I am so excited that the The Flying Yolk just opened its doors in Valencia and I know it will quickly become the go-to spot for breakfast lovers. The food is delicious and made with fresh ingredients. I have been driving from Valencia to Simi Valley for their food for years. But what really sets this place apart is the friendly and attentive staff. The owners are just lovely, family atmosphere is also great, with a chic and modern decor. Best of luck on location #2!!!
We got it as takeout for a family function and it was great. I got the breakfast burrito, 10/10 would order again. Everyone else enjoyed their food as well.
The girls working are really nice. The food is pretty good. The egg burritos is stuffed with eggs. Good size breakfast burritos
The Flying Yolk is a new breakfast sandwich place in Valencia with a huge and peaceful dining area + a vast menu! They offer breakfast sandwiches and some lunch dishes and close at 3PM most days so, you can come in for any of your brunch needs. The sandwiches are all a relatively fair price and they even offer vegan options (bean patty + avocado sandwiches/wraps). Be sure to check it out if you're in the area!
I love this little local place for breakfast! My go-to favorite is the regular breakfast burrito, no sauce, but with salsa. 🤌 The bacon is plentiful, the tots give it a perfect potato crunch, cheese, and fresh eggs plus the fresh salsa… mmmm it’s SO good. Outdoor seating is available with views of the nearby park, it’s a super nice place to chill for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. I’m so glad to have a local place at this end of the Bridgeport Shopping Center!
We had a great breakfast at this well-known spot in Valencia, conveniently located near our hotel. Situated in a busy shopping center with plenty of parking, it was a very short walk and easy to get to. When we arrived, we felt a bit confused about the ordering process, but after looking around for a few minutes, we figured it out. The young woman who took our order was really nice but unfortunately didn't offer to assist us when she saw our confused faces. The place itself was clean and inviting. Our food was delicious especially my Protein Breakfast. I was going to try their coffee, but decided to split my visit to this area and try the café next door.
Great vibe, clean and fast service. Management is excellent... always checking on customers. Highly recommend.
Wicked good burritos, a little pricey, but the atmosphere and cleanliness makes it worth it.
First time eating here and I loved it! The food was very tasty and there was soo much more i wish I could've tried! If you order steak, the price does go up but basic Strawberry and Cream waffle or Nutella Croissant the prices were very reasonable. The place is pretty self service, but that's nice for refills. The staff seemed super nice and friendly! I will be returning to try that Lomo Steak burrito soon!
Came here Friday morning at about 10:30am. I loved that you can just order through the QR Code and it will notify you when the order is ready. I also enjoyed sitting outside and being able to allow my toddler to play prior to eating, it made the experience that much more enjoyable. The food was good but not great or amazing. The coffees however where fantasic, we got the Yoohoo latte and the maple latte. Would come again. Pricing is a bit expensive, but for the occasional outings it's fine.
Flying Yolk — A Must-Try Awakening (Morning) Bite! Yesterday, while in town for other business, I had the opportunity to stop by and grab a bite to eat. Searching the area for food ideas, The Flying Yolk immediately caught my eye — and I’m so glad it did! Upon arrival at their easy-to-find location in the new hall, I walked into a welcoming environment with a modest crowd, all eagerly ordering some incredible-looking dishes. After fasting most of the day, I knew I needed a meal that could carry me through — and I wasn't disappointed. The ordering process was quick and smooth, and the staff provided excellent customer service. I even had the pleasure of meeting the owner and personally complimented him on the establishment’s smooth operations. As a regular foodie and a health inspector by profession, I couldn’t help but notice the exceptionally clean work environment — something that deserves serious applause. It's clear that pride and attention to detail go into everything they do. The menu selections were outstanding! From crispy tater tots to fluffy scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, buttery croissant sandwiches, and some of the best mini waffles I’ve ever had — every bite was fresh and delicious. Not to mention, the sauces paired with each meal were next-level good. (Photos attached to show you exactly what I mean!) If you’re in the area and looking for a clean, flavorful, and satisfying meal to start your day (or break your fast like I did), I highly recommend The Flying Yolk. You won't be disappointed!
If you like breakfast places this is Flying Yolk, it’s located in the Bridgeport Marketplace. It’s different and a little heavy but the coffee was the best. The place was clean, bright, and has awesome decorations. Our food was brought up to our table and they gave us a few different sauces to try. Pics are the Cali Fried, which was a fried egg, bacon, avocado, tomato, cheese, tots & Fly sauce on a brioche bun. The burrito is a breakfast burrito, which was bacon, scrambled egg, grilled onions, cheese, tots & Fly sauce in a flour tortilla. Loved the food, piping hot coffee, and especially the great service! 🍳
Great place with simple, tasty food options to choose from for everyone in your group. It's an order at the register and seat yourself place. During peak breakfast hour on the weekends you'll be hard pressed to get to the register quickly and will have to hover for a table if you're dining in. Fortunately they do takeout and service is quick. They have sweet and savory options and plenty of handheld foods. They do have some lunch options but not as many as breakfast, (they have yolk in their name for a reason). Menu items are customizable and desirable. The food is cooked in a good amount of time and tastes great. Prices aren't overwhelming like most other places trying to catch up from the shut down. They serve fresh squeezed orange juice and it's legit. Definitely put this place on your list of food to try oh, and the bacon is rather tasty and not just strip of fat with a sliver of meat. This place is a win-win.
