This restaurant offered a wonderful experience of delicious food with portions worth the price. The setting was beautifully pulled together both downstairs and up; Including exceptional service for a family of 3 with a toddler that is at that age of testing boundaries. I ordered the smash burger and Mexican amber lager that was indeed one of the most savory meals I’ve had in a while. The burger was not too greasy that left me feeling overstuffed. Overall if our son is having a good time, we’re having a great time! We will be returning upon our next visit into town! Only suggestion would be to add some merch for purchase ( unless I missed it somewhere )Thanks again!
Outstanding piece of history, wonderful food, all brought together with outstanding service! We enjoyed the drinks and were amazed we finally made it to this legendary location. I remember back 12 years ago seeing it, wondering about it, and at last enjoying it. We'll be back FAR sooner next time!!
Great experience at Water Tower in Campbell. Harris was our server to start and was incredibly helpful and attentive, especially with a few food modifications we needed. He checked with the kitchen, explained what was possible, and helped us find a good workaround without any friction. When his shift ended, Bella took over and was just as great — friendly, on top of everything, and made the transition seamless. Solid service all around and a big reason we enjoyed the meal.
We drove to Campbell on a Saturday night found a good parking spot at the free lot across the street it has a pleasant walk to the water tower restaurant. It was pretty busy with a number of large groups inside and outside, but they were able to see us right away in the outdoor patio since the weather was nice was kind of loud with all the other people around, but not unbearable. They have chilled carafes of ice water brought out to your table right away with menus. We are our drinks lots of good beers on tap, cocktails, and mocktails and a full bar. we had the garden pasta with grilled salmon which was delicious and the turkey club sandwich with fries also came out perfect. we’ve been here before when it was less busy and more quiet. this time it was still nice. the staff kept stopping by to see if we needed anything and service was fast.
We had a dinner here last night . It was just me and my friend. We had wonderful experience! Menu is simple but diverse and there is options for every sisters preference . Prices are reasonable. The service was fantastic. I couldn’t find a cocktail that I liked and they made me custom one . The bartender came to our table to check if I like it ! The drink was too sweet to my taste and he brought two other drinks for me to taste and after I picked one it was served beautifully! We stayed until the last minute and ordered desert even though we’re not planing at first :) it was great experience. Thank you !
made a reservation for Friday at 1pm but it wasn't too crowded. The ambiance is homey and with back patio, you can bring your animal friends, too. All of the staffs were so friendly and attentive! For drinks, I really enjoyed Tipsy Gold Rush, clarified milk punch with Hennessy, pineapple, walnut, saffron - it literally tasted like juice. The Orchard Bliss was also fabulous with nice foam on top. Food, we got the Pretzel that comes with delicious mustard and beer sauce, chicken flautas, and the smash burger, which comes with a side of fries. All of the food came out fast, hot, and simply delicious. They have a wide selection of food genre so surely there's something for everyone.

We had a birthday brunch at Water Tower Kitchen. The weather wasn't so great so we were worried about being seated at the patio but the heaters were strong enough to keep us warm. Also weird enough, this place did not have hot coffee (???) during brunch. Seriously. No coffee for brunch. Now to the amazing part. It's been a while since I have seen an American brunch place in the Bay Area serve biscuits and gravy. Very common in the South but not so much in California. Well they have it here and was wonderful. Also, the chef seems to have been influenced by Japanese cuisine a bit as he produced "sando" which is a short-term for sandwiches. Unfortunately, that wasn't apparent in the cooking, at least the dishes we tried. The Hawaiian King-based French toast was a winner. And again, a healthy selection of drinks was awesome (just not coffe). Water Tower Kitchen definitely is a gem in Campbell. We're absolutely returning.
I have been coming here frequently recently because they have nice outdoor seating and the food is real yummy. It's somewhat expensive but it's really worth it every once in a while. The strawberry lemonade is better than your average strawberry lemonade. Not sure why. It just is. I love the spinach and artichoke crostinis.
