I’m not a review person but I felt the need to be after reading the entitled Ken and Karen reviews below. Fresh and delicious!! The brisket is amazing!! What’s with these reviewers? Blessed to afford eating out and they complain. And the dude with the guacamole cup, there’s no way he got that like that because they fill it after you order right in front of you!! He let it sit in his fridge for 3 days and then tried to blame it on Chipotle. I’m thinking these are paid Taco Bell shills, go back to Taco Bell and eat their junk, Chipotle is far superior in every way! I will go back soon for another delicious brisket burrito, it was fantastic as was everything else I ordered. Thanks Chipotle my food was delicious!! God Bless everyone I hope this helps. 🙏🏻
Bowl my fave and worth the money and delicious!
High quality food, my favorite is the pork burrito. I don't do spicy and this is the only non-spicy protein option I'm aware of. Staff is very friendly, restaurant clean/safe and if your back hurts you can go next store to The Joint Chiropractic! Highly recommended.
Great service. Even on a busy weekend, we received fast, efficient service. 2 bowls with tax = $15.55 Surprisingly delicious is the Chipotle tofu. Yes, I said it! Give it a try and see if your mouth loves it too.
It's one of the best fast food restaurant for people who enjoy real food - because it's one of the few that has real food! I've eaten a burrito and it was really delicious! Just pay attention to what your order, because guacamole is an additional and it's charged. But it's worth it to order, it was really good!
A super healthy, organic, humanly sourced restaurant that is a great value and had constantly excellent food. I get the 3 hard shell veggie tacos most of the time. They give a generous portion and you get free guacamole with any veggie meal. You can beat it for the price!

I love Chipotle especially their Burrito bowls! I kinda noticed the portions is not as it was before. Still affordable. I am not good with too much spicy so I am glad I can request the hot salsa on the side.

Usually this would be 5 stars, but on this visit a new person was serving and she was somewhat stingy with the portions. Usually my visits get a full and complete bowl of food, but this time was about 10-15% less than usual. In watching, it looked like she was doing the same for everyone so it wasn't unique to me. I understand companies have to make a profit, but I go to places that provide good portions for my money and have had good luck with Chipotle. While many fast food organizations are downsizing their buns to make the burgers looks thicker, I have always been able to get decent sized meal from Chipotle for the money. I did notice the cost has gone up some, but that is not a concern as long as the portions remain adequate.

We usually love this place but we had a new guy working there who didn't know how to fold the burritos and they were half the size they usually are. My wife had to ask for more chicken because they barely put any on it. I can say that usually they are great but we caught them during lunch traffic and two huge online orders; nonetheless, they should be more attentive to the customers who are actually there. Overall the staff was kind, helpful and polite as always. I'll definitely go there again but preferably not during lunch.
I was really impressed with this location, the staff was amazing and the food was unbelievably delicious and fresh, I didn't even mind the lines, but the last trip I went, last Friday was very bad. It was a different staff member and when I would ask for more corn or cheese he made me feel like I was asking for too much... like really...more? I have never felt like this before and it left a really bad taste in my mouth... I was a once a week patron and after this I will be taking a break from Chipotle.
Busy place. Pretty much another chipotle. Place was kinda dirty. No clean tables.
I do enjoy the food but seems to get more and more expensive. I requested chips along with my meal, a dollar and change, worth it or so I thought. Got home to taste stale chips. Disappointed. The quesadilla requested was a bit on the oily side plus the greens I asked for as my side, wilted. We'll return. It may have just been an off day. Normally a good experience.
Food was good, I actually like the Burrito I ordered, honestly it's better then most places out here 😅. How ever, I did order through the app and my order wasn't ready by the time is stated. About 10 min over and that's was fine, but I did give them 3 star for forgetting to give me napkins. Napkin is a must.
My family and i had lunch at this place today. My family enjoyed their food. They enjoyed their salad bowl. The servers were promt, friendly and pleasant. I wish i can say the same to the cashier. She wasnt as pleasant as the servers and wasnt helpful and friendly.