First experience here and all in all it was a good one. Interesting little place. Good Carolina reaper breakfast burrito I just wish it was hotter 🥵. The flying patty melt my mom had looked really good , just didn't like the runny yolk but to each their own.
Very impressed by the steak and egg sandwich. It’s not cheap, but very yummy. Will definitely be back and will bring the kiddos next time since there’s a little playhouse in the patio area that I know will occupy them so maybe Mom and I can enjoy a meal in some semblance of peace. Looking forward to trying other items on the menu! Update: Standard breakfast burrito is not as tasty as the steak and egg sandwich.
Very clean restaurant with yummy food. There's indoor and outdoor seating. The staff was very pleasant. You'll see a menu on the wall so order what you like. When it's ready, they'll call your name. There's plenty of parking too. They're only open until 3 p.m. so keep that in mind.

Quick service and good food. Breakfast burritos were really good.
I really enjoy going here for breakfast. The kids are entertained with the play house, connect 4 and they also have some coloring pages. It’s the best! My kids also eat the breakfast so that’s a huge win! Everyone has always been super friendly and it’s clean. Recommend!!!!
I love the Flying Yolk’s Maple Fried sandwich and their fly sauce. Everything I’ve tried here is delicious and I highly recommend! They are one of the best breakfast spots in Santa Clarita!
The food here is SO good!! I have not had a bad meal. We love the little play area outside, so my 2 little ones can play while we eat. I love the reward-point system as well. My ONLY complaint is that the prices are bit high. HOWEVER, I do have a family of 6, so that definitely contributes to me wishing prices were lower lol. But definitely recommend!! The burritos and sauces are awesome!
We love to go to The Flying Yolk with our dog and sit outside. On our most recent visit they gave our dog a bowl of water and some bacon!! We always order their breakfast sandwich, breakfast burrito and orange juice. We’ve also had the strawberry Nutella croissant a couple of times and it’s amazing. I get the sandwich on their gluten-free bread, which is delicious. All of the employees are super friendly and helpful. In fact they made a freshly-brewed pot of decaf coffee for me.
One of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had! For my first time, I tried the 'Flying Fried' sandwich. The egg was cooked perfectly – just a little runny – and the bread was very fresh. There was a generous portion of bacon, and also a heaping pile of crispy tater tots, with cheese and sauce too. My only critique would be the 'fly sauce' – which is basically just a seasoned mayonnaise. While it was okay, and it did work well in the sandwich, it doesn't really add a lot of flavor. I would prefer a more tangy or spicier option. Though it would certainly pair well with a burger. I look forward to coming back to try the breakfast burritos and some of the lunch options next time. Overall, it was excellent!
The Flying Yolk is the perfect little spot for a quick breakfast or lunch. The food is tasty, the staff is friendly, and there’s always a place to grab a seat. I have a lot of dietary restrictions, and I’m easily able to modify my food so it doesn’t cause me issues. Gluten free bread available! Highly recommend.
Amazing place to eat! The ambience, service, and food are quality-assured with convenience and customization at the forefront of their business model. I love their breakfast burritos so much that I wish they could expand to other parts of California to share their unique food with everyone else! They deserve all the success they can muster, so please pay this place a visit and enjoy!

Amazing breakfast option. Patio is great for kids to run around a little while your food is prepared. Have tried the streak breakfast burrito and the regular one. Both are superb. Staff is super friendly and were also great with the kids. Don't forget to add extra of their signature sauce!
We had a pretty good experience at the new Flying Yolk location in Valencia. (We'd been to the one in Simi Valley and are always excited when a new breakfast-centric establishment opens up near us...especially one with vegetarian options.) We were there on a weekend morning (and Father's Day to boot) so the pretty limited seating available was all full except for 2 seats at the tiny counter up against the wall. There's outside seating too and a little play house. Silly note more for the restaurant then potential diners I had a Flying Fried on a Croissant without the bacon. This was plenty of sandwich for me and they did a really nice job with it. I love the tatertots inside the sandwich. genius! I also thought the hose-made croissant was really good. It's nice that they offer a black bean patty and can remove meat from any of their sandwiches but the overall vibe is vegetarian offerings are not their primary concern. I wish instead of a black bean patty they had something like a vegetarian bacon or Impossible or Beyond sausage option as black bean patty's feel a little like your grandfather's vegetarian option. ;) My kid had a breakfast burrito which he thought had too much egg in it, but he's not really a big egg fan so that's on him for ordering that. The coffee was fantastic. Too often at breakfast places, cofee is an afterthought and is served as sort of a "browned water" situation. Here it was perfectly strong and done exactly as it should have been. I'd come back for this coffee. Throw in a few more default vegetarian versions of their main offerings. (Instead of making us modify the bacon out of everything) and I'd feel like a first class citizen at the Flying Yolk.
