I've been to a couple of Burger Street's and this is by far the best one. I tend to visit on my lunch break. The service is fast and staff is always friendly. Good quality fast food burgers.

Eaten here for years, consistently delicious. Bread is lighted grilled, meat and cheese is hot, veggies fresh, nice and cold. Shakes and tea are also flavorful. Overall good service and good food.

Some of the best burgers in DFW! Try the Olive Burger, the Giant Turkey Deluxe, and the crunchy curly fries. Fantastic bacon too.

I love these burgers. They are by far the best drive thru burgers. They are made fresh and they have never gotten my picky order wrong! The seasoned curly fries are always hot and crispy...just how I like them. They're fried apple pies are soooo good. The customer service is good too. I'm just sad there isn't one closer to my house.

The grilled chicken sandwich is SO GOOD, I'm a little worried (sarcasm) that it might actually be human meat. That's the only meal we order. The onion rings and fries are also excellent. We've been visiting this particular location for maybe 10 years. The food is always good, but the outside couple use a new coat of paint

I had the #2 double cheeseburger combo. That was the biggest burger ever ate. It was huge, I couldn't finish it, amazing. The curly fries were good, well seasoned. They didn't give me a lot though. Had the best cherry limeade I ever had seriously. More people should come to Burger Street.

So got family food next door.at long jhons/A&W Im sorry. It was cheeseburger special. My first time EVER to experience this place. Ive never had A&W and it was bad. Although the lobster bites where pretty good. Then next door you guys saved my lunch time. I bought a jr. Delux and two of your famous ice teas. And hands down didn't disappoint!! Burger street, your burgers are pretty darn good!!!

Steep prices for the combos, but very much so worth the buy. This place really has earned it's slogan. Best dang burgers in town. *The chicken tenders are really really good too* I will definitely get food from this place again. 100% worth the price.

I put my girl who’s from nyc onto them, we go ALMOST every day for 2 medium cherry limeades and when my man Jesus is working they are straight 🔥 🔥 . He’s also very polite and respectful which is something that is hard to come by these days from people. Curly fries and onion rings are to die for. Great spot for a quick bite to eat. We had burgers with curly fries and tater tots. Everything was GREAT! The service was friendly and the food came out quick. They have a very small inside area, 2 tables and a small eating bar. They have outside tables and a drive thru.

Used to eat at Burger Street quite a bit and recently found this location during my lunch hour and have been going at least once a week for lunch. The burgers, hot dogs and fries are always hot and fresh. Even if the line is long, it moves quickly and the food is always hot and fresh.

I used to work over by this Burger Street, so I ate there often. My waistline is glad that my job moved, but my taste buds are sad. Their burgers are so good and juicy. And who doesn't love curly fries and sweet tea (with the good ice)?

There really is no better place for a burger! Not even Whata..who cares! If you like hot fresh burgers and fries and good sweet tea this is where to get it. For those that have never been. There is a small dining room, but there is also outdoor seating if you need to stay and eat. If you’ve question wether to go…GO! You wont be disappointed.

Best burgers around. If you can,... visit through the drive-thru. Supervisors on shift are readily available to assist along with team members that make your visit great. Although they offer delivery, I think to get and give the bang for your buck,.. a visit is highly recommended. Try the Double Cheeseburger Combo (with everything) and Lemonade Iced Tea... highly recommended 😊

This is the best Burger Street in town. The food and service are excellent every time. If you're ever wanting something besides a burger I highly recommend the hot turkey sandwich. That with a side of tater tots and a ice cold Pepsi are to die for! Their milk shakes are also amazing!

The curly fries and soft frozen lemonade taste fine. The double cheeseburger was fantastic. This restaurant's burger was at least 2 times as good as the burgers from the 5+ other fast food burger chains available in the metro that I have tried. I would recommend this restaurant and will return soon!

This establishment looks like every Burger Street I've ever been to. Minimal seating indoors, tons of seating outdoors. There is a drive thru which is always busy. This establishment was clean and the staff was super friendly. The manager stopped by to see if we needed anything. The wait for food is about 10-15 min as the burgers are cooked fresh. The price is a little bit more than a normal burger place. For example the Jr Burger was $2.69. They do have some other delicious sounding burgers like the "Bacon Double Double Cheeseburger". The food was served hot and delicious. I would definitely go back to this location.

Overall this is a really solid burger joint. Very fresh ingredients, really nice staff! For being a fast food joint it's much better than the major chains, I'd recommend.

