Staff was incredibly friendly and food was hot, fast, and fresh! The only complaint I have is how often they change their hours. First they were 24hours 3 nights a week or closing at 11 and then it went to closing at 10 and now some nights they close at 10 others 11 and others 130.

The staff here is so enthusiastic! My food is always hot, and they deliver it fast. Solid choice any time of the day. Also, they employ a ton of WT students, which helps us out a ton. Keep up the good work guys!
Ice cream machine broken regularly like other McDs but our order is usually correct and ready quickly. About every 4th visit we have to park and wait for our food.
I work in canyon, so it is convenient for me to go to this McDonald's. I have tried several times. My food is always cold. Order is always incomplete or incorrect. The employees are usually really friendly and service is speedy. The lady handing food out in the drive thru, handing food out this morning was pretty rude maybe should be cooking. Coffee was hot and fresh
Noah was so nice and helpful! We had our order come out a little bit weird but he fixed it all for us! He had great customer service and was working hard!
I'm not a big Mc Donald's fan, but was hungry and thought ok let's do this. I haven't had the best experiences with their food. I must admit they were on their A-game today. I got a quarter pounder cheeseburger, small fries and small coke. The fries were hot and salted just perfectly, the cheeseburger was hot, fresh, cheese melted with fresh pickles and onions. It was Super Good and Yummy! If I can get that ALL THE TIME, I will definitely be back!!! Great job, good food, happy customer. 😊
Kaitlyn is always extremely nice and professional. Sometimes things don’t go as well as they could, but if Kaitlyn is there it is always a 5 star experience. She’s amazing! She’s the type of leader you can build a team around. Give her a raise or a promotion. Whatever you need to keep her on your team!
Not a huge fan of McDonald's but this one is the best in Amarillo. Rarely a wrong order. Always hot and freshly made. Fries are the best here. Fountain Coke tastes amazing. Customer service is usually on point for their business model.

As McDonald's go, this one was very good! I had a special request on an item, they were on top of it with no problem. The drive thru was empty when I arrived but quickly filled up, they handled everything like pros. I had to wait a few extra minutes for my food due to the request but they were still really fast. Thank you to the staff
Absolutely superb welcome from the staff, particularly Aubrey, who was smiley and helpful from the start with our complicated order to dine in. Top marks, as we've had a few McDs where the staff have SO much attitude.... but all the staff seemed happy and it had a lovely atmosphere. The only down mark is for the fact there was no a/c working, so it hot really warm in there.
I had parked in the mobile pickup, and i had not yet ordered, right as i put my order in Joseph came out to check on me because i had been there for a minute ordering. He was making sure that i had ordered at the right one, or that i was just okay in general because they didnt want me waiting long. I really appreciate the extra mile that they went to provide great service. The team in Canyon is fast, and extremely friendly. I hope the management there really appreciates how great of a team they have.
Employees were thorough. Food was fresh, and even though they asked us to pull around, it came out quickly.
Visited July 2024. It was late at night for the drive thru, but we had no issues with our order or food.

With all the changes that have taken place in the fast food industry McDonald's is no exception the food is not what it was 20 years ago or so but it's like that everywhere the store is clean and the service is friendly being a wheelchair Patron it is wheelchair friendly book a table accommodations and ease of movement within the location and in the restaurants there's ample parking outside for those that may need handicap parking I do recommend this location for families ♿️🙏🏽
It's a hit or miss with service. I really wish ownership would take the initiative to have a valid phone number to contact someone if there is a problem. When you try to call the number they have listed, you get a recording--nothing else. Since the dining room is closed because of COVID-19, you have to go back through the drive-thru if your order is wrong. I've contacted corporate several times and no one locally ever calls you back. This shouldn't be the way a business is operated. I'd rather support a local business that cares.
I ordered my son a happy meal, I advised them boy toy. They gave him a rainbow toy robot. I stated I wanted the extra fry, for some reason this McDonald's like to forget the extra fry. So I check everytime now, I told the cashier I only have one kid fry, she stated it's in the other bag. I advised yes i ordered a medium fry. She gave me the annoy look slam the window talked to the server and both of them started at me annoyed. But I wasn't moving, I wanted to get what I paid for. They finally got my kid fry and she didn't even say I'm sorry or anything just gave me the fry and shut the window on, after I told her thank you. I should had tried to get her name, she was a blonde hair girl with glasses. No customer service taught anymore I guess.