Water Tower Kitchen is a cozy place and a sports bar. It also has a second floor but no one goes there probably because either they close off that section or no one wants to dine up there. I really like the atmosphere but it kinda looks confusing because it looks more modern at ground level while the ceilings look more industrial. I really like the taste of the fries and especially when they served them in a small basket. From the Chicken Sando, there’s more taste from the bread and the coleslaw than the chicken itself. It seemed that they use chicken breast for it due to its lack of taste, but better seasonings can make the sandwich stand out more. From the menu, they seem to have limited options, but I would try other food to give myself another chance.
A very nice place to hang out with friends and family. The service was fast and pleasant. The atmosphere is inviting and modern. The food was pretty good, nothing super special, but suits everyone. The size of the portions is good. There is a varied Manu of cocktails and drinks. Great prices. Definitely will come again
Very nice outdoor sitting area, spaced out. Waiters can be a bit busy at times so it can be hard to get their attention but they are doing their best. Highly recommend lily rose cocktail, very refreshing. Food was pretty good and large portions. It was just nice to be able to enjoy sitting outside on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Would definitely come back.
My wife and I enjoyed the drinks but not the food. The Mexican street corn tasted blend. Although the WTK smash burger looked promising, it was not good. Too much running cheese, sauce was too salty, and the beef patties were very dry. Only food item we liked was the fries.
Had lunch on their nice outdoor patio. We brought our dog and had absolutely no issues with the restaurant. We ordered the following, here's my take: .Brussel sprouts: Quite a large dish, the sauce is mainly sweet chilli sauce, they were good. .Mexican Street Corn: As a proud Mexican myself, I must say that these are anything but Mexican. The corn is too sweet, the toppings are not correct and those that would help the dish are added in the wrong quantities. If it were up to me I'd add more chili powder, more lime and sub the sour cream for mayo. Would not recommend it if looking for a Mexican taste. .Asian chicken salad: Had high expectations and was let down. The chicken is blah at best and is served cold. The salad itself was ok, nothing special. . Southern chicken salad: This chicken (blackened) was actually delicious. As for the salad, it was ruined by the overwhelming acidity from the dressing. Overall, the place is nice and the service is good, however the food is not good and quite expensive.
The best part is the ambiance. Love sitting on the patio. There’s one tv out there. Has space heaters. But the food was just ok. Brunch has way better choices than dinner. Drinks are always great though. Service was what annoyed me. Never got a water refill. She didn’t have them turn in the space heater near us despite us asking and her saying yes. And we waited 20 minutes for dessert. We think she forgot to put it in. We will still come back; I like it here. Just this visit wasn’t great.
The food at Water Tower Kitchen was okay. The blue cheese burger was quite nice, but the fried chicken sandwich left a little to be desired. We ordered it in large part because of the pineapple slaw, but the pineapple flavor was basically nonexistent. Our friends ordered a couple things that they also weren’t impressed with. On top of that, we got seated at an odd spot out front of the restaurant, and the waitress came by super infrequently. It took ages to get the menu for dessert and to get our check. I’m also not even convinced she split the check the way we requested.
Food? No telling. Service? Complete and total failure. My kids said this was where they wanted to go for their birthday so I know they had been waiting awhile for this. Oh the disappointment. Well done, Watch Tower Kitchen. Well done. Hard to be anything but disappointed when you're seated outside early to beat the rush and they decide to forget that you're there. This was a dinner for my daughters' birthday and everyone had skipped lunch for an early dinner at their favorite joint. Oh well. I'm sure there's an excuse that works somewhere at some time... I wasn't interested. They weren't even busy and were able to take orders from folks that had just been seated rather than our table of four that had been waiting 30 minutes. Easy to lose a customer. It's really, really hard to keep a customer. Guess we'll find our next favorite and I hope y'all get treated better than us if you do choose to give them a try.
