Hi, we were there last night for the first time and I have to say that all 4 of us were thrilled, 3 pizzas and 1 peel with different toppings. Everything was very digestible and for me it's really the first thing I have to pay attention to. Excellent products like Zola and walnut pesto on cherry tomatoes and arugula, we need to review the suppliers for a moment. Service was punctual, courteous and kind. We'll be back for the next pizza! I celebrated my birthday last night, there were four of us. Everything was perfect: the place was warm and welcoming, the service was prompt and courteous (special mention to Alba, who was incredibly kind and attentive). The quality of the dishes was excellent, from the light and crispy fried foods to the burgers and, above all, the light-crusted pinsas, superbly filled with high-quality ingredients. If you're looking for a place to eat truly well, you've come to the right place.

Their dough is highly digestible, undoubtedly due to its proper leavening, and I've never encountered a guy or girl serving tables who just happens to be there and doesn't know where to start. The pinsas are prepared with high-quality ingredients and cooked to perfection, resulting in a light and easily digestible dish. A variation of the traditional pizza, served on a wooden peel, with a soft dough on the inside and a crispy outside. Toppings range from classic to more innovative, always using fresh, select ingredients. The restaurant offers a selection of burgers made with premium meats and accompanied by delicious side dishes, to satisfy even the most discerning palates. For those who love platters, Grani in Bottega offers a selection of cured meats and cheeses from select producers, ideal for sharing as an appetizer or during an aperitif. We often go with friends, and the pala romana option is the best; you can choose from multiple flavors to share, all at a reasonable price. The place is very spacious, the tables are well-spaced, and the ingredients are top-notch. The staff is extremely friendly, and the prices are absolutely in line with the products offered. A very, very positive experience. I went with my husband on this occasion and he was very impressed by the kindness of the waitresses, by the food, and by the quaint place. We tried some unique pizzas... I had the "Giovanna," which was exceptional, crispy, just the way I like it. All unique, high-quality products 🔝🔝🔝🔝 Highly recommend it and I think we'll be back. 👍👍👍👍

Excellent quality, fabulous pizzas, and kind and helpful staff. The only thing that could be improved is the soundproofing. But the pizza makes everything else secondary. We'll see you again.

The best pinza I've ever eaten outside of Rome! This restaurant offers a very interesting menu of pasta dishes, pizzas, and Roman pinsas with 48 hours of natural leavening. They also offer excellent burgers. All the dishes are carefully prepared and the ingredients are truly excellent. Highly recommended.

A very nice and welcoming place where carbohydrates reign supreme: pinsa, pasta, and pala romana. The menu also features platters and burgers. The ingredients are refined and very good. The service is courteous, helpful, and unobtrusive, always with a smile. As a beer lover, I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of craft beers from a nearby brewery. I went there for a family dinner and we had a great time.

First time dinning here, choose it as looked gorgeous place to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. Amazing food (pasta), great atmosphere and sophisticated. Been served by this amazing woman (Irene), she was very attentive, explained the everything (in English) unfortunately the menu was only in Italian. Definitely will go back again.
