Lolas is a great place for a night out. The staff is very friendly, the drinks are great and the place is at a good location. Threw the evening a DJ started playing some music, witch lead to a great atmosphere! We will definitely be coming back to Lolas.

Hip place, cute modern decor, very friendly energetic staff. mostly young crowd. Popular music playing,lively inviting atmosphere. Kitchen was closed early so couldn't try food. Gin tonic was fine.

El local es muy chulo, el servicio un poco lento pero es normal en temporada alta y con el local lleno. La comida exquisita y la salsa de trufa brutal. La única pega que nos sirvieron la copa de vino a temperatura ambiente... estamos en agosto a 39 grados... recomendaría tener las botellas en botellero y servir a la temperatura correcta, no temperatura ambiente... por lo demás muy buena experiencia, repetiremos! Gracias!

Tragos muy buenos, pero un poco caros. Pedí una piña colada que estaba muy buena y un trago de autor cada uno por 14€ aproximadamente. El ambiente depende del día, pero ponen buena música. Lamentablemente ninguna de las meseras hablaba español, lo que me parece penoso estando en España. Por lo menos deberían saber un par de frases para atender a los clientes. Sin embargo, el servicio fue bastante rápido.

Un lugar muy bonito, con personalidad y muy buen ambiente. Nos tomamos unos cokteles muy ricos, aunque la carta de cokteles nos pareció algo pequeña en comparación con otros lugares que hemos visitado. La música de 10 y aunque se les olvidó nuestra comanda, cuando fuimos a recordársela no tardaron nada en sacarnos nuestro pedido y nos preguntaron varias veces que tal estábamos y que tal estaban los cócteles. En otra ocasión iremos a comer para probar los platos de este lugar

Cool place and good drinks with a Barbie’s dream house feel. The staff is nice and in a good mood. A cocktail/ long drink is in the 12-15€ price range. Beer and sangria start at 4€. The music is also fun and it’s the perfect place for a little date night or to grab drinks with friends/ family. The waiter spilled my drink and still served it which is alright but I would’ve appreciated if they would’ve made sure it’s cleaned after so I don’t get stains on my dress. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.

I really liked the vibe of lolas and they did great cocktails! We did have to wait a little while for a table. The mango daiquiris are delicious. I’d come back for them and to try some food.

El local sin duda es muy bonito, tiene detalles preciosos de decoración. Pero creo que sus precios son bastante elevados para lo que te sirven, un coctel 9€ en una copa enana. Los camareros tardaban bastante en atenderte y en servirte.

El ambiente es bastante agradable, la única pega que le pongo es que una de las camareras nos ha dicho que no habla español, y a otra le he tenido que hablar en inglés varias palabras que no entendía. A pesar de eso han sido agradables, pero la verdad es que han tardado bastante en servirnos y atender, aunque teniendo la cantidad de clientes que tienen se puede llegar a entender, lo que no entiendo es que sirvan antes a una mesa que ha llegado muchísimo después. Las mesas que no están dentro de lo que viene a ser el bar, las dejan bastante abandonadas. Por lo demás un ambiente agradable y las bebidas buenas.

El sitio muy chulo. Los precios un poco caros,pero no desorbitados. Pero...por muchos alemanes q haya,recordar q estamos en España. Q los camareros,no te sepan atender en español,no es normal.

El lugar es muy bonito estéticamente. Fui apenas está comenzando la temporada y todavía había cosas por montar en todos lados, como televisores. El baño no tenía una pared, lo reemplazaron por una madera que se veía desde el inodoro para afuera. Me pedí una Guinness y estaba muy mala, tal vez era el fondo del barril o algo así. Pero muy mala. La camarera nos atendió siempre en inglés aunque todos hablábamos español. Está bien que la mayoría del turismo que llega es de afuera, pero fue un poco ridículo.

You definitely need to have a few drinks down you before you go! The staff were nice but ordering system was a bit weird- you have to go find a woman standing on a beer crate then order off her. People were lovely and music was alright. Queue for the women’s toilet was always long with no loo roll. Recommend heading to Buddha Bar after this shuts to carry on the night.

I’ve been to Lola’s a couple of times when visiting Cala D’Or and have to say it’s a great bar with a really fun vibe. The drinks are lovely and not badly priced. However, last night I was visiting with some friends for a drink at about half midnight. We were served at the bar by a lovely server girl and headed to sit down. While we were sat down having a nice time and drinking our drinks, a tall male worker (longish hair) was collecting glasses. He spilled a drink all over my friend in this process. She tried to make a joke and play it off with him, as she wasn’t too fussed about it happening. When she tried to joke with him about receiving some sort of compensation (she was soaking wet bear in mind) he immediately got defensive, saying you should never ask a bartender for a free drink, almost having a go at her. She then said she wasn’t bothered, and it got pretty awkward with the way he acted. He then begrudgingly brought her a free shot and slammed it down. She didn’t feel very comfortable drinking it given the circumstances, to which he came over and made a snarky comment about her not drinking it. Of course, this doesn’t take away from anything else at Lola’s, but just one member of staff acting like that is enough to feel unwelcome and made us leave earlier than we intended to. As someone who manages a bar and has worked in hospitality for a number of years, the way the young man acted was pretty unacceptable and unprofessional.

