The best restaurant in Cala d'Or, my partner and I spent every single day here, for at least a drink, over our week. The food was exceptional and the staff were the nicest staff I've ever come across. I would go as far to say we had become quite friendly before we left. The person who greets you from the street, Paul, is a complete gentleman and one of the main attractions of this restaurant, his charisma and personality will make you want to return. I couldn't fault Indiana Johns at all and I can not wait to come back!

This place is a MUST. Curry’s are absolutely delicious- I couldn’t wait but tuck in when it came down to the table hence the messy unflattering dinner picture 😅 I ordered the Massaman Curry and it was 10/10!!! So so so delicious. For my dessert I ordered strawberry & cream!! My partner loved his meal & dessert also. Don’t overlook this place when you go to Cala D’Or. You will NOT be disappointed. I would give this place a higher rating if I could.

Great place to stop for a drink whilst we were in Cala D'Or. Paul at front of house was very welcoming. Great cocktails and made the .most of Happy Hour in the later afternoon/early evenings. Well worth a visit.

Food and service were amazing! Highly recommended. 3 course Thai or Indian for €25 per person. Friendly and attentive servers. The chicken satay, spring rolls, yellow Thai curry and tiramisu were delicious 😋

Decided to stop here while in the area on our family holiday. What can I say the food was brilliant, and the price was very reasonable for 6 of us.

I had the Thai Green Curry, a little spicy but very good. Their strength is clearly India and Thai food. Our kids got pizza and while they both enjoyed it, personally pizza isn't this restaurant specialty.

Truly authentic Asian food. Thai, Indonesian, Indian. All wonderfully flavoured. We had the tandoori mixed grill and the nasi ramses both were fabulous. Huge choice of amazing dishes on the menu.

If you are in the area you must visit this place for dinner. Very good food from quality ingredients, nicely served. Menu has options for everyone- gluten free, lactose free, vegetarians and many more. If they say “it’s a little spicy” they mean is very spicy. Me and my husband absolutely love that place. All staff and front person very happy, knowledgeable and true addition to the place.

Wir haben alle unterschiedliche Gerichte bestellt und es hat uns allen richtig gut geschmeckt. Die Cocktails waren lecker. Die Bedienung war schnell und freundlich. Wir waren alle zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Bent u op zoek naar een leuke plaats om te eten en verblijft u in Cala d’or dan is Indiana Johns Cala d’Or zeker een aanrader. zij hebben gerechten van de indische, thaise en indonesesiche keuken. U kan hier natuurlijk ook terecht voor italiaans, gril en tapas. Het personeel is zeer bekwaam en laat u een gezellige avond beleven. De bediening gebeurt hier zelfs in volgende talen: engels, spaans, duits en Nederlands Zeker een aanrader voor wie houdt van lekker en gezellig tafelen.

We attend on our last day of holiday and are gutted we didn’t find it sooner. Lovely friendly services who brought colour and paper over for my daughter with a little sticker. The food was absolutely immaculate with impeccable flavours. We absolutely loved our visit here and if we return to Cala d’Or will most definitely be returning here.

Amazing. I have been here many times during 3 different visits and the food has been amazing. Lovely manager who recognises me and always has a smile on her face. The chef is Indian from Thailand and whether I've had Thai or Indian food its been delicious. They do other foods there as well to cater for all tastes. You just have to ask. Im adding this bit after my 3rd visit to Indiana Johns during this visit to Cala d'or and I had Indonesian noodles and again fantastic.

Hier haben wir sehr leckeres Asiatisches Essen gegessen. Verschiedene Küchen (Indonesich, Amerikanisch, Thailändisch und Indisch) werden angeboten. Es schmeckt authentisch und gut.

Wow, thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant so much so we came back twice. We had Indian dishes, chicken tikka massala and chicken jalfrezi both of which were full of flavour. Second time around we had Thai dishes, the thai green curry and pad Thai and wow, both were absolutely delicious and so filling. Topped off with the front of house Paul who was so friendly and warm, made us feel so comfortable. We had two fantastic experiences and if we were there another night would have made it three. Still thinking about the food now I'm home Definitely recommend going this place at the start of your holiday so you have time to go back

Erg lekker gegeten, ook zeer accommoderend voor gezinnen met kinderen. Personeel was erg vriendelijk. Zowel het Thaise eten als de ‘normale’ kipsate en zelfs de bitterballen, zijn aanraders.

