My kids love their croissants breakfast sandwiches and for their price it's awesome. The staff is always friendly and quick. I've never had an inaccurate order.
This by far is one of the cleanest, friendliest, efficient Burger Kings that I have visited on the coast or even my area. Put it this way I live in Thousand Oaks and this property is in Camarillo. I just drove all the way over here for dinner and it is definitely worth it, especially the valued service, quick drive-thru, tasty food hot and fresh with a smile you feel that is showing through that mask. 😊 Thank you

Best experience i’ve had with a burger king. The staff was so nice and patient when i didn’t know what to order. Great deals when it comes with the coupons. Keep it up BK 👍
Love the new store. I got a Fresh, hot burger, that looked as good as the picture when it arrived. The fries were hot, and crisp, and the staff was grinding and efficient Yum!

I have not been to many Burger Kings. This one is in thousand oaks. The French fries are really great quality. The store is set up very well. The female day manager is very friendly and efficient. I would go out of my way, to eat at this thousand oaks store.
The service was EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! ESPECIALLY a young woman 2 weeks ago, gave me a free drink and I was so surprised!!! I really APPRECIATE her kindness because as an MBA degree graduate and RCFE Administrator, I was out of work and low on funds and very hungry. Racial discrimination is real when you are qualified, educated and have a 97% staff retention rate.
Their caviar fries are amazing. They open the live, fresh-caught sturgeon in front of you and dump their eggs all over their crispy fries. It's like watching a culinary abortion. It's magnificent! Their hamburgers are tasty, too. In the morning, they serve pancakes. The chain was started by a king who waged war on chicken sandwiches until he finally conquered them by the force of his burgers. The chicken sandwiches were forced to submit and now they sell them, too. Long live the Burger King!
American sandwich is a good break from hamburgers. Unfortunately this evening they closed indoor ordering at 8 pm and their drive through is too small for midsized autos so I had to go elsewhere. The turn is too tight when leaving the pickup window to get out and many cars hit their fenders on the wall. I'm not about to in my car or truck.
I use the app before I go. My food is always ready and correct. The apps also has some of the best deals

Location is extremely safe and clean outside, haven't seen inside. I have been extremely disappointed with Whoppers at other locations for years, last attempt to try one was around two years ago. But these two Whopper Jr. have made me eager to try a full size Whopper again. Even though I doubt I'd eat the whole thing... It should be good. It's not much less expensive than In N Out, although the sandwich only took around 5 minutes.

I missed eating Burger King so I tried this location. I guess they were understaffed but my personal experience was good. My fries were fresh. But it's a good place to sit and relax. It wasn't busy when I came in except the drive thru. I had a good experience with costumer service.
Got a whopper meal. Employees were 5star. Don’t really care for Burger Kings Fries anymore. Too thick. Not crispy. Whopper deliciousness.
Burger King is Burger King. They are ok if you're up for a quick meal. They're never going to be awesome, nor are their competitors like Wendy's, Carl's Jr, McDonald's or Jack In Box. This Burger King is clean, the servers are polite & efficient.
This is a pretty nice establishment, with hightop booths and a couple seating areas where a group could meet comfortably. Only drawback was the crazy dude talking to himself right across from our table, and the improvised daycare area under a table on the other side of the restaurant. We realized after about 30 minutes that there was no parent around, so we assumed Mom or Dad was behind the counter. Good food, great prices

After a terrible experience years ago with a wiped mayo off of pre-made burger, I went back. This time smiling faces, an accurate order, and hot fresh food impressed me. I'd recommend them now. Burger King has the best fast food burger hands down when done right.