Como pub está bastante ambientado. Hay un dj tocando en directo incluso. Sin embargo, como restaurante/bar deja un poco que desear. Pedimos una hamburguesa que estaba bien, sin más, nada especial, y un plato de pasta con avocado y salsa pesto. En la foto se ve que el pesto no estaba bien hecho y había una cantidad indigente de albahaca, de igual manera estaba todo aceitoso y el fondo del plato estaba cubierto de aceite. Además, el aguacate no estaba suficientemente maduro como para comerlo. Añadido a esto, el dj toca música electrónica a un volumen considerable, lo cual, no es de mi agrado de escuchar mientras estoy cenando. En definitiva, puede ser un buen sitio para tomar algo pero no para comer desde luego.

Was influenced by tiktok to try this place for cocktails. Arrived and was told by waitress to sit anywhere, plenty of tables as it was around 7.30pm. Ordered 2 cocktails which arrived fairly quickly, and tasted nice, however, we felt there was a very strange atmosphere in this bar - it almost felt like we were intruding on the staff, as some were very visibly hungover and joking about being so, one lying across a couple of chairs another with their head in their hands. Another staff member massaging another’s shoulders. (On a Wednesday may I add). This wasn’t in the back or anything this was in very close proximity to where we were sitting. I didnt expect 5* service or anything but it felt weirdly unprofessional. After being served our cocktails we were practically abandoned, having to go to the bar and ask for someone we could pay - this was after witnessing other customers having to do the same. Safe to say would not wish to return, fortunately found a lovely little cocktail bar 2 minutes away with amazing staff.

Si sois españoles, éste no es vuestro sitio. No atienden en español. No hacen reservas de mesa de 5 personas para cenar. Intentaron cobrarnos de más (casi 40€), incluso por el hecho de juntar dos mesas nos querían cobrar. Una vez que pagamos la cuenta, queremos pedir más chupitos pero nos dicen que ya es autoservicio, nos damos cuenta que siguen atendiendo en mesa y llevando copas a tres mesas donde están sentados ingleses. Poquísima profesionalidad y respeto

Este bonito lugar del centro de cala D’or fue una mala decisión. Después de esperar 20’ en la mesa para que nos atendieran, decidimos ir a la barra a pedir, el trato fue horrible, los camareros desbordados de trabajo y uno de ellos me vaciló. No pudimos pedir nada. En la barra , pude ver incluso como uno de ellos mientras preparaba cócteles, fumaba y bebía de la botella, poco profesional👎🏾 Finalmente nos atendieron en la mesa al cabo de 40’. Sin posibilidad de cócteles, solo combinados. Al servirnos se le cayo uno de los refrescos y nunca trajeron de vuelta otro. El ambiente no es para gente local, no hablan español. La música y dj genial👌🏾

Al principio parecía que bien, pero el estado de embriaguez de algun camarero o a saber de qué más, terminó por estropear la noche, nos quisieron cobrar de más y cuando lo explicamos por quinta vez como mínimo, comenzaron a hablarnos mal con actitud muy chulesca. El ambiente y el local estan genial, pero deberían controlar a sus trabajadores. Suerte tienen que están en lugar turístico y siempre tendrán gente, pero estaría bien cuidar un poco a clientes que pueden ser fijos.

Al staff le gusta mucho beber, mala actitud en general y más con los españoles, pude ver como una camarera y su encargado maltrataban a dos chavales incluso golpeando. Ya ha pasado varias veces según escuché a la policía

Una vergüenza!!!! Solo hablan inglés (estamos en España, concretamente en MALLORCA que tiene un idioma propio y precioso), si hablas en español o catalan lo unico que hacen es mirarte mal y echarte o directamente no dejarte pasar. ESTO TIENE QUE PARAR YA! La situación en Mallorca, Islas Baleares y en la gran mayoria de España es UNA ABSOLUTA VERGÜENZA. Esto es lo unico que nos deja el turismo a gran escala: una invasión claramente inaceptable y que los extranjeros con negocios en España se llenen los bolsillos explotando nuestra cultura y calidad se vida

This is my first NEGATIVE review of a place in Google Maps whenever I dislike a place I directly don’t post a negative review but in this case they really deserve it! THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF I have ever seen... Even though the place itself looks really cozy and welcome the atmosphere created by the waitress is unwelcome and just make you want to leave your table asap. -Avoid this place- Esta es mi primera REVIEW NEGATIVA de un sitio en Google Maps directamente cuando no me gusta un sitio no me molesto en ponerles ninguna opinión... Pero esta vez realmente se lo han ganado a pulso; el personal más poco profesional que he visto nunca, increíble... sobre todo uno de los camareros, pésimo... Aunque el local parezca muy acogedor y este muy bien puesto, el personal consigue que desde el principio quieras pagar y dejar la mesa lo antes posible... No informan en ningún momento de nada de lo que tienen (precios) y dan todo por hecho. Ausencia total de profesionalismo... Una pena la verdad, evitar ir a este sitio...

