We went for dinner in August with a reservation. Fast service even when the place was full. A good variety of pastas and sauces to accompany them. A complete menu with a variety of dishes. Gluten-friendly options are available for both main courses and desserts.

As a regular at Il Popolo, every visit is a guaranteed success. They undoubtedly have the best pizzas I've ever tasted. The dough is a true marvel: thin, crispy on the bottom, and with a light, airy crust, made with care and that artisanal touch that makes all the difference. The Pizza Il Popolo, which gives the restaurant its name, is an original and perfectly balanced combination: the egg, Serrano ham, and organic sprouts on a base of tomato and mozzarella work together flawlessly. The Sardegna is ideal for those who enjoy seafood flavors. The prawns with garlic and parsley add a fresh and aromatic touch without overpowering the flavor of the dough or the overall balance. The 4 Stagioni is a carefully crafted version of the classic, with each ingredient—York ham, mushrooms, olives, and hard-boiled egg—in its place, well distributed, and bursting with flavor. Furthermore, the service is always excellent, the atmosphere welcoming, and you can tell they pay attention to every detail. A must-visit if you're in Cangas and want a taste of Italy in Galicia.

Small but very well-organized restaurant. The owner's wall is adorned with numerous awards for the quality and skillful preparation of Italian dishes. The service is excellent, as are the dishes themselves, with their delicate pastries and generous portions. The tiramisu is delicious and, above all, very original. They also offer gluten-free options for those with allergies.

En nuestra última visita pedimos el menú degustación, la experiencia es muy recomendable y un precio muy asequible para la cantidad de comida (acabamos llenísimos) y bebida que ofrece. En cuanto a la comida el buen producto brilla, el carpaccio buenísimo, las tostas con algas fueron una gran sorpresa, el brioche probablemente lo mejor de toda la comida, el risotto y los postres espectaculares. Recomiendo mucho este sitio si queréis saliros de lo habitual por esta zona. Repetimos seguro.

Carta muy amplia y variada. La masa de la pizza aceptable, en general bien, buena. Ensalada estaba buena y la pasta igual aunque la salsa un tanto líquida. El postre espectacular. Caseros todos. Personal muy bueno.

It was a good experience

Esperábamos mas ya que nos habían hablado muy bien de este sitio. Platos bien presentados pero con falta de sabor y gracia, tanto en la carne como en la pasta. Lo mejor la tarta Ferrero. Precio normal para un italiano. Atención y servicio correcto. Pienso que no acertamos con el día. Tendremos que volver para salir de dudas.

On Google it says that it open 20:30. We went to rhe place 20:45. The door was half open, and there was 4 people inside. They just looked at us, was not friendly, and did not in vite us in. Then we went furter to another restaurant, and they loose 4 hungry guests for dinner.