Gave me half my order and had me park to wait for the rest. Took nearly a half hour bec they were busy s d I think they lost it. Asked for my receipt but ihad told the girl taking pympt I didnt need it. They finally got me my food and a free mcflurry but my other food was cold. Just remember it's a college tow. And to be patient with them. I'll try to avoid this one I the future
We ordered 2 happy meals with cheeseburgers. My kids liked them. When we pulled up to the window to pick up the boxes, we were told to pull into the number 2 parking spot while the food was being prepared. We waited a good while. When an employee came out with the 2 meals, he went to several vehicles before approaching us. Seems like if they told us to go to spot #2, they would have communicated that the 2 happy meals go to spot #2.
I ordered value meals. They only had juice, coffee, or water. They then begin to charge me extra for the juice even though it's their fault they don't have drinks. 1 slice of cheese almost $2 extra. No thanks, I got cheese at home. You always have to pull forward and wait for your order. Always. One bright spot was the young kid hustling to bring all the waiting cars orders out.
I don't know why we keep giving them a chance?! 50 percent of the time they can't seem to pack our correct order in the drive through! We either have to get out of our car and go back in to correct it or discover it after we are already home. This is not neuro surgery people!! Outrageous!! Mind boggling!!
We recently used the drive thru and while the window attendant was very kind, they forgot our son's food. We live out of town, so it's not easy to go back and get what was missing. Try explaining that to a hungry and sad kid.
Entire breakfast menu was not displayed on self serve menu. Big breakfast and burritos were missing...not sure what else. The young lady working the front didn't care and was not friendly. Looking forward to what a burger opening.
This McDonald's is fairly fast, however orders are only correct 90% of the time, the McDonald's app does not work for this store, even though the app says it does. That equates to a lot of wasted time for the customer. Finally, they have absolutely no way to contact the store, whether it's about a wrong order, a call ahead order, anything. You cannot contact this McDonald's
I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe meal. Got charged for a double bacon quarter meal. Once they figured it out they had me drive forward and wait as 9 cars came and went. My burger was OK, no onion. I like onion. Fries were hot. Service was not so whoopie.
I love coming here in the morning, the crew is wonderful and efficient. I came here this evening and it was completely different. Not sure if they're smoking pot or just plain rude and slow. I just asked for a latte cause I work night shift and employees giggled and goofed off and then after 10 minutes told me to pull forward. Not only did the interaction seem immature but very much like they weren't sober.
Order a quarter pounder, get fresh food. Anything else is potluck. Also, you never know what you’ll actually get when you order. Today, I ordered a big breakfast. No hotcakes. Got a big breakfast with hotcakes no hash browns. I’d rather they take the time to get my order right than just get something out fast. I don’t want the hotcakes. I wanted the hash browns -_-
Their burgers and buns tasted old and it was at lunchtime, they were also out of a lot of things. The dinning area in the play area was messy as well. It is a nice modern McDonald's with a play place however isn't ran well
First I had to repeat my order to the girl at the drive through 3 times, she still managed to charge us for extra fries we didn’t ask for. We ended up getting a refund for the extra fries but after we got home my wife opened the chicken nugget box only to find that a couple of them weren’t cooked all the way through, she felt bad going back to say anything but we had to find something else for her to eat. Overall service was not good and I doubt I’ll be going back anytime soon.
Just came here at ~ 5:25am. They open at 5am. Hung out in the drive through for a while waiting for my order to be taken (since it is the only place in Canyon open at this time, it was my only option.) Nobody took my order. As I left, I saw a guy standing at the window inside. So they were open and he just ignored me I guess. Doesn’t feel great. I’m hungry and it’s my only option right now, and the dude just decided not to do his job. Been here at like 5:10am before and everything has run smoothly. Not one star only because this location is decent 70% of the time.
Ordered 2 Mc doubles and fries. Only one burger and fries was in the bag. Stop trusting and start checking the bag before leaving. Would have costed me the same amount in fuel to have my order fixed.
