Jonathan and Kaydasha were great. Jonathan was straight up, down to earth, which is refreshing. No pressure to force a smile, but gave one anyway.You can tell he wants to give you good service without expecting anything in return - you cant teach this attribute. You either got it or you dont. Kaydasha is softspoken and gives attention to details and the customers needs and their orders. She isnt the type to panic, even if it gets busy- you cant teach this either. People these days ONLY take the time to post or just give their input when there is an inconvenience- I was raised to know better and I believe that when you get good service, instead of just not posting, take 2-3 minutes of your day to let them k ow "I SEE YOU", in the most positive way. Otherwise, reviews only look like a "complaint bank". Afterall, when things are going great and the food and order are spectacular, its complete sence - but when something is wrong, the inconsiderate are more than prepared to raise hell, without an iota of care ofhow that impacts the business and the staff. This is sure to demoralize as well as make it seem the staff are shown in a negative light. I am making it my mission to change all that. Why?! Because I always look from an objective point of view and ensure kidos is given to the deserved, Period. How would YOU feel if you only got reviews that were negative, even when they probably shouldn't have been, and no positive reviews?!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been coming to this Burger King location for a while now, and I have to say—the staff here is consistently amazing. Every time I visit, I’m greeted with friendly, professional service that makes the experience that much better. The team really goes above and beyond to make sure your order is right and you’re treated well. The facilities are always spotless—clean dining area, tidy bathrooms, and everything feels well-maintained, which you don’t always get at fast food places. You can tell they take pride in keeping things neat. And of course, the food hits the spot every time. Whether it’s a Whopper, crispy fries, or their breakfast menu, everything comes out hot and fresh. Definitely one of the best-run Burger Kings I’ve been to. Keep up the great work!

Burger King is never good. The staff here was nice but you had to ask for everything because they don't bother to put napkins out, ketchup etc they hide everything. I go here because my 7 year old likes the kid meals. Burgers being flame broiled is nice but the buns are always soggy and the fries have sucked since they changed them 25 years ago.

People used to be nice but the new guy at the counter is a dismissive mumbler who has no time for pleasantries. I've been 3/week regular for almost a year bc it was cheap and the staff made me feel welcome. Maybe common courtesy costs extra now, but I didn't see it in the menu.

Horrible horrible speaker on drive thru. I clearly said #4 meal about 5 times and it thought I said #2 meal. Also asked question about what comes with the combo and it would not respond to that question. Speaker was clear on my end, so maybe really crappy AI speaker or it just has to be replaced or person inside needs to be replaced. Terrible experience.

0 ⭐'s, I went & use the coupon flyer that I got in the mail. I was the ONLY person in the lobby. I stood there 4 10 minutes debating on going 2 34th n, but I live .04 miles from this location. The manager Isaiah finally acknowledged me after I sat down. I understand they had 2 parked cars, but I handed him the coupon he tells me the coupon is not good. Mind u I checked the date B4 I tore it out, so I retrieved the flyer he's telling me to give him the other while I couldn't understand why the 1 gave him wasn't. While Isiah was being sassy with me, the other young man took my coupon and and matched it up & showed him. End of the debate? No Isiah SNATCHED the money out of my hand. I have never in my life had anybody do that 2 me & at the same time he was lecturing me on giving him respect. That "SNATCHED" told me everything I needed to know about Isiah aggressive manner. For that moment I feared for my life. And to think I had to use sign language to get the manager name from 1 of the workers. I fear for the other employees around him. Shame on u Burger King for letting this aggressive manager work in this position on the north side with a south side mentality. And please tell this man nobody wants to see his pants saggy with his boxers, learn respect b4 u try to preach it Isiah. Don't worry I'll drive further to avoid ur violent management.

They overcharge & charge more than their advertised menu price, when I asked why, they first lied, saying the prices on the menu where outdated & a manager would fix them, when I next asked the manager, they changed their story & said it was my fault as I should know their menu by heart & should have known to order a small value meal (even though their cashier only offer me a medium or large & never offered me a small, which somehow turned out to be my fault, as apparently I should have known their menu better than their own cashie). They're liars & thieves, just like all the other scammers out in the world trying to steal customers money & then lying & blaming the customer. Check your receipt if you shop there. If they overcharge, even by a few pennies, on each customer, by the end of the day someone's pocketing the difference and making out like a bandit.

This is the 2nd time going through the drive thru and they don’t get my order right! I tell them I want onion rings and they give me fries, but they put the zesty sauce in my bag!

Very poorly run. Put some napkins in the dining area. Fill the ice machine. Wipe off the tables. Get the food out in less than 15 minutes. Easy stuff.

Through the drive through to order a Whopper Meal. I had to repeat myself 3 times as the lady was laughing and not paying attention to what I was saying. When I got to the window to pay I was not given a number they just took my card and did not give me a receipt so I have no idea what I was charged. The man he must have been a manager was apologizing and calling me hon. The wiper was cold the fries were lava hot and loaded with salt. I can see why people go to McDonald's instead.

This is by far the worst burger king I have ever had the experience of encountering. But clearly I'm a gluten for punishment. This location if 5 minutes from my house, but when I want BK i drive to the one 15 mins away 😩. I have never, ever received hot fries from this location. And you would assume that were coming up fresh from the wait time. Today I played myself once again 😮‍💨. I was prepared for the salty sadness they would pass off as fries. What i was not prepared for was scantily clad decrepit fiery royal crispy chicken sandwich and naked whopper with only ketchup and mayonnaise to hide it's shame. And when did I realise this you ask? When I Got Home. At no point did they say we have no tomato, onion, lettuce, or pickles. So no I did not in fact "Have it My Way".
