The atmosphere is clean and well-maintained, typical of the Monferrato area. The service is excellent, and guests with allergies are well-informed and attentive. The menu is ideal for those who don't want to overindulge in elaborate dishes, so after the signature appetizers, the Piedmontese-style fritto misto takes center stage. The quality/price ratio is satisfactory.

every time I come from London to visit my family in law in Italy I love to visit this beautiful restaurant . delicious food ,lovely staff and beautiful atmosphere. so helpful even when I told them I don't eat pork they cook for me another dish without . Big thanks for all the staff and I will see you again in Christmas. and they are dog friendly .

We went in mid-November 23rd with friends. A pleasant experience. The Piedmontese fried food is truly spectacular, accompanied by their wine, a carafe of Barbera, a cured meat and raw meat appetizer, and finishing with a Bonnet dessert. We'll definitely be back. Reasonable prices, €30-40.

The best place in the neighborhood, really authentic Piemonte cuisine, all homemade & delicious. We had of course fritto misto, which was nice & tender, risotto con funghi also was scrumptious. The owner is very nice and friendly. Overal very positive experience!

The atmosphere is simple, clean, and quiet. The mixed fried fish is the signature dish. The fixed menu features simple, traditional appetizers. Perhaps two more appetizer courses wouldn't hurt, given the price tag of €35 without wine. Overall, the experience was more than satisfactory.

I went to this restaurant to taste the Fritto Misto Alla Piemontese. While waiting for the fried food, truly very light, abundant and delicious, I tasted some excellent peppers with bagna cauda. I will try to go back soon with a group of friends. It's really worth it

Christmas lunch at the restaurant: good food and generally friendly staff, but the experience was ruined by the wait. We sat down at 12:30 and left at 5:45 to enjoy five courses: a truly excessive wait, difficult to justify. Furthermore, despite arriving before other tables, service began before us, which left us quite perplexed. At times, the staff's attentiveness seemed a bit lacking (it was even difficult to understand how far along we were with the service). It's a shame, because the quality of the dishes and the basic courtesy are there. I hope it was an organizational issue related to the day, but this kind of service management definitely needs improvement.

Three of us stopped for lunch and ordered two full menus (four appetizers, a mixed fried fish, and a bunet), plus a mixed appetizer for the third person, three coffees, one bottle of water, and one bottle of excellent red wine (Barba Carlin Azienda Marco Botto, Grignolino Casalese DOC). Totaling €107 for three people, it was reasonable for what we enjoyed, although, as I mentioned, it wasn't three full menus, and none of us were hungry enough to try the agnolotti. I should point out that the mixed fried fish consists of brains, liver, lung, sweet semolina, amaretto, and apple... but without vegetables, as is often the case with other restaurants. The service was efficient and courteous. I'd say this is a 3.5 star restaurant, and overall, I'd recommend it if you're in the area.

Sunday lunch for an elderly person's birthday. From the outside, it looks like a perfectly normal house, with no parking. Then, when we entered, we realized the place was slightly crowded: 50 fewer seats would be more reassuring. Sitting down, you don't know where to put your feet. Tables for 4 seater, for 6. The food takes a while to arrive. 3 appetizers: Mixed cold cuts (cooked ham, raw salami, and cooked salami), peppers in bagna cauda, and minced raw meat. The ingredients were also good, so we're wondering what the kitchen's contribution was (0). The portions were really small. The peppers in bagna cauda deserve a mention: blanched sweet and sour peppers + bagna cauda: a combination for particular tastes (not good). Then came the main course, the Piedmontese-style fritto misto: generous portions with the option of seconds (we did), the quality was good, nothing special, but the kitchen did a good job with the fritto misto. Desserts: homemade, good local fare, but nothing exceptional. The wine is SHAMEFUL! Made in Italy, only bottled locally! The water arrives pre-opened: an act of faith. The last thing that shouldn't be mentioned in a restaurant is the bread, but you can't give a loaf the size of a fist to a table of six people; absolutely good, but really not enough! It's probably much better for takeout if you're in the mood for a good mixed fry.
