Went with my girlfriend for lunch. We both loved the food, the service was good and we also think the prices on the lunch menu were very reasonable. The entrees are not huge, but when combined with the salad and breadsticks, made a great lunch. It cost us $27.00 + tip. I don't think you can really beat that . Maybe not a 5 star restaurant, but definitely a 5 star experience.

I don't live around here, have been to several Olive Garden, since my wife loves eating there often. Earlier today we decided to have lunch at this location for my birthday, we order the chicken Alfredo it was very creamy .. the food was amazing, absolutely the best I've ever had at any other location, even got a complintary strawberry creme cake for my birthday, very delicious by the way. To top it off our server Scotty was amazing as well, very nice and attentive .. will definitely be coming back.

I came here on a night that wasnt fairly busy. I had the steak and pasta dish with wine that is recommended with this meal. I couldnt finish the wine (not my taste) but the food was alright. A bit of a bland flavor of the overall meal. The real rockstars were our waitress and the waiter! Engaged in an enjoyable conversation. They are what made it 5 stars

The food was amazing... I had the 5 cheese Ziti al Forno. It was so good and cheesy. If you're looking for a place to have lunch at a reasonable price, Olive Garden is the place to go.

One of my family's favorite places! Atmosphere is nice with many good places to dine. Endless bread sticks and you can order bottomless salads or soups. We've always had great service and they are fast with adding more cheese on anything you want. Food is great quality with classic Italian dishes and more if you want something different like salmon or chicken. We've gone in groups of 5+ and it wasn't a problem. We all had leftovers for another meal later too. Highly recommend!

hit up Olive Garden and the food was def tasty! Only thing that would've made it better is if we could've made a reservation ahead of time. Since they don't take reservations, it might be worth calling ahead to check wait times. Still, if you're craving Italian, it’s a solid choice!

I met some friends here for lunch on a Friday. Our server was attentive and the never ending soup and salad was perfect. Such s nice selection of soups, and the salad was fresh and nicely appointed with olives, tomatoes, pepperoncinis and croutons, etc. Lunch for 4 was $60.00 (without drinks).

This is one of my wife's favourite restaurant chains. We came here for lunch and ordered a Duo (chicken and gnocchi soup; mini fettuccine alfredo), seafood alfredo, and grilled chicken piadina. It was all good. We love the unlimited soup, salad, and bread sticks.

For someone with social anxiety this place is so welcoming. I ordered to go naturally and from the service over the phone all the way to me sitting at the bar feeling the warm welcome. Just a genuine great staff, I didnt catch the over the phone togo guy operator but he kicks ass especially giving me extra chocolates. Shout out to the team keep being caring and genuine it shows! You can feel the energy when walking into the restaurant its just a happy family. Thank you for my food, I was starving! Even more thanks for the extra chocolates!

Love their soups. Wish they had a seasonal rotation but just the four they have now are delicious. ~$10 for a warm belly full of (4) soups. Easy. No frills. Consistent. Staff have always been nice. Wish their bread sticks were tastier but it's okay. I'll come just for the soups.

I decided to take my Mom out to lunch today. When we first got there the hostess was very nonchalant. She needs to work on her customer service. We got seated and my whole perspective of this restaurant changed. Alberto was our server, he was awesome. He was very knowledgeable on all the food and we were greeted with a great smile. This is one of my favorite spots. The appetizers and food is really great. The bread sticks are always nice and fresh out the over the salad made fresh and all the other food is awesome. There is really no bad thing with this place i go there often every time ive been there its always full and the service is fast and courteous. Great place to eat!!!

The waiter Jaden is absolutely fantastic. Very courteous and prompt with our order. He had a great personality and went out of his way to make sure my 2 sons and I had everything we needed not just Sunday night but Tuesday night as well. 5 stars for sure. My 10 year old said Carlsbad olive garden is his new favorite olive garden of them all because of the waiter. Thanks Jaden we'll be back in a week or two.

