I think it's one of the best burgers you can find in the Biella area, well presented, excellent flavor and also the taste is not joking, winning combinations, the last time I went I remember that there were also burgers off the menu that change based on the day or season (I don't remember exactly) but made with local products, very nice and welcoming atmosphere, not too big so I recommend you book a few days in advance (if not even a week you never know)

Excellent burger joint, informal but nice and well-kept environment, good sandwiches and good beers but what I like most and the reason why I come back regularly is the sandwich off the menu that changes weekly, I think I tried about ten and they were all excellent, friendly staff, quick service even for takeaway, never had to wait beyond the agreed time, definitely recommended

This place isn't easy to find, as it's in the corner of a parking lot and has mirrored windows. However, a traffic light outside lets you know if they're open or closed. The place has two rooms, the first well-maintained, the second unrenovated and therefore dated. Excellent selection of burgers, with three different sizes to choose from, and the craft beer is also good. Very friendly and helpful staff. Prices are moderately high, but the quality of the ingredients is excellent. Recommended

A good place with excellent burgers made with fresh local meat and delicious fried food. Children's menus are also available. Gluten-free burgers are available for celiacs (obviously only the fresh meat ones; fried food, including fries, is NOT gluten-free). The atmosphere is quite small and basic, but the staff are welcoming and helpful. Prices are a bit high for the area and the place, partially justified by the high-quality ingredients. It's less than a 10-minute walk from Ricetto and the Christmas village. Recommended, especially for those who want to have lunch during a trip to Ricetto without the crowds (reservations recommended).

A somewhat hidden spot, nestled in the courtyard of an apartment building, with convenient parking. The restaurant is conveniently located between two modern dining rooms. We went on a weekday evening; prices are average, especially considering the quality of the ingredients. I found the fries extremely expensive, €3.50 for a meager portion. We ordered a burger with caramelized onions and a sandwich of the week that wasn't on the menu. The burger came with a huge burrata instead of bread. Besides, despite the fact that the stick couldn't stand up, it wasn't a good sandwich. The acidity of the burrata overpowered every flavor; there was no other ingredient to balance it out. I was very pleased that the owner listened with constructive interest to my comments, and she was kind and friendly.
