My baby and I pulled into town coming off a road trip and wanted McDonald’s . I was hesitant because in Dallas the people are very rude so I didn’t know what to expect here! When I tell you I was pleasantly shocked because Sage was very nice, patient and helpful from ordering until I walked out the door! The food was great everything was hot and fresh but Sage was the highlight of my visit! I love good service with a smile and Sage understood the assignment! I stopped in after a long day of driving to sit and relax out of the truck as I am able to do at all other restaurants in the state of Texas, but the dining room area is closed. There were 2 employees eating at one of the tables and when asked about this was told they had no break room and that is where they take breaks. I thought the closing of in restaurant dinning was for the protection of the masses. Apparently not, just closed to customers. The manager said they had not received permission from their higher ups to open seating. If this gets to the upper management, please open the seating so the truck drivers don't have to sit in our trucks to enjoy a meal. If your employee can "safely" eat and talk across the table from each other then I think a few customers can eat inside a well.

Slow service for dine in. I’ve been waiting 32mins for one apple pie. It took 20mins for us to receive fries, one McFlurry and a mcchicken. Another man has been waiting over 20 mins for a coffee.

Ordered 2 dbl cheeseburgers minus onions. Waited twenty minutes and only had 1 burger with ketchup only in bag. 1st Window guy knew it was wrong and did nothing. Customers pay your wages and keep your establishments open. Do better.

This place is always super slow. You can stand at the front for over 5 minutes without anyone even acknowledging you’re there. I saw one woman go behind the counter to get some cups because nobody would come out from the back. I’m not sure how you run a business without ever waiting on customers

On 08/14/25 around 7:45 pm my boyfriend and I went to mcdonald’s to get dinner. We are also regular paying customers there. We have had this issue happen multiple times. The service was horrible. There was 3 people ahead of us that were mad because they forget stuff in their order. They forgot our 2 fries and gave unsweet tea instead of sweet tea. We tell the guy and it took him 10 min to get our sweet tea. I go back in there to get our 2 fries they forgot. I come back in the car the tea still wasn’t there so I go back in there to get the sweet tea because he was taking way too long. They didn’t give us a straw so when we got home the tea was still unsweet. I know sometimes it can be hard to work in fast food trust me i’ve done it but come on yall. Do better. This shift did absolutely horrible. The manager on that shift is also very disrespectful and she needs to clean up her attitude.

Only one star because I have to!! Ordered at the front with a live person she didn’t give us a receipt or a number so didn’t know what food to get also waited 30 min for our food also touching food with no gloves after mopping the floor!!! Do better! I didn’t push a button either

We are regular customers at this location. My visit 3/6/25 @ apex 6:30pm. I was able to see the see and hear the manager Graciela demonstrate extreme disrespect towards the girl at the front taking orders. The employee clearly was doing her best despite her condition. The manager shows no compassion or care for her or the other employees working in the kitchen. I pray that management reviews what I saw and heard. No one deserves to be treated and spoken to that way. Perhaps that’s how they play around at work to pass the time, but their facial expressions show discomfort.

They are slow. I repeated I wanted a plain Mcchicken twice and ended up with a hot n spicy Mcchicken with everything on it. And I was the only one in the drive thru. Will not ever come back here. Once again. My brother stopped by here to grab regular McChickens and ended up with hot n spicy. That staff has got to be the dumbest I have ever dealt with