Family Valentine’s Dinner ❤️ Not a long wait about 10 minutes. The dining room was packed, but our service and food weren’t affected at all. Nothing to complain about loved everything we ordered, from the food to the drinks. I love this location and never really have issues… except for parking 😅 But other than that, I always enjoy dining here with the family. Dining area was clean and the bathrooms were clean too (big plus). Always a nice experience.

My husband and I visited last night. First of all we were greeted with happy smiles then walked to a perfect spot to celebrate our 31st anniversary. Our server, Ismael, was attentive, friendly and patient. Living on a budget, our restaurant visits have been reduced considerably. Ismael made us feel present and valued as customers. We have visited this restaurant many times and have noticed the positive changes in the friendliness of the staff. We were met with polite greetings and smiles aplenty. The unlimited soup and salad is always our go to! The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and the breadsticks are definitely a plus! We also get the Alfredo sauce to pair with the breadsticks! This location was renovated and the inside is relaxing.

The shrimp scampi was delicious, and the Chianti and Cabernet were both fantastic. Portions were perfectly sized—not too big, not too small—and there was plenty of food for everyone. I went for a late lunch and we were seated in a very back room with plenty of natural lighting. My brother walked with a cane and should have been seated closer to the restroom, but didnt ask. The server was new. Placed the refill salad bowl inside the empty salad bowl. Otherwise he was pretty good. The soup I had tasted watered down, but not enough to complain.

She has served us a few times now and gives the BEST service, makes us laugh and ensures a great dining experience. Food is delicious. Rarely ever mistakes. Came here on Veterans Day with some friends and had a great time. The atmosphere is very positive. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They told us it was going to be an hour wait but we were messaged within 30 minutes. A very busy day for the restaurant but the staff kept their cool and composure. The food arrived within a timely manner, delicious and filling. Family and friends should definitely visit and check this restaurant out for yourself.

We went in for the soup and salad. It's a good go-to. They wait staff was very nice and to care of us. The location in Carlsbad is very nice, clean and the location is great. Their prices are a little bit high for what you get, but I'm willing to go back there and be a repeat customer. It actually is a great place to eat a lunch. If you don't want something heavy a soup and salad works great.

I came here with my kidlets. They ordered the kid pizza and butter noodle spaghetti. I ordered the Endless soup and salad. Everything was tasty except for the pepperoncinis. Must have been a bad batch because I've never had issues with them before. They all tasted funky. The soups were good, but the waiter didn't come by often to check on our table, so I was only able to order two soups. My pet peeve is not refilling waters and not taking dirty dishes off the table. I usually frequent the Temecula OG but was in the area. I'll still come back, I'll just be fussy if the service takes a dive again. It was Thursday around 4pm, wasn't busy at all.

A family gathering met here. A previous visit was only fair & I didn't plan to return. But I'm glad I did! The food was great, service was outstanding and the atmosphere was very nice. This is a popular location for seniors, but all ages were attending. Although it was busy, our group of 5 were seated quickly. My only complaint is parking. It was packed. Two vehicles (with seniors in each) had to park at the very opposite of the lot, and the 3rd vehicle had to park in what would be considered the mall parking lot. More handicapped parking, PLEASE!

Had a nice quiet dinner with my daughter. Our server was attentive and pleasant. He was on time with drinks and our meals. Food was hot and delicious. I must admit the only negative was that it seemed a bit dirty, but it was the end of the day so minus 1 stars for that ( evening time).

Alan is a great server. Chairs in the bar area are not comfortable at all. It feels like you are being tilted forward. I wish the prices were less or they had a rewards program or senior discount.

The worst part to fix is the windows being susceptible to the 4k led lights of God from the parking lot. Please keep the blinds down at night. Be forewarned if you sit down at night time what your retinas will experience.

