Very good italian restaurant at the all inclusive royalton riviera maya. This is one of nine restaurants in the resort which caters to families or to couples in the Hideaway adult section. GRAZIE is the Italian restaurant which offers many traditional dishes.

This was by far the BEST restaurant in at Royalton Splash. The server Caesar was extremely nice. The food came quick and was delicious. We celebrated a birthday and they all came and sung. You can get a table immediately, as long as you make a reservation.

We stayed for 5 nights and this by far was the best place for so many things . First there was no wait as time for the table at all . the food we had at Grazie was the best of all restaurants we tried . We eat mostly vegetarian food and there were plenty of options and everything the Chef Alex cooked was amazing . Our server Cesar was really nice Jose their manager is best and personally asked for the food and staff service as well . They also made my son’s birthday really special . Thanks Grazie keep up the good food , I totally recommend having reservations here . Best food in RC splash resort .

Nice Italian trattoria style resto serving great oven cooked pizzas and pastas. Great place to grab lunch. All the appetizers are great (carpaccio, bruschetta, arrancini ...). They have a large selection of pizzas and pastas. My personal favorite was the penne al'arrabiata (perfect if you like spicy) and the Margherita pizza. My significant other liked the spaghetti meatball. The Fettuccine Alfredo is also a popular choice. Make sure to try their tiramisu; it's the real deal. Waiters are super nice and friendly. To bad they're only open for lunch nowadays.

Great food! Amazing vibe, had some live music, amazing pizza. Would recommend sitting upstairs on the patio, fantastic breeze in the evening. My 3yr old son is a fairly picky eater while traveling , he devoured half a pizza , he loved it

The best meal on the resort. Not sure why there were bad reviews. The pizza is fantastic. I had the lamb special dinner and gnocchi as a side item and it was delicious. Service was a bit slow however it was a good pace for our table.

Stopped in for lunch and seated promptly. Had carpaccio, pizza, and a panini. Generally good, but pizza was bit salty. Panini doesn’t have much flavor though. **edit** Returned for lunch and had three delicious pizzas. The music was blasting and there was no breeze, so probably won’t be returning anymore.

Our server was amazing! He juggled numerous large tables and still had amazing service for our table of 4. The food came out quickly and our server was all smiles the entire time. The food was okay - nothing to rave about.

We did have a very tasty meal here, however a couple of service problems occurred. Firstly we ordered a bottle of wine (to be charged) which after 15 minutes had not turned up. By this point starters arrived (but no wine) so we cancelled the order and just drank the included wines (which were very nice). Don't serve starters before the drinks, that's not 5 star service! This was a shame as the food itself was very good as was the rest of the service post the wine debarcle. Training is required.

Was very hot when we’re eating. The food was not great by any means and portions were very very small. Was quite disappointed to say the least.

Although we had the upper floor terrace, I purchased a nice Italian bottle of wine and the waiter was quick to bring me the bill first. However, it came only after my dinner. Our meal was sorta hot and a very small portion. The romantic couple further out was having the romantic dinner out on the deck and once again they were continuously harassed to pay the wine stewart for the bottle of wines and then while eating their main meal, they were harassed to pay the not-so romantic dinner. Our waiter was very friendly but had limited English so a little issue with ordering a Bloody Caesar and getting tonic water.

El lugar es lindo, está practico por que está cerca del area de niños que pueden jugar. La pizza es rica pero pídela doradita. Los calamares buenos pero no espectaculares. Las pastas que nos sirvieron estaban duras, crudas. Además los platillos son muy pequeños. Pedimos una lasagna y no había. Pedimos un postre y tampoco había. La atención es buena aunque tuvimos que esperar 40 min para poder pasar, la señorita muy amable.

Platos escasos, la ensalada de tomate con 3 rodajas de tomate y 3 de mozzarella que estaba muy seca y casi no se podía ni comer, las pizzas no están nada buenas y por fin el postre, tiramisu, no era tiramisu, era algo muy muy dulce que no se podía comer

We're Royalton guests & have been told we do not need a reservation at any restaurant except the asian restaurant. The guy at the host stand asked if we had a reservation. Stared at me, rolled his eyes, looked at his screen, then asked the group behind us if they had a reservation. They had 6 and he added them to the waiting list & told us the waitlist is full. It was 8pm and the restaurant closes at 11pm. We chose to eat elsewhere.

I would love to give them a negative rating, however that option isn’t available. Such an unorganized restaurant, I am here with a group and all we are doing is a playing a musical chair game for the last 45 mins. Horrible, stay away from this restaurant and will be better off eating at the buffet place at this resort.
