Stopped by to get a coffee at the counter. Prices are high and more expensive than at a service station on the motorway, for which I can't find any valid justification.

What can I say... obviously I wasn't expecting a 5-star hotel... but the two inches of mold in the bathroom... DIRTY shower... obscene bed with sandpaper pillow... breakfast included? An absurd mess of work tools and stuff placed on the tables... if the local health authority comes by, believe me, they'll close... absurd.

We booked at 4:30 p.m. last weekend. We arrived at 22, and the manager gave the room to someone else over the phone. She didn't bother to find a new room for us during that time. When we arrived, she started making phone calls. After 30 minutes, I'd had enough. I had to get a room 80 km away, which was more expensive, and I also had to pay the toll and drive the kilometers back the next day. Absolutely unacceptable! It couldn't be more outrageous and brazen!!!!! HORROR!!!

A VERY bad experience, or rather, unfortunately or fortunately, there was no experience at all. I should point out that I booked the room well in advance, I travel for work and I do so regularly, but I have never encountered a situation like this. I arrived at the place not even very conveniently, after a day of work at the fair and was told that my room was not available as it had been left to guests already present to extend their stay. I was offered an alternative B&B not far away but in the middle of the woods, the road impassable by car... let alone with a van. The owner justified herself by saying that she didn't have my number to let me know in advance. Where is the seriousness and professionalism? The problem wasn't ours, so it shouldn't have been. So I decided to leave despite the holidays and the difficulty in finding other accommodation. I do not recommend it to those who are forced to travel for work and are looking for comfort and above all a reliable service.
