The Most Delicious Pan Dulce in the area!! Definitely will travel again to this lovely Restaurant & Bakery! Staff is very nice and on top of the cleanliness! Ariana is a very cheerful girl whom at the very early hours of the day already had a contagious smile!! Love it!! And I expressed that to her! Definitely recommend this place!!!😃

From Texas and on vacation.. stopped by this little joint… it’s super clean and neat. And fast service. I ordered Chorizo plate for breakfast.. my foundest memories of my grandmother were in the kitchen.. no one could EVER top her rice.. it’s been 15 years since her passing.. I had one spoon of this rice and it made me cry like a baby! Her exact rice.. authentic Mexican rice .. it felt like a warm hug to my heart.. THANK YOU! Loved my plate .. chorizo was just right.. corn tortillas tasted homemade .. just a very homie feeling in all! Can wait to bite into my sweet bread later 😋

Really good menu choices and extremely fresh. Doesn't leave you feeling "stuffed " after eating. Bakery products are great, too. Update: Been here more than several times and their food has always been top notch. I try to get something different each time. Great staff. Other restaurants could learn from SLR Bakery and Restaurant.

As you enter this restaurant the smell of baked fresh sweet bread, coffee and food cooking greets you. This restaurant offers friendly service, great meals, everything is delicious, the portions are large and the prices are about what you will expect around here, not exuberant beach side prices, that’s why we come here. Sweet bread and other pastries available for purchase to take home.

Everything was good but after all of the hype I heard about it I expected better I guess. Some of the bakery stuff was good. I spent a bunch buying a lot of different things and only a few were special imo.

First time there, great atmosphere and service. Food was good. Nothing special. I will be back to try other food to get a real feel of food quality. They also have an area for bread, desserts and cakes.

The atmosphere is nice, they had a live pair performing. It was a tad bit loud but good ambience. The bakery and restaurant are separated so it’s easy to get your bakery items without having to walk through tables. The food was tasty and well portioned. The chilaquiles were not spicy at all, I wish they were a bit more spicy but it’s understandable.

The food was very authentic! Rise and beans that accompany the plates were definitely home made! The portions were just right and the freshness of the food was incredible, food came out in a timely manner. Lots to pick out from the bakery side. Only thing that could use improvement is customer service. The waiter was super friendly and very professional but did lag a bit on checking up to see if we needed anything. Other than that highly recommend it! This is us authentic as it's going to get! Good for crowds and kids! P.s avoid sitting by the door in the back dinning area and dining are could use some vacuuming

Was recommended to eat here. Very friendly service. But and I do say but talk about no flavor bland food. Most taco trucks in the central Valley serve more flavorful than this place. The bakery part is took home 2 highly recommended desserts the strawberries in filling were excellent, that's only good I can say.

First timer, Be mindful of your bill! 2 people, bill of $60. We ordered two specials ($14 ea, + $2 ea for handmade tortillas - 3 ct), 2 coffees, sopes ($10) and an agua de Jamaica ($5). Total came out to $60, after we asked about being overcharged for a refill of coffee — we were getting billed $9 for coffee + refill, of one! They also charge a 4% fee for using card, so bring cash! Decent food, decent specials, prices a tad but inflated. Service, the younger kids (bussers) are more courteous.

I went to pick up a pound cake that I ordered on Friday on a Sunday. It was never made and they just threw one in a box and handed it to me. I said it is supposed to be frosted. They young man didn't know what to do. He goes behind the counter and throws some glaze on it. I said that isn't lemon frosting like I ordered. He sent out the manager who was an older gentleman and rude. He said if I frosting it i will have to charge you for a cake. That made no sense. So he went to the back slapped on a blob of white frosting and said here. At no point did they apologize for not having it made and the inconvenience. An apology would have gone a long way. But he was so rude is why I said I needed to do a review.

I came here on a Friday for a early lunch the food was horrible I got chile verde breakfast the meat was so hard and chewy the weird thing was there was like one piece in there that wasn't overcooked showed how bad the rest was cooked to much. My fiance got the milanesa torta she said was just ok . We also got some Mexican bread to all bread the bread was just ok come cookies tasted old and weird I don't recommend this place to any one
