Really really good place would recommend. I seen some bad reviews but don't mind them. This place is so good new go to for close chinese place. Got orange chicken spicy, general chicken spicy, sweet and sour pork, and Kung pow chicken medium. Everything was fried to perfection and the Kung pow was a great ratio of veggies and chicken from the other comment. Also got egg rolls was one of the stars of the show very massive and fresh so good.

I've lived next to this place for about 15 years only only discovered it a couple years back and so far it's been my most favorite discovery. I don't live in Cameron Park anymore but if I'm anywhere near I stop here for their sesame chicken and chow-mien. The service is fast, people are friendly, both the owners and the customers. Highly recommended!

Mu friend recommended that I take my kids there because they give a nice amount of food. My friend was not kidding! The people were very sweet. Very helpful with the menu. Fast service. Food was hot and tasty. The prices were very reasonable. I will definitely return.

This place has been here for many years, and though it's not a fancy restaurant with the best atmosphere; the food served here by the couple who own and manage this place is amazing. To those 1 star reviews that say "don't waste your money" DON'T listen to these individuals, try these hole in the wall diamonds in the rough and make your own opinions. The food here is great! A personal favorite recommendation that I consistently get is the House fried rice or chow mein with General Chicken a la carte. Start with these two staples and expand, don't hate restaurants because one or two ppl rated it with one star, go and try them because you read reviews from ppl that actually know what yummy comfort food should taste like! Enjoy and give this place a shot.

Do not be discouraged of this being such tiny hole-in-wall restraunt... you might not expect but it's One-Thousand percent the absolute best take-out Chinese food i (and many of my friends) have EVER had. The staff? Very sweet & polite, love them. Prices? very innexpensive. Quality? unimagineable.

Rice and chow mien were fine, but the chicken was hard to chew and instead of being cooked in sauce, the sauce is just drizzled over the chicken I got. Said about a 15 min wait time over phone but was more like 25 mins.

The only reason I gave this a one star is because I couldn’t give it a zero. We ordered Mongolian beef and curry chicken there was no beef just onions and the curry wasn’t curry it was just bell peppers. Now let’s talk about the utensils the plates were cheap plastic, so were the spoons and forks. Their soda machine was broken so we had to go to the gas station across the street to get some and when we complained the grandpa working there yelled at us. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Went in to try to get the food combo remade and they were arguing with me about it. Decided to just get my money back because I wasn't going to sit there and argue about food with hair. Gave us attitude while counting our money back and just kind of tossed it on the counter. Terrible customer service. Decided to go to China City Chinese food in Cameron Park and it was definitely way better service and food. Recommend them over fast wok.

I don't necessarily go for the ambiance. I don't necessarily go for the service though. It's nice I go for the food. The food is important. It is the most important and when the food is not good, why go?

I feel terrible saying this because they seem like such nice people. Ok, so the beef in the broccoli beef tasted like fish (I hate seafood). It was awful. The broccoli was ok but the whole dish was so smothered in sauce it was like soup. The sesame chicken was coated in this weird thick, slimy, gooey sauce. If it wasn’t for that, it might have been decent. The noodles in the chow mein were so thick and mushy, way overcooked. The fried rice was decent, not terrible, not great, just ok. I know this restaurant has been given great reviews, which is awesome for them, but this was just my experience, for what it’s worth.

If you can’t afford to buy the food to make the plates and maybe you shouldn’t be in business and eggroll always comes with a meal and every other Chinese food place I’ve ever been I’ve never been told the chickens more expensive that’s why you don’t get eggroll I ordered Sweet-and-sour chicken with cashew chicken with rice and chow mein. None of it was fresh it was already made nothing was cooking except for the chicken so they microwaved the rice, the chow mein and the cashew chicken and there’s not even a 1/2 cup chicken in the cashew chicken. lol wasted my money The Sweet-and-sour chicken there is about six pieces of chicken. Unbelievable. Never again
