The restaurant’s ambiance, enhanced by displays of old photographs, and the professionalism of the staff add to its appeal of a welcoming dining experience. Aduana 59 is praised for its authentic Mexican dishes, such as mole enchiladas, cochinita pibil, and chiles rellenos, which are often ranked among Campeche’s best. Prices are in line with the quality of the food and service. In December 2024, we ordered roasted octopus with small potatoes underneath (Mex$440) and a bottle of white wine (Mex$540). The chef prepared the octopus well. It had good flavours and textures. We enjoyed this dish. Service was prompt and professional. Aduana 59 offers authentic cuisine and welcoming service. Highly recommended.

Food and drinks were great—especially loved the sikil pak. Servers were really accommodating. The host warned me that food could take about 20 minutes before I sat down and it was even quicker!

When on holiday i never go to the same restaurant cause i want to try different places… this place was so good and so friendly we had breakfast here twice and dinner once… fair prices and awsome service

Love at second sight! A lot of things weren't right at first, but the waiters immediately made good and surprised me! The food was great, prepared quickly too. The atmosphere was excellent and the waiters were super nice. Therefore, if you want to eat something higher class, I can highly recommend this restaurant. Good Job!

A colourful and nice place for a meal. Waiter were helpful and kind, although most of them did not speak English, they still made us feel really welcomed. There are some varieties of dishes of local and Mexican cuisine which all looked to be delicious. The coconut cake was mind blowing!

Restaurant with a nice atmosphere, but a poor service and decent food. Most waiters didn’t seem interested in showing up at our table, had to wave twice to pick up empty plates. We also asked for some time between the starter and main course, however the main course was there before finishing the starter. Additionally smiles and no goodbyes, which felt sometimes awkward. The cocktails and coconut shrimp we’re delicious, however the fish taco’s and poc chuc we’re decent.

Get ready for some urine and feces smell! You are now the proud owner of gag reflex! Staff couldn't be bothered with cleaning the restrooms or taking our order. Overpriced and overrated. The stench from the restrooms is foul enough to make you loose your appetite for about a month.