Fries are sometimes too cold. Items and/or food are sometimes missing. Their main issue is being slow and having drive thru users pull up or into the parking lot. Also, their prices have become kinda insane lately. Don't really consider them the cheap option anymore.
These guys get my order wrong at least 95% of the time. Can be easy — like 4 sausage McMuffins or a more difficult order (various meals for 10+ people). Be sure to check your bag before leaving.

They won’t except cash late at night know. We Canyon should boycott this store for making there own rules to show them that we are in charge not them.
Doesn't matter if there are no other cars in the drive through, they will make you pull forward or into one of the parking spots. Today I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for my quarter pounder meal. They have no tracking system as to who ordered what, so I had the employee come out 4 times and ask me if the order he had was mine. It appears they are gaming the drive through time tracking. After multiple visits with the same scenario, I will not be returning.
I'm not loving it... McDonald's as an organization has went downhill but the one in canyon is especially gifted at sucking. 3.5 stars Google, really? That's a complete lie. Everyone in canyon is fed up w this location. They haven't had ice cream in 2 years, they close early constantly, and terrible customer service! Not just the kids at the window, managers as well. If you own this McDonald's plz do is a favor and sell it to someone that will run it right. It is extremely unacceptable to have zero customer service and do so many things wrong so consistently. I would not be surprised if this is worst location in U S.
Never will understand the need to have you move to the side so they can delay your order even longer. Common staples for McDonalds should be available fairly quickly. You can go to a normal restaurant and get served quicker than what McDonalds considers fast food
Line was long and they messed up on my granddaughters drink on her happy meal. It was supposed to be a coke slush, instead we get a reg coke. I went in to try to get what it was supposed to be. I was told I had to go back through the long line just to get a slush. If the lobby isn’t open due to Covid, why aren’t the doordash people, standing inside, made to wear a mask? I say open the lobby, and you have a lot less upset people who get the wrong thing in their order.
We don't eat fast food very often and I thought it would be a nice treat to grab dinner i dont have to cook tonight. Ordered a few kinds of burgers and asked for no mayo. Not only did we get big globs of mayo on all of our sandwiches, i got to pull a nice long black hair out of my mouth half way through my burger. And thats why I never spend my money on fast food.
Ordered 3 large coffees. When I get to the window, I had to ask them for a drink carrier even though they could clearly see I was alone. Then I asked him for a bunch of cream and sugar since I was sure my college kid didn't have any in his fridge. He gave me three of each!!! For three large coffees??? Seriously??? They are more expensive than most McDonald's I've been to and they are very stingy. Probably won't go back and definitely won't recommend.
Employee's were rude and was texting instead of asking for our order. It was a manager and was very disrespectful. We went in the play room for my grandaughter. It was filthy, trash everywhere. We had to clean our table,before we could even sit down. Worst service ever.
This location cheats you out of nuggets. If you get a 20 piece there are only 15. They also forget the straw for your drink half of the time. If you order ahead, you wait longer than anyone else. Workers are overworked and management needs some improvement.
Ordered a McCrispy deluxe chicken andwich. It was basically a recooked McChicken, dried out and tough as boot leather. DELICIOUS - NOT!!! Fries were not fresh. Tea tasted sour. Took a picture of it all, so ts very disappointing that I can't share this delightful meal with everyone.
Horrible experience every time I go. Online says they open at 5, everytime I order online they refuse to answer the drive through until 6 then claim they are not open at 5. Came again on June 3rd 2023 still horrible. All the cars in front of me were told to park in the Mobile order parking spaces along with me when I ordered one thing. A mcchicken. My mcchicken was missing the lettuce and the mayo.
I place an online order and arrived at 5:30am and not one person would acknowledged me till after 6:00 am even after honking my horn multiple times. I had one lady just look at me but wouldn’t come to the window. Very rude and horrible customer service!