I had dinner here tonight - the half chicken with chips and salad with gravy - honestly so amazing best chicken meal I’ve had on my two months of travel through Europe. The service was amazing also and the atmosphere. The stand out was Paul who was extremely attentive and nice and brought great vibes! 10/10

Op basis van reviews hierheen gegaan. Toen we de menukaart stonden te bekijken werden we aangesproken, maar niet op een vervelende manier. Hele lieve, gezellige man overigens! Het eten is echt super hier.

We visited this restaurant on 2 occasions in our week in Cala D’or as we loved it so much. The menu accommodates allergies for gluten free and lactose. Staff very informative and happy to help. In particular Nina was excellent, very attentive, lovely personality and remembered us from earlier in the week. Food portions good value for money. Highly recommend.

Wir waren während unseres Urlaubs einmal zum Mittag - und einmal zum Abendessen hier. Die Gerichte sind frisch und super lecker zubereitet, die Qualität des Essen ist wirklich top! Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Sizzeling chicken und Bami Goreng! John ist ein netter, lustiger Gastgeber der immer gerne einen Plausch hält. Der Service ist auch auch gut, wir wurden schnell, freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient.

Met het gezinnetje heerlijk geluncht hier. De serveerster bracht een kleurplaat met potloden voor onze kleine meid. De sangria was lekker (weinig fruit), garnalen in knoflook waren heerlijk (helaas geen brood erbij). Niet echt een uitzicht maar was verder prima.

We had delicious indian curries. The staff were very good and the food excellent, copious portions. Mango kulfi fantastic.Then went back for fillet steak which was fantastic, the staff still really friendly.

I spent a week in Cala d’Or and went to Indiana John’s every day for a meal or a drink. The food tastes amazing, the portions are very generous and the staff is incredibely nice and helfpul! The drinks also taste amazing, defninitely favourite food spot in the area, I highly recommend! Also, their sizzling chicken tandoori is the most tender chicken I have ever eaten!!🤩

To be honest I wasn't expecting much from this restaurant due to the location but it was one of my favourite meals of our trip. The guy who brought us in was lovely and the food was beautiful.

Visited Indiana John's based from a tour representative recommendation and we weren't disappointed! Right from the start the super friendly bubbly gent takes you to a seat and gives you the menus. The food is absolutely top notch, tasty and fresh. The menu is so varied there is something for everyone. Would definitely recommend a visit!

After being a bit confused about the two halves of the restaurant (they are one place!), we were happy with our seating and the design of the table we chose. Service was good, food came out fast. Food was fine, nothing spectacular. Good selection of Asian cuisine.

Non avendo mai assaggiato i noodles e vario cibo thai, sono partito abbastanza prevenuto su come sarebbe potuta essere la nostra serata con cena negativa, ma non è stato così... Piatto veramente saporito, abbondante e molto gustoso! Buona anche la carne con contorno presa dalla mia ragazza. Prezzi un po' altini, ma così come negli altri ristoranti della zona. Alla fin dei conti il rapporto qualità-porzione-prezzo è stato rispettato. Personale gentile e disponibile. Consiglio il locale!

Indiana John's is a Thai Indian combination restaurant. We tried the Thai side of the menu. Pad Thai was good but lacked depth. Garlic Nann lacked garlic and was baked a while ago. Yellow Thai curry was good but nothing to rave about. Mostly visited by English tourists.

Heerlijke curry's, als je spicy besteld is het ook flink spicy 🔥, ik vond dat heerlijk. Prijzen zeer schappelijk, veel keuze voor iedereen, absoluut een aanrader als je in Cala d'Or bent.