Decent service and good food. Unfortunately prices have been raised. DO NOT get their breakfast though!! My family stopped by on the way to a few day trip in Pismo beach and we had to make several stops on the way there. We were miserable. The french toast sticks are so so dry and taste like cardboard. It was mostly the sausage, egg and cheese sandwich that messed us up though.
The Burger King is okay at best. This particular Burger King is new, it is clean and attractive. They have specials where you can choose the two for the price of one usually about $6. My husband had a Whopper which he basically likes and I had a crispy chicken with bacon. Again, it was okay but nothing spectacular. The total bill came to about $17 which included two drinks. Burger King is probably better than nothing but I would definitely rank it below Carl's jr. And Jack In The Box and and In and Out Burger. It's certainly cheaper, and you could probably do worse, but you can certainly do better.
This location of burger king has ok staff, and an ok decor, but sadly I am usually left unsatisfied with my meal after eating here. The food is the same burgers as any other burger king restaurant, but for some reason it's always served cold here. Not sure why, but i tried coming during different times of the day and most of the time i get cold burgers. If the food was a bit more fresh to order i think the quality of taste would be much better.
Fries here were decent, nuggets suck at BK. (Wendy's also are small...maybe half the size of BK's) McD's are better. Whopper was also was meh here. Not a good fast food place. This place is one of those emergency stops for fast food that's off the freeway. Would probably not visit again. I would probably recommend In N Out or the Carl's Jr of Las Posas for "fast food". Burger Barn or Habit are still pretty good as well.
Fast food restaurant has great burgers, ultimate burgers, and other sandwiches. They have an Icee machine that is less expensive than Coke and very cooling on a hot day. Soft serve ice cream and ice-cream pie dessert.
For some reason I always tend to have bad experiences at Burger Kings. Whenever I go thru the drive thru they always forget something. People have been nice to me at this location. Is close to the freeway but in a corner lot.

The manager took my order and was fairly short & rude to me. I ordered 2 sodas and she put so much ice in it that I couldn't put the straw in past the lid in either cup. She then wouldn't refill it eventhough I basically received about a 1/4 cup of soda. The food was good (Thats where the 2nd star comes from)...so a shout out to the cooks. I probably won't go back because of the manager though.
This has built up over time and today was the final straw. 9/10 my order is wrong. They don’t check the mobile orders. Half the time I place my order and it doesn’t go through but there’s always an excuse. Today I placed a mobile order and followed the people I. Front of me into the restaurant. The manager walked straight towards me and yelled at me to get out because there were too many people. Mind you, there is no sign saying how many people are allowed in. Then no one ever told me if I could come in. I had to risk getting yelled at again by the rude manager. 😡
There's no quality control. I asked for cheese on my chicken sandwich, paid for it,, and they didn't apply any at all. I will give them a second chance. I usually give places a second chance. If they mess that up, I will definitely not go back.

