Was overcharged, she said she would refund the overcharge, but I never recieved a refund. It was extremely shady, same thing happened to the guy before me. Food was disgusting also.

No ice in 4 months, pouring bottled pop since COVID. Premake a stack of fries so nice and cold when they served to you😓. Why is this place still open? Don't franchises have to go through some quality control to operate?

This place is terrible. They closed the inside of the restaurant because it got very busy. Many customers were waiting outside. Huge losses in potential business here. They stopped selling menu items to turn guests away. This happen to me. Unbelievable that a restaurant would do this. I'm posting this because if I were the Owner Operator of this franchise I would want to know what's going on. I hope you guys get my message

We ordered uber eats but there weren’t 2 French fries, 1 Fanta and doble hamburger. Such a scam company, NEVER COME BACK

This place was not it. I ordered the Cheddar Bacon Onion burger meal. Tell me why that patty looked dry as heck! The bun was as hard as a rock. I just ate my fries no salt. The staff was chill and seemed to be happy. The store was decently clean.

Don’t eat here the food, and the service is bad as heck you be better off going somewhere else And we came back another night just to give it another go around only for them to close the lobby. 10 minutes before closing time would not let us in, but will let somebody else in because he begged a little harder.

This restaurant should be shut down. It's not up to McDonald's standards at all. Some have toppings some don't. Food cold. Missing items. No excuse for laziness. Dirty floors havent been cleaned in a long time. The TVs dirty and not turned on. Broken tiles and on and on. How does everyone think this is ok? The restaurant is disgusting inside and i cant imagine the kitchen itself. Terrible

Received a pollo burger with zero toppings except for a poorly topped habanero sauce. Asked for a replacement with everything that the photos should have. The burger was the worst patty I’ve ever seen. Went to wash my hands & the bathroom has a strong fish/ diarrhoea smell. Managed to wash my hands quickly and run before I vomited. Health standards are vile, avoid at all costs
