⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Loved the combo pizza here — tasty, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The team is super friendly, and the place is clean with a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend Palisades Eatery for a quick, quality bite!
Cool little place on main street of Calistoga. Good selection. Great pizza and pasta Bolognese
Owner came out and shared how he makes the crust and tomato sauce .. pizza was awesome
We got the fried chicken sandwich- I forget what it was called on the menu, and fish and chips for 2 people. For once! Normal sized portions and we could both finish our meal. Everything tasted great and fresh, the fries were super crispy, and the vibe of the restaurant was laid back and relaxed although they seemed quite busy.
Loved this spot! Great sandwiches and the pizzas looked very good too! Nice atmosphere in the heart of Calistoga.
We had an amazing experience here! The service was absolutely top notch, the food was incredible— we ordered a big n tasty and a highly recommended calzone, chocolate cake, and wine. It was an unforgettable experience. The only thing that I can’t remember is the name of the owner or manager who was so awesome and attentive (maybe Angela? I’m so sorry I forgot 😬). She clearly takes pride in her work and loves what she does. It was a great atmosphere and I would highly recommend!!!
What a great place to eat. Food is delicious! I got fish and chips & my wife got the chicken wrap. We both loved it. Owner was very kind and pleasure to chat with. Definitely a must if your looking for affordable good tasting food !!
The Eddy's BBQ Pork was very tasty. Super juicy pork, delicious sauce, and served on a crunchy roll. I also had some beet salad as a side, and the beets were perfectly cooked to a nice softness and the sauce they came in was lightly sweet. This place seems to be pretty new, but they already have a reasonably-priced, tasty menu and great service.

Delicious creamy tomato soup and Cesar salad wrap. Order and the counter and sit by the window to people watch in downtown Calistoga. This place was recommended by a local. Great food and atmosphere!

There's now waiting to be seated. They have plenty of patronage. You order at the register. You can choose to sit at the bar or wherever available. The food seems simple and tastes good. They bring it to you. I don't think it's required because they bus, but the community know which recepticles take what and where to put the dirty dishes. Try the big and tasty with a fried egg...
Nice variety of comfort food: Burgers, pizza, tacos, etc. I have a limited palate (courtesy of autism spectrum disorder), so it's great that a restaurant offers so many options for food that I can eat. During my visit, I had the veggie pizza with chicken. Nice assortment of toppings (including some of my favorites, olives and bell peppers) but maybe next time I will ask them to go lighter on the cheese. The manager was super industrious, cleaning the windows and otherwise making things tidy the entire time we were there. Great to see such pride in the restaurant.
Lovely lunch spot in the heart of Calistoga, the staff are really friendly and we got a good table inside with a view looking out on the street. We ordered 2 wraps and they were really tasty, especially the chicken Caesar one. We also ordered a southwest chicken wrap which was a little too spicy for our liking and we didn't realise it would taste this way. Otherwise it is a lovely spot for lunch and I would still return.

Went for dinner. Service was lackluster. Ordered the big and tasty sandwich. Wasnt big or tasty. Dry flat chicken. Tai pizza was good.
These were the driest steak tacos that I've had in my life. It is not served with any salsa either. Skip these. The sweet potato fries are good but you can't really mess those up. This is a good place for a quick bite but manage your expectations. There is indoor and outdoor seating

My takeout Greek Salad had barely any cucumber, skimpy on the feta, heavy on the onion
Came here the other day for lunch with my mom was not greeted when I walked through the door with her. Even though there was two staff member standing at the bar, an older gentleman and a lady. I will say there was a younger boy who had excellent service greeted every single person that walked in the door after us was super pleasant, bringing us our food. The service by the server was terrible not one to ask us how our food was or my burger was not thoroughly cooked. I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but I am a server. I know it takes to give good service and I was greatly disappointed.

The “Old Spaghetti & Meatballs” was completely flavorless — even after adding a full cup of Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, it was still inedible. The Margherita pizza was just as bad: dry, cold, lacking cheese and sauce, and topped with raw tomatoes that were clearly added after baking. No flavor whatsoever. When we mentioned this to the waitress, her only response was to offer to warm up some extra sauce. The beet salad was mediocre at best. The only thing even halfway decent was the arancini. When she asked how everything was (aside from the pizza) and we said it was all underwhelming, there was no apology, no offer to make things right — not even a complimentary drink or dessert. She just dropped off the check and walked away. On top of that, no one refilled our water or checked in during the meal. Overall, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in Calistoga. I would strongly recommend avoiding Palisades Eatery altogether. EDIT: Your response to this review is unacceptable. First, you tried to suggest our comments were meant for a different restaurant with a similar name in Napa — until we provided a photo of the receipt proving otherwise, at which point you removed your response to the review. Now, two weeks later, you claim that we were rude. That is simply false. Pointing out poor service, dismissive staff, and an unwillingness to address customer concerns is not rudeness — it is valid criticism. A restaurant that values its guests should take responsibility rather than shift blame. The fact is, after paying for our meal, we had to leave and drive to St. Helena to buy a pizza elsewhere just to have something edible. That experience (Pizzeria Tra Vigne) was significantly better in every way.

I ordered spaghetti with meatballs - a classic - that was a hard miss. It was flavorless, soggy and the meatballs were dry. The entire time that I was there, no one came to fill up my glass of water or to check on me. It took a good 10 min to get the waitress’s attention to get me some Parmesan in order to give the spaghetti some flavor. The only reason I ate it was that I was starving and sending the food back would only have delayed my eating. It seemed that all the attention was focused on the locals. When I was asked about the food I said it was awful. The waitress offered no feedback whatsoever. She walked away and served me the bill in silence. My recommendation is that if you see this restaurant, keep walking. It’s a tourist trap!
I am visiting from Australia. Was looking forward to a pizza. 45 minutes later I get this pizza placed in front of me... Cold dry, no cheese and some slices of tomatoes thrown on top. Told the waitress the pizza was dry, she asked if I wanted some sauce cold or hot. The manager past by several times and noticed that I was not eating... Never even acknowledged me when I left I stated my disappointment, he could not care less. He ruined my experience . I came home hungry with a stomach ache. I highly recommend avoiding the place , you save yourself from disappointment. I have the receipt! Palisades Eatery 1414 Lincom Ave Calistoga. Owner is dishonest and trying to discredit my review. SHAME ON YOU!
The ambience and staff are amazing! They were all working hard and trying to get the rush the so called happy hour created for them. Let me tell you yes Palisades you got people to walk in the door, but we will not be returning. Our experience was by far the worst happy hour we’ve ever been to. The sliders are more like burger bites. The 4 “prawns with cocktail sauce” is really four small just defrosted shrimps from US FOODS, plated on four pieces of arugula with a large amount of cocktail sauce. For $10 each…. Felt like a scam honestly when the plate came out.
I called cause a friend referred me. The lady who picked up was very aggressive, telling me I've called here before, and if I don't have his cell, not to call here. She kept speaking over me even when I said you are being aggressive and this isn't a good look, and she still hung up on me clear as day but tried to call back after saying the phone got disconnected..... This is not how a manager should ever handle a phone call, even if it was the person she mistakenly me for. Treat everyone better!