Ordered 3 chicken bowls and all of them were barely half full. Prices are higher, so paying more for less quantity. Rather than having them put salsa on my bowl, I asked for it on the side in a cup. She said they charge for this request. They never use to do this. Eventually she gave it to me at no charge. Also, not as friendly as prior experiences. Very disappointed and probably won't return to this Chipotle.
It was so awkward, cringe. Walked in at 9:33 on a FRIDAY night after watching a movie next door (I checked the clock to make sure it wasn't too late as they close at 10pm) the whole back kitchen was clear and getting wiped down, most of the living room had chairs up and trashes were upside down, the abundant staff were glaring at everyone who entered. They made me wait and ignored me for some time (after arguing who would take me) because they were wiping down and putting things away. I can understand if it was 9:50, it wasn't. It was 30 mins before they close. They were out of veggies and 3 kinds of meat (sparkling clean, empty trays and stove). 4 customers were turned away before me and 2 after though I'm sure there were more as I left quickly (because those customers wanted the meat options). I didn't even dream of eating-in for fear of staff behavior/backlash (though I'm a tidy eater/clean up after myself). Luckily the girl who helped me was nice enough but ONLY after I gave her a "really?" look regarding the terrible initial service and the fact that all the staff were angry they couldn't close at 930 haha (I didn't say anything though). This experience was one of the worst I've had at chipotle. Luckily my home chipotle is elsewhere.
The staff were friendly but even with disrespectfully light portions they couldn’t roll or wrap my burrito properly. Also the ingredients were all mixed together. What’s the point of offering choices if you’re gonna have onions and corn in every ingredient anyways?
As customers come into the store they need to freeze online orders until they get a handle on order flow. I'm waiting in line with 10 others while the poor workers are trying to serve both streams of business. No one wins in this model except corporate executives. Workers are overworked and customers are given thin time . Its an illusion to think after you're worth 200 million, another 200 million with double your happiness. Corporate America hasn't figured this out yet.
I get there, no one in line, two people standing at the front (neither looked at me) where I’m supposed to order and three more in the kitchen - no one greeted me and I stand there until a girl notices me and has to walk all the way from the other side of the kitchen to take my order. Now I wasn’t bother that much having to wait the extra 30 seconds to order but when I asked for a second portion of the Al Pastor she gives me half a little scoop. I paid like $4 extra or something like that for a tiny amount of chicken. I feel so ripped off.

I rarely give reviews, but today I was really bothered by this visit to this particular Chipotle. I went to order a bowl to go before I had to head to my military night shift. As I am ordering, I notice my portion of steak was nonexistent and I was forced to pay for an extra portion even though it was still inadequate. The portion wasn't even close to what has been the standard. It was like a portion for an eight year old child. When I mentioned this and made a subtle complaint the older gentleman rolled his eyes and said something to the younger gentleman nest him preparing my toppings in Spanish, which I have no problem with, but the reaction felt just rude and offensive because they looked at me and laughed in a way that felt as if I was being mocked for the complaint I had about the steal portion. Overall, there's a reason I haven't been to this Chipotle in awhile.
I remember when I used to go to chipotle and the food was very good they give you a decent amount of food but now it’s not the first time that they gave me triple the amount of lettuce and a Little bit of meet my wife got tree tacos and she got more lettuce in anything else it’s like chipotle is charging their employees for me so they try not to use or give you as much this will be my last time I ever go to chipotle is not even worth it there’s plenty of places that you can get yourself a very nice Mexican food for cheaper And a decent amount of food. I asked for a burrito with barbacoa and never got the meat inside the burrito. I then ask the lady that there was no meat and completely flipped out and threw the burger into the bin.