Staff there are too busy chatting with each other instead of worrying about their customers? Our order was wrong, food was cold, and no one cared? Would they have sat down and eaten it? Probably not? I can't stand fast food places that serve food to people that they themselves wouldn't eat either bc it's cold, or made wrong to order? I have allergies to certain things, so when we order it WITHOUT ONIONS.. there is a reason!! We even specified it to them the reason why!! This McDonalds opens whenever they feel like opening. According to google they open at 5am and close at 11pm. I went to a local gas station CS to get coffee and asked them what time Mcdonalds opens and they said there is no set time. The manager needs to be fired and they should hire someone more reliable. Anyway I got my coffee at 5:20 from Toot n Totum. Nice folks.
We usually love McDonalds in Canyon but we were out on a date night and the hubby wanted a cup of coffee(very common) and the order taker said we don’t sell coffee at night!!! Since when???…it’s so sad to have such terrible service, I understand being short staffed but don’t make it worse by changing things up for people who are willing to be patient and still supporting your business who is helping you pay your bills. Sad ending to our fun date night. 🤷🏻♀️ Guess your off our favorites list.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. I don’t know how the lady is the manager. Terrible customer service. They didn’t even put all our food in the bag and wouldn’t give it to us because they were closing in 10 minutes. This McDonald’s needs to be shut down or needs to be under new management. This is a embarrassment to this company. I will NEVER go back. The meat was dried and gross. I hope corporate sees this and does something soon. ashamed
Not sure if the employees know what a condiment is or not but everytime i request them at the speaker I dont get any so I ask at the window they don't seem to like it and tell me to ask at the speaker next time...Update. Go to the McDonald's in Canyon Tx on February 28,2021 we order two small fries two mcchickens with cheese and three large drinks. We get to the first window to pay and evidently they don't give receipts. We proceed to pull forward to the next window for our order and after we drive off we find out the give us their new chicken sandwiches. We go back through and tell them the order was wrong can they make the sandwiches right and refund the difference in the price. The manager says she can fix the food but not refund the money with no receipts. We tell her they did not give us one and she said she can not do anything about it. So we pull forward to wait for the new sandwiches and when they bring the order out it is wrong once again. We send it back and they fix it again. They bring it out a third time and the sandwiches are the right ones but they don't put any mayo or lettuce on them. I would suggest if you are going to go to McDonald's drive to Amarillo to the one on Coulter they are friendlier and get your order right. These idiots here couldn't flip their way out of a paper sack.
Horrible service!! I ordered 2 sausage biscuits, 2 hashbrowns and a sausage egg & cheese mcgriddle . I was told to pull aside and they would bring the mcgriddle. I waited like 15 min before an employee finally came and asked what I was waiting for. The rest of my food got cold while I was waiting. They replaced it but the guy who brought my food out just handed it to me with no apology for my long wait . No kind of "thank you" or anything!!!
I give up on this particular McDonald's restaurant! Fries are ALWAYS stale, no matter the time of day. (We've tried 4 different times of the day) never have apples for the kiddos, never has the current toy, never has one for under 3 years of age. Staff has no knowledge about food, happy meal choices or who else to talk to about any of it. Done With This Store!
Ordered barely anything, but it took nearly 20 minutes. Food tasted like it was microwaved, the whole place stank, and it looked like it hadn't been maintained in 4 months.
Ordered two large fries and 2 kids meals only to have the kids meal missing their 6 piece chicken nuggets. I understand mistakes happen but it’s kinda disappointing to get home and find out all you got is fries to eat.
Store was so dirty!!! One kiosk down!!!!! Staff was so unaware. Did not get all my order. It took the young man at the counter 3 times to get out cups!!! I hate this store! Only reason I come is for my grandkids. I would rather drive to Hereford!!!
They lack in management. They are not up with their app. The App let's you place an order when the restaurant is actually closed. Sending Ubers And Dashers for pickups to a closed store. That's is actually still manned with employees that are able to announce the store is closed at the drive thru order box. And at the drive thru windows but are not qualified enough to not allow orders to be placed while they are closed. When they are open for late night drive thru and delivery pickups they are so backed up it takes an average of 45 to 60 minutes to place an order and pick it up in the window. Absolutely ridiculous and customer service is not available. It's customer take it or leave it kind of hope if you ordered it you might get it but don't count on it.... Kind of service. Yes the quality of management and employee competence is on a declining scale after 6pm.
this McDonald's sux. every time we order food from there they short us. Drinks no straws. nuggets no sauce that we ordered. fries for three only two show up. chicken sandwich order they send a burger or just no sandwich. it sux when you have to drive up there when you did a delivery .defeats the purpose of ordering and paying delivery fees and a tip just to waste gas to get it corrected. get your stuff together. people are paying for a service . yall take the money and the say we will refund you wich take 5 days to get back .