Fuimos por 2° vez puesto que se lo quería enseñar a las invitadas y dejó mucho que desear. La cocina estaba cerrada porque el cocinero según ellos estaba enfermo, me dijeron no hacían reservas para cenar, nos quisieron cobrar más por las bebidas y para colmo, cuando pagamos la cuenta quisimos pedir más bebidas y nos dijeron que a partir de ese momento era autoservicio ( viendo a la vez como atendían y servían a las mesas de nuestro alrededor). Una atención de 10 que recibían los extranjeros y una atención penosa para nuestra mesa . No volveré, ha sido una decepción.

Bartender named Daniel lies to drunk girls that he is homosexual and has come out of the closet in order for him to get closer to them , he used this with a girl in order to ask for her social media , the girl under the impression that he was gay and has her guard down was fine with this only for the guy to get close to her in the bar and sexually harass her , no drunk girl should ever stay alone in here and do not be friendly to a employee named Daniel who works here , the bar hasn’t been helpful and have started to ignore my dms about this happening originally saying it’s a miscommunication, this isn’t a miscommunication this is a guy using his job around drunk girls to take advantage of them

Several of my close friends have already submitted detailed reviews regarding their negative experiences at Lola Bar in Cala d’Or. I feel it is important to add my voice, as what occurred was not an isolated incident but a reflection of a broader issue within this establishment. A close friend of mine, who is from Spain, was subjected to unacceptable treatment. She was not only denied entry in a manner that was discriminatory and deeply disrespectful, but also insulted and degraded on multiple levels. This behavior was not limited to a single staff member; it was reinforced and defended by the management, which makes it clear that the issue stems from the culture and leadership of the bar itself. Such conduct goes far beyond poor service. It reflects a fundamental lack of respect, inclusivity, and professionalism. Hospitality venues have a responsibility to treat all guests with dignity, regardless of their background, and it is extremely concerning to witness the opposite here. Mallorca offers many establishments where hospitality, respect, and inclusivity are truly valued. Unfortunately, Lola Bar does not meet even the most basic standards, and I strongly advise others to reconsider before visiting.

Unfortunately, my experiences at Lola Bar have been consistently disappointing, and it all stems from one particularly unacceptable night. A close friend of mine (who is Spanish/Catalan) was treated with blatant rudeness and discrimination simply because of her background. It was shocking and disheartening to witness this kind of behavior in Mallorca, which is very much part of Spain. When I tried to address the issue directly with both the manager and the employee responsible, I spent nearly an hour attempting to have a reasonable conversation. Instead of listening, acknowledging the mistake, or showing even the smallest amount of empathy, they twisted the story and invented excuses to justify their actions. What could have been resolved with accountability and respect quickly turned into a defensive and hostile exchange. At first, we thought it was just one employee — someone who, even other staff members admitted, was “too old and outdated for this club.” But as the situation unfolded, it became clear that the problem runs deeper: the management and ownership themselves foster this culture by protecting poor behavior instead of correcting it. If the staff and management had simply shown empathy, admitted wrongdoing, or made an effort to right the situation, this would never have become such a lasting issue. Sadly, Lola Bar has chosen to prioritize protecting themselves over treating their guests with dignity and respect. There are plenty of wonderful bars and venues in Mallorca where hospitality and inclusivity come first. Unfortunately, Lola Bar is not one of them, and I cannot recommend it.

I feel I must share my experience at Lola Bar as a Spanish/Catalan local, because what happened to me was not simply bad service, it was discrimination and disrespect in my own country. When I arrived with friends, I still had an unopened bottle of wine in my hand. I fully understand that you cannot bring outside drinks into a bar, and I immediately accepted that. My intention was to leave it outside. This was never an issue for me. However, when I spoke in Spanish to explain myself, I was treated with hostility. I was told I had to speak English. I want to make it clear that I do speak English, and I immediately switched to English without a problem. The issue was not about communication. It was about the fact that from the very first moment I was treated badly, disrespected, looked down on, and eventually kicked out, simply for speaking my own language in my own country. What hurt me most was not just being denied entry, but the way it was handled. When I asked for the manager, instead of professionalism or understanding, I faced even more dismissive and rude behavior. I ended up crying in front of them, and rather than offering help or even basic kindness, I was told to leave and not to come back. No one deserves to feel humiliated for the language they speak, especially not in Spain for speaking Spanish. This experience left me feeling deeply discriminated against. After reading other reviews, I realized this is not an isolated case but a repeated pattern of disrespect toward locals. For this reason, I have formally filed a Hoja de Reclamaciones with the authorities. This behavior cannot be normalized, especially in an establishment that operates in Mallorca thanks to both tourism and the community it disrespects. I hope other people, both locals and visitors, understand the seriousness of this. Tourism should bring people together, not divide or humiliate. Sadly, Lola Bar failed to show even the most basic respect, and I strongly discourage anyone from supporting such a place.
