This was an amazing meal. Every course that we had was absolutely delicious. We were attended to by Oscar & Angel. They were professional, informative & attentive. Casa Rolandi’s food and service is on par with many of the Michelin-star restaurants that we’ve eaten at. The Riviera Maya is lucky to have Rolandi restaurants.

This may have been the best meal I have ever had. From the impeccable service, high class atmosphere and Michelin Star level menu, I have been dreaming about Casa Rolandi ever since. The frutti di mare pizza was the best pizza I have ever had. After seeing the preparation, I regret not also ordering the pasta oglio olio prepared inside a large Parmesan wheel. They have a love seafood tank containing love oysters and lobster and their oysters were incredible. Our servers were very friendly, knowledgeable and prepared several dishes table side for us themselves. I cannot wait to travel 2,000 miles to come back as soon as possible.

Pablo and Louis were absolutely fantastic as was the entire experience. From appetizers, to the meal, to after dinner cocktails and desert, the entire experience was immersive and beautiful. All of the food was fresh and the people who work there were absolutely amazing and the kindest people you’ll meet. Overall 10/10 would highly recommend!

We had an incredible dinner here! The burrata was sooo good and my husband got the lobster bisque which was so delicious. The gnocchi was exceptionally good as well. We got the caramel crepes for dessert and they cook them in front of you. We saw them making some other things out in front as well and it was really fun seeing the show! Our waiter (I think his name was Jesus) was super nice and helped make the night special for us. I have high expectations for Italian food and this place did not disappoint me!

The food and service was incredible. They will first serve a garlic flatbread. We got eggplant parm appetizer that melts in your mouth. Then we got the pumpkin ravioli and tuna steak entrees. Both delicious. Portions are generous. They truly put a lot of care into their dishes. The staff and service was excellent too - they were very kind and helpful. Best Italian in Cancun so far! Vegetarian friendly too!

Great Restaurant! We made a late reservation for an early birthday celebration dinner, and this place did not disappoint. The food was delicious, and the the service was super friendly and attentive. Probably the best food we had in Cancun. It's not cheap, but certainly reasonably priced for what you get. Ambiance was very nice here - upscale touches yet feels casual and relaxed. We had a calamari appetizer, and seafood pasta and octopus for our mains. The calamari was very lightly breaded and crispy, very tasty. The mains were delicious as well. At the end they came through with a nice birthday dessert! Will definitely try to make it back here next time we're in Cancun!

So glad we walked by this restaurant and opted to dine here one evening! We were upstairs, where we were the only party seated. The atmosphere was delightful, with medium-low lighting and beautiful decor and jazz versions of popular songs playing. Jorge was our waiter and he was wonderful. He was attentive, kind, polite, spoke both Spanish and English with us. He made great suggestions for my husband and me as well as for my young children. We asked about celiac-friendly food options and he thoughtfully related what would be safe for our dietary needs. Service was great, the wine was wonderful, the pesto was excellent. My expensive dish of mushroom-stuffed ravioli was the best I have ever had, but I was still hungry after the dish. We were brought a small amount of bread and did not opt for appetizers due to high end prices. This is a gorgeous place to have an upscale dining experience and exquisitely delicious food as well as excellent service, but be prepared for the higher end costs.

The atmosphere here is great as well as the service. The bread service and drinks were phenomenal! The carpaccio carne was a bit bland as well as both of our pasta dishes. Missing something to make it over the top and deserve 5 stars on food. The quality of the ingredients were all extremely good and fresh. Only missing proper seasoning.

We visited this restaurant in October when we visited Cancun for our wedding anniversary. It was around 10-11 pm when we visited this restaurant and were expecting atleast some good food quality if not the best since it was about closing time. However I was very disappointed since the pizza and calamari we ordered did not have any flavor or taste good at all. The pizza’s dough honestly felt a bit like rubber and the most disappointing thing was the calamari. We were served portions that felt like cheap chips or maybe leftovers and the restaurant likely didn’t even cook them fresh or didn’t want to open a new package. If you are going for the vibes this is a good spot but the food on the day/time we visited didn’t meet the level of quality I was hoping for.

The food was very good, but the whole experience was ruined by the fact that they were doing all the coctails with the most expensive ingridience and they were chargins us a lot more compared the menu. Additionaly the manager forced a mandatory tip even when some of asked not to add tip. He tried to hide the tip in regular prices, which is a scam and this is not normal. Your food is good - be better.