At drive through I ordered a “big breakfast” with milk for drink. Had to wait 10 minutes. What they brought me was a deconstructed sausage egg biscuit with a hash brown. No hot cakes, no milk, no salt, no pepper. Unfortunately I was so irritated about the wait I did not check the order. I found it when I was back at my hotel. I will not be back.
Ordered a happy meal frappee and a mcdouble. Happy meal was missing the toy and the sweet tea I ordered to go with it was unsweet tea. The mcdouble I ordered was only supposed to have meat cheese and ketchup and bun it came with everything on it. I didn't realize this until I got back home. I called the store and no one answered the phone. I tried to call again only to find out after I called the first time they turned the phone off. I just wanted to see if I could get the toy that came with my happy meal and to see if I could have a sweet tea like I ordered and to see if I could have my mcdouble remade id pick it up but instead I'm sitting here writing this knowing I won't be getting what I paid for.
The employees here seem like it’s their first day. I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru. Then, after paying, they told me the coke machine was not working. I had already paid. The only other thing that was working was tea. Fine. Then, they must have given me the wrong bag. Just over all poorly run
Ordered a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich, it had just a little bit of mayonnaise and lettuce and no pickles, and the chicken was roughly three fourths of the size of the bun. My order total was 15.03 and it took the cashier three times to count my change, which should have been 4.97. Instead I got back 5.27 🤣🤣🤣
2nd review, go to get lunch at after 11am. Try to order lunch, the lunch menu is up, and the attendant says they are only serving breakfast. I ask why, attendant says they fell behind. I ask why the lunch menu is being displayed, he states that it’s because the menu can not be changed. This is the worst McDonalds. No consistency (except messing up orders, and not opening on time), no standards. If I wanted breakfast, I’d show up during breakfast hours. They are not open when they are supposed to be. They don’t serve lunch when they’re supposed to. This McDonalds SUCKS! Get your act together guys! Supposed to open at 5am according to google, Yelp, and the signs on their door, and drive through window. Did not open until 6:05. I asked the clerk what time they open and she said mostly 6:30am but sometimes at 6am, I asked the second clerk if they open at 5am like their sign says, and she said mostly at 5:30 am. I asked her why they did not open till 6:05 and she stated they had system issues. Not one straight answer, this place needs new leadership.
It wasn't good. This is my first time to do this. I ordered 2 biscuit and gravy meals. The cost was $11.00 give or take. Got back to work and I have 2 biscuits and some gravy dribbled on them. No hash browns, no drinks! I think I got maybe $1.00 worth of food! Called the Manager and he was absolutely no help. I told him I was going to give him a review and he either didn't know what that meant or didn't care. No more McDonald's for me...
The kiosk seems to eliminate almost all customer service and care. Stood multiple times for drinks, order fix and missing sauces (that were specifically requested at the kiosk). 5+ people attending to orders but no one checking on customers such as myself and the other four or five that needed attention at the counter.
169 highway St Joseph MO location. Ordered a breakfast order at 10:50am arrived at 11:05 to see my order was canceled. When I asked the employee, he said it’s based on when you arrive to the restaurant not when you put in the order. Ridiculous waste of time and makes no sense whatsoever. If I can place the order for those items I should be able to get those items when I arrived.

This place is trash any time you come here they can't get any food correct. Tonight when my wife came here she payed for chocolate milk with my kids happy meal she had to go back through the drive through to get it. When she gets all the way home they didn't even put fries in with the happy meal. Seriously your a fast food joint started on burgers and fries and you can't even get fries.
Sent food back 3 times could not make it right... food tastes old buns was hard.. cook told manager it all correct but still had to send it back... 2 more times.. one of the worst ones I've been to in my life I travel for my job and ate at some bad ones but this one toped it off.. Will never go back..
