street. When I have my 2 dogs they know they will be getting a treat, a nice touch since our dogs are part of our family. Overall nice experience each time we go.

Cashier at the dt window was a very polite young girl. They didn't have enough chicken for our meal and asked we didn't have time to wait to me asked them to just do the difference in spicy. Chicken was extremely rubbery and flavorless that night.

The food is usually good but if they screw up be prepared to bring all of your food back. The restaurant in burkburnett lacks leadership, that includes the district/regional manager. She supports her family not the business which is a typical.

When it's a chicken place it should have chicken already ready who's managing this place don't know what they're doing we asked for biscuits The girl was really rude and she said we don't have them no more like rude like we didn't have them for a couple months that's what she said took 15 minutes to get chicken chicken strips should already had chicken already made it's what you do when you get at a store My wife used to be a manager at a fast food restaurant and they're not doing the food right take a bite and the meat is pink

Me and my family usually like this place. Today I ordered a 4 piece spicy tenders and the chicken was disgusting. Overcooked, dry and stale. A total waste of money. I seen a lot of new faces since the last time we went there. Hopefully it will get better but it's gonna be a long while before we go back.

It has been two years since my review, it was much better this time. The food was fresh and the service was great. I'll add a final star if it's consistently this good. Original: Apparently all ten employees had something better to do than take my order. I stood at the counter for five minutes and then left without anyone acknowledging my presence.

The food and service is good,I asked about a senior or veteran discount and the girl said they didn't have one. The reason for the poor rating is most businesses when making their prices figure in the cost of accepting credit cards but for some reason food places have decided that that's not enough so they want to charge the customer again for using a credit card! I don't like having to pay extra just to get someone to take my money so this place has lost a customer!Hopefully they will lose enough customers and come to their senses!

I like their food and service is good; however, I have a problem with their veterans discount policy. I went through the drive through about 6:00 pm on Friday, 9 Dec. We ordered 2 fish fillet combos and when we got to the window we were told that the military discount does not apply to fish dinners. Businesses can have whatever policy they want but they should be consistent. Either you offer the discount or not! When I served on active duty I didn't pick and choose what part of the Constitution I would protect and Defend! R/John Jerkins