Tucked away in a corner, this place is nice and cozy. It is my first time in an Olive Garden and the restaurant is pretty big. Many sections which is good for groups and birthday parties. The service staff is very helpful and accommodating. The food was okay, standard Olive Garden quality, lots of cheese and fried stuffs, some salads too. Great place kids.

The food is delicious. The atmosphere is mediocre at best (always busy) but the service could definitely be better. Every time we have gone to this location;the breadsticks came out after being halfway done with our meals; we have finished our food before receiving refills before; and they always forget my husband's soup. But we have never had a problem with the food itself.

Just disappointed because I came in to eat and ordered calamari, endless dipping, a meal, but only received 3 breadsticks. When I asked for a couple more the bartender checked but said they were all out. Yes it was close to closing time but it was not closed yet. Had I known they wont make anymore bread then I also wouldn’t order the dipping sauce or at least to know Hey would you like a few more before we don’t have any left. Anything like that, for the $50 I am spending it would have been nice. Just left a little bitter taste on what could have been a great. Still have most in leftovers since didn’t finish most of the food. From Friday May 17 2024, have receipts if needed.

This last trip to Olive garden was very disappointing. I ordered my meal and requested a change in the sauce. I was not informed that there was going to be an up charge at $2.99 for a different sauce. Then when the food came out they couldn't even put the correct sauce on it. I had to have it go back and they still couldn't get it right after two times. It is interesting how they expect you to pay an additional $2.99 on top of the overpriced amount for the entree and they can't even get the order correct after two corrections. The food quality itself was very poor, not like it used to be. It seems that revenue has taken the quality out of the food. In addition, we were asked if we would like additional breadsticks twice with no additional breadsticks being brought. Aside from these two issues, the waitress did do a good job of service.

I went on a Thursday night. I don't know if it was just our waitress, but we were a group of 12 people and they only brought one salad for the whole table, even though more than one person ordered salad. We had to keep asking for more, and it took a while each time. We ordered all the food, including a plate for someone who was on their way. The waitress decided not to place the order for the missing person, so when they arrived, everyone had their food except them. They took a long time to come and check if we needed anything, and they didn't offer to refill our drinks. The worst part was paying the bill. I've been to the Chula Vista branch many times, and everyone pays their share on the screen at the table, which is quick and easy, but they didn't use it here. The waitress took a long time to give us our tickets and pay, which I found impractical. The food was okay, nothing exceptional.

Went here tonight for dinner and the service was fast and attentive. I ordered Eggplant Parmesan with spaghetti and the salad to start. The salad was good as usual, the eggplant was very tasty and the spaghetti was pretty bland. They portions have gotten smaller and the prices have gone up like every other place. Watch out for plastic in your salad.

So it's been a while since I have eaten at Olive garden and not alot has changed. Food is ok, service is decent. For a major restaurant chain it seems to just follow suit. I wasn't particularly blown away or excited to be here. The hostess had seated my wife while I parked the car. Upon my entering I let her know my wife has already been seated. She had no clue as to what I was no repeating, finally one of her coworkers said come with me sir we'll find her. From this point on it kinda felt like eating in a cafeteria. The best thing is the bread sticks. The actual food was marginal the plates came out with splashed sauce on outer rim. I think it will probably be a while before returning to this location. Our server was very professional and lively. His timing was perfect, just enough to where we didn't feel rushed and didn't feel forgotten.

We told our waiter Oscar that it was our anniversary and despite that fact, he rushed us the entire time. He brought the pay kiosk and set it in front of us when I was only 3/4 done with my entree. When we didn't pay using the kiosk, he brought us our check soon after, I was still wanting a soup refill at that point. Once we did pay, even though I wasn't done eating, he never came back. I had to flag someone else down to get a to go bowl for my soup. Last time we came on our anniversary, the waitress brought us a really nice complimentary dessert. This time I said because it was our anniversary I would like to know the specials of the day. He was quick to inform me that they do nothing for anniversaries only bdays. That wasn't even why I was asking. He wasn't very attentive or friendly at all, just rushing us. I had the shrimp and chicken carbonara, and the sauce tasted like unflavored cream and oil. I ended up asking for some extra Alfredo sauce and a side of garlic to add to my food to make it flavorful. I know Olive Garden isn't a high-end restaurant, but it's what we could afford this time. We've had much better service before...

