Bar e non solo , certamente! Griglieria panini e gelati in estate ; aperitivi , sempre; cioccolate e tisane in inverno .., luogo di relax e ristoro dopo una salita ai laghi gemelli, o anche due chiac…

Un bel bar in riva al lago con vista sul paese.ampio spazio esterno (coperto) e interno. Personale gentilissimo

Punto di ristoro in posizione strategica, perché di fianco al punto di partenza per il sentiero che porta al giro dei laghi. Considerando la quantità di gente che affolla il locale ogni momento, nel fine settimana, a parte la mattina molto presto, un applauso per il servizio, anche per chi ordina al bancone. Il personale è gentile, anche sotto stress. Bravi, continuate così! Non ho mai pranzato, ma mi dicono che non è male.

One of the few open places we found, a classic mountain restaurant. We stopped for a quick lunch. There's a few free parking spaces in front of the bar. The girls were kind and helpful, offering advice on what to do and where to go, even though they're not local. It was a nice, much-appreciated lunch break.

I ate very well. I recommend walking around the lake; it's a half-hour walk. If you park near the lake, you pay two euros for the whole day by purchasing a scratch-and-park ticket at the bars.

A mountain restaurant, but it feels fake. The welcome is cold, and the coffee isn't good. I looked at the prices on the menu, which are above average. I don't recommend it.

I walked in alone, with 10 people at the tables and only me at the counter. I asked for a takeaway sandwich and was told I had to wait 30 minutes because they'd serve the tables first. I won't go into the details of the bar's "rules," but there was no willingness to understand the situation, find a solution, or honor the principles of restaurant service. After all, it was just two slices of bread and some cold cuts, easily placed in the order of orders, not necessarily first. Goodbye.

A bad experience, a shame because the location is beautiful on the lakeside. We've been there twice, and they almost had a hard time saying hello. The first day, it was late afternoon, and we thought they'd had a busy day, which was understandable. The next morning, the same attitude. We ordered take-out sandwiches, stale bread, and poor-quality ham, so salty it was inedible. Based on our experience, we won't be returning. It's a shame, it doesn't take much to make a difference. Fortunately, in Carona, there are excellent alternatives in terms of quality and hospitality, so it's easy to forget this unfortunate experience.
