Very clean store, much better than the ones we have in Canada. The order terminal also has English version which is quite helpful. I find fast food chains in Spain are cleaner, bigger, just looks more appealing than ones in Canada. Enjoyed the food with my family.

Its Burger King , who doesn't love it lol. The restaurant is small but very clean and well staffed. Food ordering can be done via the touch screen computers or the usual cash register. They cater for several different languages here to which was amazing (we actually knew what we were ordering) the staff are polite and helpful and food was prepared promptly and tasted amazing. Oh and the kids loved the burger covered lilo that cost us one euro. Lovely , well managed , clean and reasonably price restaurant.

Great Burger King right in the middle of a shopping area. Really convenient and you can use the self ordering machine and still pay cash if you wish to speed things up. Service was great, friendly staff and really quick turnaround to getting my food. Well cooked too, will return!!

Todos sabemos que estás cadenas son genéricas y sus productos cada vez más deficientes en España al menos. PERO! La atención y calidez de los empleados hacen que vaya y sea muy agradable comprar ahí.

De lo único abierto para comer un domingo en cala ratjada...

I understand that's high season, but the trashcans were all full. Nobody emptied it. The food came cols and wrong. Got a chicken burger in place of a beef one. 1 out of 2 soda dispensers are broken. POS at the totems doesn't work correctly. N Had to make the order 2 times. No soap in the toilets and the ceiling falling apart. A huge lot to be improved.

Era 14 de noviembre y fui a comprarles una hamburguesa. La frieron en aceite caliente durante los primeros cinco minutos. Estaba cruda por dentro. No me gustó, y los que trabajan allí no me trataron muy bien y me dijeron que pronto cerrarían.

Fatal experiencia, en concreto con un trabajador , Alejandro; hice mi pedido y quise recoger mis helados, su respuesta fue que no tenía tiempo de hacerme los helados (ni de respirar) , vaya chico mal educado y con poca profesionalidad. Se ve que la educación no se la enseñaron en su casa.

30 minutos para q me den un pedido de dos personas, una sola persona trabajando y encima maleducada. nos faltan cosas en el pedido y estaba la comida fría. No volveremos

estábamos en el establecimiento haciendo un pedido de más de 80€ cuál fue la sorpresa cuando pedimos ir al servicio nos negaron entrar diciendo que ya estaban limpios y cerrados esto a las once de la noche. al decirles que el baño de minusválidos que nos estaban ofreciendo había 15 personas esperando se seguían negando a que utilizaramos el aseo teniendo una barricada para no poder entrar. me parece totalmente ver gonzoso el trato que senos nos dio al pedir la hoja de reclamaciones encima se reían. estos hechos pasaron el 15 del 8 del 2024 alas 11:00

He ido en numerosas ocasiones a comer con mi hija y mi mujer. Y por desgracia siempre tienen personal nuevo. Por lo que se puede deducir el servicio es PÉSIMO... el trato al cliente. Las condiciones y la higiene del local es penoso... deberían llamarse kingcomedy, dado los problemas y errores con los pedidos y el personal. Si vienes a comer aquí, te ríes seguro. he pedido 4 cosas y dos no habia, me han puesto otra cosa, encima el jefe de gafas y tatuajes se llamaba miguel y nada amable, he estado alli 15 minutos y eso que apenas habia gente, el nestee no me lo queria poner para llevar nose porque (aunque la maquina no funcinaba bien)encimas me han hechado el cartucho de papas casi vacio

Total rip off!!!! Machine for coupons doesnt work So employee Natalia Santiago tells me I can do coupons with her at the counter But she charged me more, not the price of coupon!! Today 06/08/25 went again to this places, previous times this year already had minor problems, but now is got ridiculous!!! I go the app, want to order the spicy patatas 4,55, but it doesnt take my visa. So I go to the kiosk, and I don't find this. So I ask an employee for help. (all of this in spanish, as I live here, and speak the language) The employee didn't have a clue, first he insults me for being german (which I am not!) saying that I use the german BK-app... I showed him, I live here, it is the spanish app. Then he is confusing promociones (which in balearics almost always are 50ct more expensive compared in mainlaind, it shows us peninsula-price and we need to pay more) with actually take out orders from the app, on the direccion of their BK-filal He tells me, if I want to have this, have to pay through their app. In the end I did Bizumpayment. I wait for my order, the number appears on the screen as being surved, so I stand and wait, but don't see my order. Suddenly a lady asks me for my ordernumber, I show her the number, showing that their callingscreen is showing is ready to take out. And she says, well, we don't have the sauce. I called the first employee, to ask for my order, which he said I had to order through the app, which I did, and this smartest guy in the world tells me I made a mistake. I followed all the steps he told me to do! A responsible comes (sorry for starting raising my voice, as I knew I did all correct, and got told was wrong) telling me to cool down. I did. The first employee once again said I was wrong. In the end they didn't have the sauce, but the worst is that the staff doesn't know! You ask for help, firdt they insult you, you follow their indications, don't get served, they tell you you are the idiot making mistakes! I felt so disgusted, there was a scene made, mainly be me, as I was the one being instulted for being stupid and not knowing how to order (after following indications off this staff-member) People looking weird at me, knowing myself I followed procedure, and this guy keeping saying I was wrong, I made mistake. In the end the responsable admitted I was right, his colleague was wrong. He heard this, but couldn't even say a word 'SORRY' Such a bad experience!!

Absolutely the most disgusting fast food place I have ever been to!!! Food was vile and sloppy, and the staff literally whistled at me to get my order like I was a dog!!! Stay away unless you want really bad food and really bad service!!!!!

Manager named Marcos was just rude and didnt care if we ordered or not. We made a large order on the monitor and it somehow failed, so we went to the counter and asked the manager what was wrong. He didnt know, didnt care. We asked if it would happen again because the order took a long time to put in. He didnt know, didnt seem to care. We asked to make the order at the counter, just no he said. Didnt offer any help or didnt care if we walked away or not. We said to eachother if this was our business we would fire this guy on the spot. Food ended up being good and fast.

The workers were nice but i bit into my nugget and there was plastic inside of it 😵😮 i was really disgusted by that and disappointed that they only gave us three free nuggets as a compensation and no ice cream or an apology

Staff are taking the piss here. Been waiting for 3 bloody milkshakes for over 15 mins, after which I decided to go to the counter and asked what's the story with them, especially when it wasn't busy at the time. I eventually got them after 20 mins with no apology received. Pure disaster.

Attention: SCAM Just Eat App and Burger King is scamming people. I payed 33€ via Paypal but they canceled the order after taking my money. I'm now working with PayPal to get my money back. Also ordering in person takes very long.

The teenager behind the counter and the grownup preparing the food, didn’t have the guts, to tell the 8-10 teenagers in the basement to stop yelling and fighting. They scared my 3 year old son, so he peed himself in fear. The noisy teenagers hang out there every day, and they don’t buy anything, they just harass the customers. I don’t understand, why the manager let a group of kids destroy his business.