Went through the drive through and placed my order. Was asked to park in one of the stalls. Waited far to long for over cooked nuggets and cold fries. What has happened to this McDonalds?
They will not take care of customers. Pre-ordered on the app and still say for almost 45 minutes and watched twenty cars leave with their food.
It's good like 35% of the time. The manager is rude and inconsistent. Orders are almost always wrong. One time I bought 3 cookies for a dollar and couldn't figure out why it was so expensive. They charged me the one dollar for 3 and then charged me for 3 more individual cookies on top of it. When I tried to get it fixed the manager just told the lady at the window to give me another cookie and walked away. They were not busy. Honestly it's almost worth the drive to amarillo if it weren't for the gas.
They make you wait in the parking spot for your food up to 30 minutes. This way they can keep their drive through data fast. Once you leave the drive through their system registers that you were served. They will continue letting people behind you through until they decide to bring your food out up to 30 minutes later. Happened to me numerous times and I did not order anything special.
Sign says that the dine-in is open but it’s all tapped off, so no the dine in is not open. The workers were rude too! We ordered on the app and did our order wrong. They forgot our fries and when we asked for them they were annoyed but gave them to us. We were double checking our order again and realized they gave us the wrong sauces. We stood there for well over 10 minutes waiting for someone, multiple workers looked at us as we tried to get their attention and ignored us. We finally got someone’s attention and asked for the correct ones, we handed them EIGHT of the wrong sauces and they gave us THREE back. Not to mention the worker— the one who did our order wrong in the first place— heaved out a big sigh and an eye roll while doing so. I don’t recommend going to this location. I’d rather just make the drive to the location in Amarillo. 😡
I went to this location and ordered on the kiosk, but I do not have a card. That means I had to pay at a register in cash. Whenever somebody finally came after a while, the workers were always mad we couldn't pay in card. I then waited for almost 30 minutes for my food. The dining area is very neglected with nobody getting service and food taking up to half an hour. The dining area was very gross with piles of fries everywhere and so many flies!
This location is so bad. On my most recent visit, I ordered a McChicken and found visible mold on the sandwich, which is a serious food safety issue by itself. When I showed it to the staff, they argued with me instead of apologizing or fixing it. On top of that, this isn’t a one-time problem. Almost every time I come here, they tell me my order is “canceled.” Then I’m forced to give them a code, and suddenly they act like the order was never canceled at all. It feels disorganized, unprofessional, and honestly exhausting as a customer. After this incident, it also appears I may have been blocked from ordering online, which feels like retaliation rather than a solution to the problem. If that’s the case, it’s incredibly unprofessional. Between the moldy food, the constant order issues, the staff arguing instead of helping, and now possible retaliation, this location clearly has serious management and quality control problems. I strongly recommend avoiding this McDonald’s until they take food safety and basic customer service seriously.
Do not do mobile pick up or drive thru at this location. It is chronically slow! Wait times routinely hit around 30 minutes to get “fast food.”
I hate coming here. Expect to always wait 22-45 minutes here. They never staff well apparently because you will never get your food under 20 mins. And 80% of the time, order is missing something. Recently they came to the window to see what I even ordered, then had me pull over so they can assist other cars, to then also forget what I ordered. Came back again much later to offer me something completely wrong. I just took it and left because I was so pissed and late for an event.
They do not open on time. Hash browns are always soggy also. I don't care for Whataburger breakfast but it's usually what I settle for after I get here at 6am and the doors are locked with the lights off.
Not for human consumption. Food has so many preservatives that you can leave it sitting out for several months and it will look the same; if you think that is good you are absolutely crazy and you should definitely eat this biohazard food
I understand being short staffed, but its no excuse for sending out raw food! Both hamburgers in our order were raw and completely inedible. Luckily, the nuggets in our kids meals were cooked properly. Have to do better!
