It makes me very sad that things are going from bad to worse, since there is a young man who serves you reluctantly and arrogantly, expressing his anger in front of people for being in charge of the business. Apparently, he is the owner's son. I asked for two hamburgers with fries and a soda and he gave me two simple ones. Later, I asked for three and he only told me that he only had two left. It turns out that another person comes and sells you a hamburger in front of me if you don't want to sell because you don't know. He doesn't realize it affects the family business. It's a shame about the food, it's first class but with people like that. Okay. Besides, he made me wait 50 minutes for my order of only two hamburgers. It's worth mentioning that they don't even look at you or say good afternoon.

The chicken tastes pretty good but the service is terrible. 20 minutes to get the family pack is just ridiculous. If i ever get this chicken again it will be via Didi where someone else can stand in line. They had one useless “cashier” that didn’t know how to process a credit card and who didn’t help fill orders. I know it’s Mexico, but this is just stupid.