Mostly takeout except for a very few tables, this place has constantly great burgers and good fries. This may upset true Texans, but I've ditched Whataburger because food here is so much better! I've only had the curly fries and they are good. The online app is wonky and sometimes does not work but generally have no problems. Only issue I've ever had is one order where the buns were not as fresh as they could be which degraded the experience. Also was once given sweet tea instead of unsweet, only discovered when I got home. Other than that, this is my go-to place for takeout burgers.

Best fast food burgers! Just what a greasy, delicious fast food meal should taste like! Burgers are always fresh tasting, not like they’ve been sitting. The fries are crispy and delicious. Also their milkshakes are a generous size and delicious. Definitely not healthy! But well worth it when you are craving this particular type of delicious sin.

I want to thank the young man in the drive-thru I wish I got his name.But he stands for everything life is about. My wife had major surgery on 3/6 and this was the first time I had eaten since 3/10 he listened to me when he didn't have to I could have just been another order. What a great meal and she loved the shake. Give that young man a raise and make him Employee of the year! Highly recommend everyone check out this restaurant!

Delicious food with fast and accurate service! My bf got a thick, juicy burger w/all the toppings, and I got a chicken strip meal. The food was hot and so good! Our only nitpick is that the prices were a little higher than we expected, but it was worth it. This isn't 'fast food', it's good food made quickly! Will definitely return.

So the place looks dated but it's STILL the BEST burgers!! There are very few places, especially fast food places, that I can say make a truly great burger and Burger Street is right up there!! It's been my favorite fast food burger for over 30 years and when we went there a few months back it was just as good!! This is "the best" Olive Burger in the area!!! 09/21/24: Darn good burger here! Because it's always this is my favorite olive burger! Staff here are always so friendly. I ordered an olive burger, my wife ordered regular burger and all was served fast with a smile. If you're looking for olives, this is the place. On my burger there were so many olives that they were falling everywhere. Thank you everyone for an excellent experience!!!

Normally I don't write reviews, but Burger Street was just so good. We live close by but never really paid it any attention until tonight. I got the Olive burger, which sounds like a novelty item but it's actually incredibly delicious. My wife got the #3 which I think was a double bacon or bacon bacon cheeseburger and she really enjoyed it. The price was fair for the quality of food we received, and the wait time for the two of us was around 6-7 minutes. We will definitely be returning.

Really good! I got my order to go on my way home, and man, I was so happy to eat this delicious burger. And the tater tots were wonderful too. Good flavor of the meat; it wasn't mushy like a lot of the franchise burger places. Veggies were fresh and crisp. The bun was nice too. Overall a happy and delicious experience. Double Cheesebuger is the way to go! Two real authentic patties, seasoned and cooked well. It's not a cheap burger but I'm picky and the quality is there. I don't get the meal because I believe the value is in the burger itself. The apple pie is also delicious though. Unlike any of the other apple pies that I have had. The people are nice and the ingredients are fresh.

Overall a great burger experience. The burger is presented nicely, wrapped in paper, giving it a nostalgic feel. The condiments are always fresh and the bun is just right. I prefer the tater tots over fries; they are perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The only negative thing that I can say is that on a couple of occasions, the meat, while a substantial patty compared to other burger joints, has been slightly over seasoned. Still a delicious burger overall.

Of course the kid was choosing again... The gentleman at the drive through was very nice, polite and repeated the order to use aside from offering additional add on items or toppings. Their fries are so delicious 🤤. They even have sweet potato fries even though it's not on the drive through board. Our food looked and tasted better than it looks on the picture.

Burger was good. Manager and cashier were nice and friendly. Handling meat and burger buns without gloves is disgusting and not par with any restaurant even if it's fast food. I saw both food prep employees touching cooked meat and buns without gloves and handing it to customers. Not acceptable.

It's not a bad burger at all. It was quite tasty but very thin. The staff was great and very accommodating and the place was very clean. Would I go back? Probably. Why a 3? It's a fast food joint..Small menu, quick service but the burger wasn't outstanding. I want to be wowed!

Good food! Onion rings are great but they were out at my last visit. Probably will not return to this establishment due to the "No mask, no service" sign posted at their drive-thru window. Fortunately, they did not confront me about not wearing a mask in my own vehicle but if they have the audacity to post such a sign, they don't get my business anymore. There are plenty of other nearby burger joints where I can purchase a meal.

Well good place to eat very polite help. Flavor of food is fine. Three problems tho. Price is a bit high. Chilis for lunch is about the same price and has a nice dining room. Three times in a row I have been here in a week and my burger patty has been in 3 to 4 pieces instead of a whole patty. The third and biggest problem that has finally been the decision breaker not to go back is that they serve pepsi.....NOBODY LIKES PEPSI. One lady ordering after me told the server they would rather drink water than drink pepsi products. Soooo Change to coke and get a new cook....I net business even picks up after that.