We stopped there for a burger on our way home and even tho the sign on the door said dining area closed at 11 (we got there at 9), the employee locked the door on us. A patron opened the door for us and we waited for 10 min and no one even acknowledged our presence. We walked out and we will never go to that store again
Absolutely the worst experience at a burger King!! Do not ever come to this location. We pulled up to the drive thru as the car ahead of was completing the order taking process. Waited 7 minutes, called out a few times (trying to order) with no response. Drived up to the window where the employee said they were finishing up a order so that is why they could not respond...so went around again tried to order where we waited at least an additional 5 minutes. Finally gave up and left thru the drive thru were of course there wasn't even a car being helped. They literally just decide to be open and not help customers
They mistake one of of our burgers, but we didn't notice till we got home. So we went back then they said the double which was one of the burgers so they went to the back and to give us our burgers then all the employees in the back just started laughing like they had no care that they messed up our order.
I usually don't waste my time with bad reviews; they're not as much fun to write as the good ones. But, seriously, this was, hands down, the absolute worst restaurant I've visited (fast food or otherwise) in my life and that's a lot of years. First I sat at the speaker listening to the conversations and banging around of pots and pans for nearly ten minutes and nobody asked for my order. I called into the speaker several times. Still... no response. So I drove up to the window and was ignored. One woman said to the other, "Why is she sitting there?" Mind you, she didn't ask me. But I answered and explained how I came to be at the window so unexpectedly. I also let them know they had a back-up of people waiting. To her credit, the woman who took my order -- didn't get her name, but she had curly pink (my favorite color) hair - was calm and handled my frustration well. Although, I don't believe anyone apologized. After ordering the fish sandwich mean with extra sauce on the sandwich, I was asked to wait out front. I waited. Eventually, another woman brought out my order and started walking away before I even had my hand fully wrapped around my soda. It got worse. Not only was the service incredibly sub-par, the food was disgusting except for the fries which were hot, crispy and nicely salted. The sandwich was dry. Bone dry. I'd kind of expected that which is why I'd asked for extra sauce. I guess extra of nothing is still nothing. The lettuce (or was it cabbage, I'm not sure) was yellowed and had a sour taste. The bun was some kind of weird yellow bun -- I don't recommend it. The fish itself tasted terrible, ugh. How do you screw up a fish stick? The soda was good. So, in summary, I experienced the worst service and the worst tasting food from any Burger King ever at this location. I can't get the aftertaste out of my mouth. Blech. For those managers/workers at this location. I'm sure it was just a bad day. You'd be amazed how far a sincere apology will go to eliminate negative reviews.
I just drove off of there I'm not from around here I just wanted a snack for my rode trip and to use the restroom. Well first the women's bathroom handle is put of service. I ordered icee's but had to ask for a refund because the cherry one was entirely ready. I also ordered 2 shakes and 2 mochas excluding my potty break I was there for 23 minutes which is unexceptable for "fast food" the cashier who took my order seems to be in training she was nice and pleasant but the other girls where not. Very disappointed and will not come back here.
Second time in two weeks the order I paid for at the drive thru is not what I received. This time I ordered three sandwiches and only one of the three sandwiches i received matched my order. Should have been two chicken sandwiches and a bacon king. Received a chicken sandwich, a whopper with cheese and a bacon king. No receipt given and none in the bag. And the phone number listed says it’s disconnected.
Google map, the hour sign says open at 6am. I was there 610am. Door closed and lock, lights out, drive thru is out too. I see 2 females inside. Honor your business hours or change it. Waste of my time.
I used to frequent this BK, but over the past several years (even before the pandemic), I have noticed the staff is generally not very friendly. Today, I decided to go inside to order, and was left waiting to order while two employees chatted by the bathroom door. I left without ordering . The increase in prices, which has happened everywhere, bothers me WAY less than the unfriendliness. Sad, since it costs nothing to smile and could increase your business.
I don't understand how this place is still open. They always charge for cheese but they almost always forget to add it. The employees are rude . This includes the management staff . They will talk about you in Spanish without realizing that you understand them. Chicken sandwiches are dry and overcooked . Just go buy a tv dinner.
Went in and the woman behind the register didn't even acknowledge my existence. It took 10 minutes (I timed it) to say, I'll be right with you. So I noticed they were all working on getting drive thru orders out, so I went outside, got in my car and immediately got my order taken haha. Got my food then in 5 minutes. This place is bad man.
Sat in drive thru for a little over 7 minutes with zero response, drove to the window and asked if there's an issue with the speaker or something "no it works I was taking an order that's what was taking so long, I could hear you". Not weird at all. Drove back through the drive through, guy behind us was Infront of now, he got to order and probably his his food?, after waiting at least another 6 minutes with still no response on from the order speaker we just gave up and left. Never been at a fast food place that was this bad.
Ordered a regular chicken sandwich combo, the menu says $7.29 or $7.39, they tell me $8.39, tell them the menu says $7 something, they tell me the menu says $8 something, a manager walks out sees the wrong price doesn't say anything to me just looks at me. Pull around and they had canceled my order I guess because I was asking to he charged correctly. The ask me my order again, and charge me the wrong price of $8 something again, they didn't give me a reciept to hide their illegal price gouging, amd they ended up giving me a spicy chicken sandwich as well, I wasn't in the mood for spicy. Now the reality is that price is supposed to be $8 something and they do not bother to change their outside menu probabpy because they are BK and are struggling. But that is their issue and they need to update their menu prices. Also, I believe it is illegal to not give a customer their reciept, the recipet is the contract saying money for items. Hopefully they will contact me to make amends. Pictures to prove I went as I do not have a reciept to prove it. Why didn't I ask for a reciept I assumed it would be in the bag as they didn't hand it to me.