The reason I gave it 4 stars & not 5 is because there was nothing on the menu for my Wife; I.e., simple egg omelette or simple eggs with ham & toast. Maybe you can add that - not fried. Thank you!
I sometimes go there and It’s generally good and yum. 😋 it has nice outdoor tables too.
This breakfast spot is perfect if you don’t have time to sit and eat. They have breakfast sandwiches that are filling and burritos. Plenty of room if you have to sit and enjoy your meal with friends or family. Plus they have a nice out door eating area on those nice days . . . Perfect for people watching lol.

I’ve been to The flying yolk 3 times, the first time was amazing food was so good and fresh, the next time wasn’t so good, my tots were not fresh so I was a little disappointed, I told myself that if I go back in third time, I’m just going to ask for Fresh tots. I came back for a third time, and I literally used the self order kiosk that they have and after I ordered my food, I asked the girl that was working at the front too. Please relay my message to the cooks that I would like my tots to be fresh And I heard her back there explaining to them that I asked for Fresh tots and when I got my burrito, it was the total opposite of Fresh. I don’t know if they had an attitude because I asked for something fresh or they just didn’t care what I asked for but my experience was gross. I threw my burrito in the trash because whether they realize it or not the tots make the sandwich or the burrito what it is. And to top it off, the meat wasn’t fresh either I opted out for bacon and I added turkey instead, and I was not impressed. Now I’m not sure if I want to come back there again what a waste of money and time because I was late for work waiting for my food
I was excited to try this place since it was in the same shopping center as Marston because if Marston was packed, we could have a second choice to eat breakfast or brunch☕️ but I was disappointed because it wasn't anything like a sit down restaurant and my Avocado toast was more like an egg sandwich with overwhelming cheese & sauce😒 but I might go back and try something else maybe😋
I saw they used to have a Carolina reaper buritto.... So I asked if they have cayenne. She said let me check. She came back with, yes, but it's for other food. So, Don't ask for cayenne pepper, they have it but it's only for them to season other food....so basically, screw you if you want cayenne pepper on your meal. Of all the restaurants I have been to, this is the first to say yes, we have cayenne, but you can't have any.
7/10 for the price i wish theyre burritos were a little bit bigger flavor is consistant the waffle sticks were abit dissappointing but the texture was great the huckleberry sauce was lacking especially for the price.
This place feels more like glorified cafeteria than the dine-in breakfast I was originally looking for. The food was mid at best, it took way too long and I’m still shocked at the prices. In my opinion this place is annoyingly expensive for what it is. For two people ordering a breakfast item, a side and a drink, you’ll easily pay $50+. That’s too much for a place where I have to wait for my name to be called and take my tray of food to my table. If you want a sit down breakfast vibe with good coffee and someone serving/taking your order, I’d avoid this place.
Meh, another poor example of what Awesometown thinks is a great breakfast option. The prices and size of the food are really the only thing good about this spot. It's hard to find a place that gets you two breakfast items for $20 when so many places are charging $15-20 just for a breakfast burrito alone. I ordered online for pick-up and my food was ready right when I walked in. The breakfast sandwich had nice and crispy bacon but the bread was bland and dry, the hashbrowns just disappeared into the sandwich, and there really wasn't any seasoning. The breakfast burrito was hefty but poorly wrapped. The eggs were cooked well and the hashbrowns were crispy, but the bacon was chewy and fatty while the grilled onions seemed to be missing. The salsa was bland and watery and the "fly sauce" was all mayo and no heat or tang or any spice. Just a boring spot not worth another visit.

First time in this place and I am really disappointed! Very expensive for food they are serving. Over salted and burned eggs. I think they are using microwave for heating already cooked food. Also they need to be checked for food fresheners ! By the way I strongly don't recommend eating in here because it's definitely not healthy for you!
I didn’t know a breakfast sandwich could be so bad! It tasted like a dry tater tot. Tater Tots are clearly their cheap filler. No fresh avocado. Just a weird avocado spread on the overly dry sourdough bread. Minimal cheese. One fried egg, maybe. No butter is sight! And that includes the bagel my friend ordered! Plus, to top off the terrible food, you order from an app from dirty tables. Of course, a tip is requested upfront. I tipped as I normally would - benefit of the doubt on food. You tip BEFORE you gave any idea of service or food! I would avoid this place — absolutely nothing redeeming about it.
I am deathly allergic to onions. I have been hospitalized from eating them. I used to love chorizo tacos from flying yolk. I would go every Friday for them. Two Fridays now, they have given me tacos with onions in them. The first time, they said it was accident and refunded me. I can’t put faith in a restaurant anymore that could actively kill me. I will not be going here again and make sure I do all I can to make sure everyone I know doesn’t go either. They do not listen to their customers. I spent 15 bucks for something I can eat and now I’m just upset