We have been coming to this location for the past 10 years. It was recently remodeled. The last few visits the various hosts seem a bit sloppy and unprofessional. We have seen them dancing around and chewing gum. We also weren't asked if we prefer a table or a booth. Tonight one host was dancing around while another was taking pictures and\or video. The hiring manager needs to do a better job.

These are some of the most shocking reviews I’ve seen. The absolute worst dining experience we’ve had. The food is bland, and honestly just doesn’t taste good.

Didn't bring breadsticks and no drink refills. Asked 3 times for breadsticks but was told another server grabbed them as soon as the batch came out. All other customers had breadsticks when they first sat down. We did get to-go containers and we finally got our breadsticks then. Not the same if we couldn't eat them with our meal. Not an enjoyable dining experience. Food was okay but not going back.

Everything from the breadsticks, to the pasta was extremely bland during this visit. Not just to my taste buds, but around the table as well. The tastiest thing on the table were the onions in the salad. Even the wine was middle of the road tonight and tasted like the bottle had been left open overnight. The staff was very kind and somewhat attentive. I was hoping for a delicious, savory night not having to cook with my family. And left feeling glad that at least we were all full.

they forgot our appetizer but charged us for it on our to go order and when i called to get a refund they took over such a long time to pick up

Our server was an old man, I think he was a bartender. He was rude and our service was slow. And he was sexist. When a woman tells you to stop, you stop. You don’t ignore her and ask for permission from the male at the table. He never greeted us the first time he came to our table either and it took almost 15 minutes for us to get breadsticks and drinks. Very disappointed that you would hire someone like this.

this place sucks the last year their food has went completely downhill I got two chicken Alfredo‘s kids meals the chicken was completely pink got food poisoning had to stay off work their service sucks and so does the food then I sent emails with videos and pictures of it and I was told that they can’t look at it till Friday which makes absolutely no sense if you want food poisoning this is your go to place but other than that they suck stay clear of them unless you wanna get sick

Have not tried olive garden in years and apparently won't again. I got take out delivered from olive garden website, the little stickers on the delivery bags showing not opened was broken. The delivery person said that olive garden forgot something so that's why it was broken then my angel hair shrimp scampi pasta had no sauce! Literally just boiled pasta with 0 sauce or flavor at all with vegtables that just seemed like luke warmed frozen vegetables. Missing a breadstick. Breadsticks were cold and hard. The soup was mid tasting like it needed salt the lasagna was ok. I called them and they just said oh ok sorry and they paused for awhile so I ended up just hanging up. Avoid this location!

Meal deal got me in, double priced. Food tasted commercial grade . If you want real Italian go to a more authentic place for the same price.

Ordered two bowls of zuppa touscana , one jumbo salad with breadsticks. Soup was all broth and the bread sticks were stale. Salad was a salad. Gotta do better.

Worst customer experience, the servers will treat you as if you are stealing the food. You cannot share the food with family apparently. And manager support this behavior of servers so that they disrespect their customer. Never had this kind of experience at Olive Garden ever.

They used to be good but times have changed. They put minimal sauce on food on to go orders and charge when you ask for extra sauce (which would just make it enough to cover the noodles) Be prepared to pay for dry bland noodles with a tablespoon of sauce. I get everyone is struggling with the economy but this is not the way to save a dime by skimping on sauce. Nobody wants to pay $25 for a bowl of dry noodles.

Showed up 1 hour before close with my wife and son, and deliberately got ignored by the tall white curly haired server till kitchen called last call sadly the worsted Olive Garden experience I’ve ever had that server should be fired for how terrible he’s customer service was. I don’t know about you but if my pay was based on tips I’d make that money