High price for mediocre quality. Paid $15 for a "super size" meal. It was an average quality burger and onion rings that were more breading than onion (on top of being overcooked). Meal included a 44 oz drink. I asked for light ice and the top 20% of my cup was crushed ice. They give you 32 oz of beverage in a 44 ounce cup and fill it with ice. You're better off going to Whataburger.

I had heard the burgers here were pretty good but that was not my experience. It tasted overly salted and seasoned.

Can not believe what I found in my burger. First bite in and I almost chipped my tooth on the biggest and hardest tendon or bone like thing I’ve ever seen (on the right) tore apart the rest of the burger because I couldn’t even think about finishing it and found even more bits and pieces. Fries were great though.

In drive thru, quick service. 10 minute drive to hotel, good ice cold. Meat did not even resemble having been heated through as the center was very cold. Family has bragged on the flavor but I found it bland. Good was not prepared to order even after having it repeated back. Unsure if it when I'll return.

Came in through the drive through today and had to remind them twice that they didn't give me my tots. Paid for sauces I never received (for the tots ironically). Asked for Dr.pepper and got something strange instead, not sure if the machine was broken or if they gave me three different sodas mixed together? They have switched their beef patties as well, now they have that school cafeteria steamed soyburger taste. No straws for our large drinks or any napkins. Wouldn't have been a big deal if this didn't happen the last five times I've gone. Now that the quality of the meat has gone there's no reason for me to come back, especially for the price I'm paying to not get the whole order. I should have just gone to whataburger.

Normally I love burger street and have given them good reviews, but today's service was absolutely horrible. I paid for food I did not receive. Did not realize it until I got home. I took my husband there for his very first time and I order and and paid for him a double burger with bacon. He only got a single no bacon. I asked for all condiments but no pickle. I got no condiments and so many pickles. Overpowered the burger even though I removed them just could not finish it. My husband went to mcdonalds and got more food. Money wasted and very unhappy.

Service was excellent but small tiny jr box for almost $12! Never will I come here again. Strips where tiny, you only get 3 😳 small tiny curly fries. No thank I will stick to my known joints from now on.

Ordered a bacon bacon cheeseburger, and got one piece of bacon. They don't answer their phone. They were talking about me in Spanish when I went through the first time. Kept looking at me when they were talking. I do know the insults in Spanish. Really bad service. Won't return again.

I literally just left here. I ordered 4 combos total, one of them being the #5 which is the chicken tender combo. First, the guy asked if I wanted spicy or regular and I chose spicy. When we got home and I opened the styrofoam container I coukd visibly see that 1. The tenders are not spicy and 2. The tenders looked old and as if they had been reheated. Upon tasting the tenders and fries they also were not fresh and tasted like they were reheated. Upon looking at the container it came in, it looked old and looks like styrofoam that has been in a microwave. Everyone elses food was fresh and good but mine was so horrible I lost my appetite. I just spent over $50 getting food for the family and i can't even eat mine. This has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be returning to this location. The guy at the window was friendly and thats the only reason why this review isnt getting one star.

The food is ok but when you do drive thru for a living you would think orders would be right. Missing part of my order so I called to let them know. The manager said come by tomorrow and he would give me the missing items for free. I explained it wasn't free. I paid for them. All he would say is sorry and that's all.

I went to the left window and the guy said that I need to went to the right window (drive t - by car). I did it and when Im there he was taking the order from another guy at the left window with no car. 💁🏼‍♀️ What the difference btw us? I didn’t understand 🤷‍♀️

People are OK with being rude and unprofessional to their customers. How do you give a customer two drinks and not give them a cupholder and then bring them the cupholder and put the drinks in it and go back and hold a personal conversation and have not one other customer in the store and be OK with that and then think that people are going to be attracted to coming back when you don’t take that serious if you don’t take heavy customer serious And then they’re wondering why these stores are closing or losing business i’m giving them a thumbs down

This is a $14 meal and the meat is not fully cooked. I didn’t know I had that tell them WELL DONE!

At 8:15 PM tonight I ordered a bacon bacon burger and the person at the window did not even know how to say the amount I needed to pay in english. She was expecting us to know spanish. This is THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. We speak english here. Please train your employees better because our burgers were not prepared the way we asked. Clearly, the language barrier was a problem here. She is United States. She must learn english.

Called to have this corrected, he said I would need to come back tomorrow because the manager doesn't speak English and they made the food fast. The worst food and service. Loved the burger street in Richardson but this particular location was the complete opposite. Burger was absolutely disgusting. It tasted like it was old and not safe to eat.
