Excellent service, it smells wonderfully of coffee, making you crave it as soon as you walk in... the snacks are delicious, the place is hygienic... an excellent spot to spend a lovely afternoon with family or your partner.

I like to occasionally go to this place to enjoy their frappé with cream and sprinkles. It's very good and they have a good variety of flavors. The place is nice, and the new remodel makes it feel much more comfortable. The service is good, and it takes almost no time to deliver the products.

The service was warm and friendly. The coffee wasn't the best I've ever had, but it was good. The carrot cake didn't taste like carrots; it was a bit dry, and although I was warned that sweetness was predominant, I couldn't find the carrot cake's flavor. The service experience was very good. I would return to try other desserts and drinks!

The flavor is good, and the facilities are comfortable and hygienic. The place is very crowded. The staff isn't very attentive and isn't known for their friendliness. Overall, it's highly recommended.

The place is nice, the drinks are good, the price is a bit high for the amount of product they offer, the cafe lacks a bit of atmosphere, but overall it's a good place, the bathroom is usually clean and well-stocked, they have problems with card payments so you can only pay in cash, there is no vegan, light or diet section.

The place is fine, the menu is acceptable, but the staff's service leaves much to be desired, as I've always been served in a bad mood or with grimaces. I recommend the frappés. Their carrot cake isn't very good; it's very dry and even has raw parts. The frosting isn't pleasant either. The place can be a bit cozy to hang out in.

The cappuccino tasted very good, and compared to the other coffee shops in this franchise, this branch was a bit more ornate, and for the first time I saw that they served drinks in cups instead of disposable containers. On the other hand, the hot chocolate would have tasted better if it had more chocolate, since it's predominantly milky. The service isn't bad, but it's not great either; it could be better.