They forgot my salsa, I ordered chips and salsa. I had to go back inside and ask for it. They also only served approximately 2 tablespoons of beans with my kids meal. I paid $18 for low grade service.
1) they run out of everything literally. Last time I came in no beans. The other time no chicken, the other time was the steak. This time chicken was going to take too long and out of vinegar. 2) the girl at the cashier was laughing at me because I asked her why they always run out of everything. It’s literally every time I come here they are out. The only reason I come here is because it is convenient for me after a 13 hour shift of work since it is by my home. 3) I wish the service was better. Overall the 2 girls over there are rude and think I am crazy for saying they are always out of everything.
My family comes here all the time. This time was weird. The gentleman near the register, once all our meals were in the bag, pushed the bag towards me — enough to where it slid almost to the edge of the counter. Couldn’t tell if it was forceful or aggressive, but any service industry professional knows that’s bad form. It was the young man with glasses and a short beard. Lame 👎👎 EDIT: again, been going to this location for a long time; and it’s inconsistent at best. Today, service was let’s just say, not very friendly or enthusiastic, chips were cold (and no salt!), and there was no Tractor drinks in bubbler … for being an international franchise, I’m very surprised at this location.
This was the first time I had gone to this Chipotle. It was a waste of my money. I usually get half chicken and half carnitas. It was the smallest scoop, wouldn't even make one full scoop combined. I asked for more and the lady said " so double? " I mean I guess. Same with the queso. The extra scoop was more of a scoop than the original. So I got charged extra for that. Everything is just an up charge it's ridiculous. Over 20 dollars for a bowl. I'm glad I won't have to be coming back to this Chipotle again.
So here’s the deal. Place closes at 10pm, but if you go there after 8, they will probably be out of steak or something else. This is the 2nd time in a month they haven’t had steak at 8pm. I can see at 9:30 maybe, but 2 hours before close they should still have all food options. Frustrating.
Was just here - ordered food and a few people in front of me before checkout. The machine froze. Waited a little over 20 minutes (no one alerted us to what the wait was until 20 mins went by) food was very cold at this point. we asked if they could discount, the guy at the register was super nice and went to ask his manager who said no and didn’t even come out to apologize. We went elsewhere. What a joke you’d be willing to serve cold food without providing a simple $1 discount or an apology. Poor management. Never coming back here.
Service was pretty terrible. Wouldn't let my pregnant wife use the restroom. Compared with many other Chipotles I've been too, quality of food was subpar. Very rude and disorganized staff. Definitely won't come here again. P.s. I rarely post negative reviews on Google maps.
Love the food. Hate the deceptive bait-and-switch tactics associated with delivery. Instead of showing the total delivery charges up front, there are large service fees hidden in the Taxes & Fees section. No idea who gets that money, but it's 20% of the subtotal! This is after they already increase the price of every menu item by 30% for delivery!!! Then they have the gall to say delivery is only $1. This is extremely dishonest and, frankly, should result in criminal fraud charges against the company and every officer that approved taking advantage of their loyal customers so egregiously. If you are going to charge 56% extra plus $1 for delivery, then just tell your customers up front instead of trying to fool them. Don't order delivery, and write a review to tell the crooks in charge why they aren't raking in your money with their scam. Maybe that will get them to stop this criminal behavior, since morals and ethics clearly are not enough.

I open it up and I swear it looked like they gave me someone's leftovers. I was then looking for the chicken and I literally counted like 5 pieces. THIS is ridiculous. I didn't want to believe what social media was saying about the portions but it is very true that if they don't see you building the food, they will give you little to no portions. This is very disappointing and I know the portions can be very well served like Freebirds where they give you tons of meat choices and still have a successful business. Chipotle needs to get it together if they want to keep their customers.

Good portions and my to-go orders are usually made on time. However, today I couldn't believe this was given to me when I ordered guacamole. Is this a joke? No, unfortunately not. I was charged extra for this. I have also gotten full pieces of green peppers (like with stem and all) when I ordered veggies in the past, so I stopped doing that. I'm so disappointed that they thought this was acceptable to eat.
They add ingredients you don't ask for. They added cheese in mine even though I didn't ask for it. For everyone who has a quantity problem, skip this chipotle. They pretend like they are adding a second scoop when requested but actually don't add anything. They are more focused on rushing you out yelling "anything else"

I found mold in my kids meal tortilla. I ate a piece and it had a foul taste, I checked it and saw MOLD! This is really unsafe

Let's start by saying that if I order double chicken, rice, and beans, I would like to receive that. When I ordered online and picked up a burrito smaller than my fist, I said that this wasn't what I ordered. The lady who made it wasn't too pleased. I didn't say anything rude or disrespectful, but you can believe she had an attitude. Maybe make the order the way it was placed, and you won't have to redo it.
I walked in and order two bowls, bother the same but guacamole on one of them. I requested to please keep it light on pinto beans Despite this, the employee added a large amount of beans while staring at me. When I politely said I had asked for light beans, she responded rudely and asked, “Do you want protein?” in an unpleasant tone. I said excuse me? And again her answer was ‘’what kind of protein do you want’’ I felt uncomfortable and chose not to push the issue, especially with a line behind me so I proceeded to finish my order and walk out feeling so stupid. I understand everyone has bad days, but customer service should remain respectful.
