Their kindness was unparalleled. I came in to ask for a few things, even though I wasn't from the area, and they treated me like we'd known each other for a long time. I even became a customer. They're a great place for a good coffee, breakfast, and an aperitif. They also sell cigarettes and other items, and they also have a phone booth and offer a variety of services. Definitely worth a try!

A well-stocked tobacconist's also offers services like family status checks and other services without having to wait in endless lines at the town hall. A small bar, but top-notch aperitifs, and courteous, well-trained staff.

The location has an agreement with UPS and is designated as a preferred location for returning items. Following the instructions sent by email (see attachment), this afternoon I headed to the bar and handed the package to the employee. She informed me that a delivery label was required. I explained that this wasn't the case, showing her the instructions in the email (do not print the label, show the code to the bar), but she insisted that I should print it myself. The employee, therefore, wasn't aware of this procedure. So, after having her read the instructions in the email again, she finally agreed and tried to proceed. Finally, she told me everything was done, but even asked me to pay for the label printing, charging me €0.30. I, of course, paid but informed her that I would report this improper behavior. If they qualify as a collection point, I believe they should first be informed of the procedures through which these returns must be carried out and, secondly, not be allowed to ask for additional financial benefits from customers (certainly if they are affiliated as a collection point, they already receive the compensation).

The Fermo Point service is no longer working, but I could still choose this Fermo Point on the website. So I waited over two weeks for the packages to arrive because the tracking information said they were still on hold, but then my packages were returned because the tobacconist no longer accepts them. Not a reliable service!