First time here, I had the sizzling chicken which was really nice and my son had the chicken strips kids meal, very large portions I would recommend but it is overpriced so isn’t somewhere we could probably afford to return to twice whilst on holiday

Have been coming here for 20 years. The food used to be amazing, but I feel the quality has slightly dropped and portion sizes have decreased, which is a great shame. On my last visit the food was nice but it just wasn't the same! Maybe I'm looking at through rose tinted goggles... That said the prices are quite high now and I will always return for as long as it's there. Staff were lovely as always even if it's under new ownership, I think the children are now running the place?

Met vier personen hier gegeten. Thais eten en het noedelgerecht met garnalen voortreffelijk. Krokante kip met rijst matig. Personeel is aardig en behulpzaam. Hoofdgerecht is ongeveer 20-25 euro. Tapas en pizza kost minder.

Food was good a little expensive but good size portions. We had to wait about 40 mins for our meals as the restaurant was busy.

I’m rating this place as a 3 star as there was more negatives than positives. The quality of the food wasn’t great.I ordered a chicken curry, chicken blatantly was overdone and not marinated , rice was underdone and the sauce was mediocre . Despite their claim that they have expert Indian chefs , have they not heard of marinating the chicken in yoghurt like all proper Indian restaurants?? the kids meals were ok and my wife wasn’t blown away with her meal either. Compared to other restaurants in Cala d’or , it is also quite expensive. The staff were pleasant but not really proactive, nobody seemed to be dedicated to our table. I kept on having to get their attention which is annoying. The place wasn’t even busy as we were out early having young kids. The positives are is that is a bit of fun. They have cheesy 80s music on , Like top gun soundtrack-esque. They seem to be well catered to kids with colouring books and crayons, they were very quick with providing that. The seating area across the street from the main restaurant is actually quite nice and spacious. The guy on the street is a bit of a character and very good at getting you in, it worked on us! For a decent feed, I wouldn’t be going back here. I’d say it would be a perfect spot for a drink. But for the price and quality of food, it needs to up its game a lot. There is a superb Indian in Cala d’or, Spice of India. If you really want good Indian food , i would strongly recommend that . Doesn’t have the fanfare of Indiana johns but food is top drawer.

The staff was really nice, however the food was overpriced, and not the biggest portions, but tasted nice 😊 and look how much rhyme i create above 😂 i also missed the thai soups, and a nice mango with sticky rice.

I've given the rating an extra star because Paul was very pleasant. We had the crispy chicken and rice which looked very appetising but when I dug into it, it was a different story. The chicken looked like it had been cooked, rested for a few hours and then re cooked. The rice also tasted like it had been microwaved a couple of times. The other half's chicken was a mixture of what mine looked like and fresh chicken. I tasted some of her fresh pieces and that was considerable better tasting. Also I think its slightly over priced and so are the drinks. Unfortunate really........

Nous avons mangé ce soir dans ce restaurant et nous avons été très déçus. Beaucoup d'attente pour les boissons puis les plats. Nous étions invisibles aux yeux des serveurs et nous avons dû réclamer à chaque fois pour avoir quelque chose. À tel point que nous n'avons même pas pris de dessert, car personne nous en a proposé. Les plats étaient très basiques, un morceau de boeuf avec deux trois frites et deux pauvres feuilles de salade. Nous sommes repartis du restaurant après casiment 2 heures en ayant bu une boisson et mangé un plat. Il ne faut vraiment pas être pressé, ni avoir très faim. Je ne recommande vraiment pas.

Don't order the roteserie chicken, dry as a bone. The burgers are cheap and nasty. Manager is nowhere to be seen and all staff can do is offer a free shot. Avoid this place!!!

Avoid at all costs! Ordered a €22 beef steak that was so tough it was almost impossible to chew or swallow. When I complained, the waitress simply said it was their “cheap version” and that if I wanted a good steak, I should go to a steakhouse. She showed no understanding, no apology, and defended the poor quality as “normal.” After cutting the conversation short, another waitress brought the bill and gave us a 50% discount, but that doesn’t make up for the awful service and inedible meat. Feels like it’s been frozen for months. Never again