Young lady at speaker taking orders two at a time per line. I was bypassed for another customer. Then I was given excuses. Charged my account $41.00 twice!!! Got to second window. This different young lady was arguing with me about how many drinks she had given me as my sweet tea was behind her. She gave me a Dr.pepper when I had ordered a coke. I was told to move forward and wait and I declined. Then was given my food with part of the combo missing but of course I did find this out until I got home 10 minutes away. Failed to deliver any type of customer service and I paid 82.00 for it. I want a full refund. I promise not to return. I’ll drive to Amarillo instead!
Food is great everything is great except 1 thing the General Manager Christian is very rude and disrespectful to her employees. And it really doesn't seem like she cares at all. I try to call the corporate management and I can't get in contact with a human. I really dont like how she treats her employees. Really is pathetic.👎👎👎 and the other managers are awesome and sweet to the employees
One of the WORST experiences with fast food I have had. Will be COMPLAINING to company headquarters. When I attempted to interact with these people, they sent me to voicemail and could not respond with a live person! I'm from LA, where McDonalds service is much better. Please keep driving and take your business elsewhere.
I stopped in about 2 pm thinking , I'd run in, get some food, then hit the road. Yeah, that didn't happen. The front counter people seem to be more interested in getting drive thru customers and the doordash orders out before even recognizing customers that walked in. After 8 minutes someone finally took my order. Then I had to ask twice if they could get my food to me because it was sitting there waiting to be bagged. Once again, they were more concerned with drive thru and door dash orders. I had to order a dual cheeseburger meal because they don't have a dual hamburger meal. I am lactose intolerant, and I let them know this when I requested the meal with NO CHEESE. Well, both my burgers had cheese on them. They even still had the sticky slip that said No Cheese on them. I went back in and explained this to the front counter lady. Another 6 minutes for me to get my food and I had to ask 2 people during that time to get my food so I could leave. It was sitting right there and they couldn't bag them for whatever reason. I stood there and watched them remake my burgers and the front counter people didn't seem to care. I finally get my food and hit the road only to bite into a SALT drenched burger, the second one was the same way. I'm not talking about a little extra salt, there was a mound of salt on them. I was on the road already, so I had to wipe the meat and bun off just to eat them. Heres an issue I have with fast food places. Since covid most places don't even care that you took the time to find a parking space, walked from my nice air-conditioned car to enter your place and then I have to stand there like a second rate citizen until they get the drive thru and door dash orders done. I drive a Big Box truck that can not go thru's. I have to walk in, so I see this happening all the time now. I have stopped doing business with company's that don't care about customer service. Let me remind you Owners and Managers. Without customer service, you won't have customers to serve.
This location is not worth going, they've been serving cold old food not fresh and service is very very slow not to mention you have to check your food cause they never give you what you order it's always wrong, also the air conditioning hasn't been on either, poor management all around i don't recommend no one to go here. The service in the day and night is no good.
Dirty!! Took the kids for a couple Happy Meals. Needs a thorough cleaning. Food was not good and seemed like it was old. Felt bad for the people working, they were over whelmed. Not sure if the younger girl in the back was the Manager but she was trying her best. This place needs a Manager/Owner that cares
I did a mobile app 15 minutes before we arrived. Then waited 40 minutes in line to get our food. We had 8 different orders delivered to our car before we got our food. It was very cold and our orders of no ketchup and extra pickles and onions were all wrong. If I hadn't already paid with my credit card on the app I would of just drove off. I'm very understanding and normally will not make any reviews but this was ridiculous!
They had my order just sitting there until the manager finally seen me waiting and tried to pass it off as her employee was at fault They don't serve sweet tea in the dining room so if you want tea you have to go through the drive thru. It was not busy at all so I guess they are always this bad.
Service has slowed town tremendously. When I order ahead of Time on the app, I end up waiting even longer than all the people in the drive through. It’s ridiculous. And when they finally bring my food, half the time I’m missing an item and have to go into the drive through any way! Edit: The regional manager did reach out to me and offered to replace my order. When I went to claim the offer, the employee at the drive through didn’t understand what I was saying. I told him I talked to Vic? (I think his name is Riskt but I mispronounced it) About replacing my meal and all they told me is there is no one at the canyon location with that name. And their doors are locked so I couldn’t go inside and explain. So I just drove off. I’m glad he tried to fix this situation but unfortunately this was just more work with no results.