I entered the store at 10:40 am on Wednesday, September 9, '15. Several employees were sitting in a booth close to the counter, eating and talking. I stepped up to the register and waited for assistance. None of the employees sitting in the booth made a move to help me. They continued conversing as if I was not there. A girl came out from behind a door and told me she would be with me in a moment. She left the store. I turned and faced one of the employees that was staring at me while she ate. I stared back, hoping she would rise to the occasion. Nada. I left. This store has had trouble building volume for the franchise. It closed for a time and it seemed that another business would take its place. I enjoy Burger King and was glad to see the store reopen. If I owned or managed this location, I would fire the four employees that were on duty at this time on this date. When you have four people that are so disrespectful to servicing customers, simple warnings will not get the desired result. They will "screw up" in other ways, either in food preparation, store cleanliness or speed of service. I can only hope that the owner sees this review and takes appropriate action. It's your store. Over 10 minutes to wait for 4 tacos on a Sunday afternoon with nobody in the restaurant. Apparently they forgot me. When questioned they started making them and took my order off the screen to show that it was completed. Falsifiers! No apologies. They even serviced people that came after me before I got my food. When questioned again they said there was a big order. But my little order came before theirs. Still no apology by manager Sylvia. Just excuses. No wonder this restaurant only has 2 stars on Yelp. They suck.

The place itself is dirty, and the overall atmosphere makes you feel uncomfortable. The workers act like they don’t care at all, and it's hard to trust the food they serve. Honestly, it feels like if you complain, they’d do something to your food out of spite. I won’t be coming back, and I strongly recommend others stay away. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience all around.
This place doesn’t care about customers! I got a whole family meal 3 whoppers and 2 small cheeseburgers 2 fries and was only given two BBQ and was told I had to pay if I wanted more dips my kids where very disappointed they all need one BBQ each I had to leave all the food back and go to the OXNARD BURGER KING where they care about there customers they quickly made my kids hats and gave them each a BBQ sauce NO CHARGE !
No greeting for about 3 mins and when he or she did it was very rude like "what to do want" kinda attitude. Restaurant was clean enough and the food was... Well it was burger King which I knew going in so I can't complain about that. The price is cheap and so is the food but that's why I went there. The customer service means a lot to me and sets the tone for my whole meal so that's the reason I'm giving this particular burger King a poor rating. It couldn't be more clear that the employees didn't want to be there and it very much reflected in their attitude.

I tried calling the number to let them know but their phone is disconnected and I tried to complain to HR but the guy didnt even give me a receipt!!! so I have to leave a review. I had another issue with a chubby hispanic girl before too, it seems like they only hire you if you know spanish here, and she was rude as well. When I asked for my food well-done and to be remade she said well it's going to be the same anyway. It was indeed the same, however I've ordered many times before and the lady in the kitchen is great and actually makes sure that my chicken fries are well done. Drove back through the drive through, guy behind us was Infront of now, he got to order and probably his his food?, after waiting at least another 6 minutes with still no response on from the order speaker we just gave up and left. Never been at a fast food place that was this bad.
Over 10 minutes to wait for 4 tacos on a Sunday afternoon with nobody in the restaurant. Apparently they forgot me. When questioned they started making them and took my order off the screen to show that it was completed. Falsifiers! No apologies. They even serviced people that came after me before I got my food. When questioned again they said there was a big order. But my little order came before theirs. Still no apology by manager Sylvia. Just excuses. No wonder this restaurant only has 2 stars on Yelp. They suck.
No greeting for about 3 mins and when he or she did it was very rude like "what to do want" kinda attitude. Restaurant was clean enough and the food was... Well it was burger King which I knew going in so I can't complain about that. The price is cheap and so is the food but that's why I went there. The customer service means a lot to me and sets the tone for my whole meal so that's the reason I'm giving this particular burger King a poor rating. It couldn't be more clear that the employees didn't want to be there and it very much reflected in their attitude.
I entered the store at 10:40 am on Wednesday, September 9, '15. Several employees were sitting in a booth close to the counter, eating and talking. I stepped up to the register and waited for assistance. None of the employees sitting in the booth made a move to help me. They continued conversing as if I was not there. A girl came out from behind a door and told me she would be with me in a moment. She left the store. I turned and faced one of the employees that was staring at me while she ate. I stared back, hoping she would rise to the occasion. Nada. I left. This store has had trouble building volume for the franchise. It closed for a time and it seemed that another business would take its place. I enjoy Burger King and was glad to see the store reopen. If I owned or managed this location, I would fire the four employees that were on duty at this time on this date. When you have four people that are so disrespectful to servicing customers, simple warnings will not get the desired result. They will "screw up" in other ways, either in food preparation, store cleanliness or speed of service. I can only hope that the owner sees this review and takes appropriate action. It's your store. It's your responsibility. Good luck.
