This has become my home Starbucks location. It is an extremely busy location so be patient. The staff is very friendly and their drinks are always made great. I'm usually here completing assignments so seating is a huge thing for me. There is plenty seating and several charging spots. Comfortable enough if you get the bench area rather than a chair.
I believe this store location to be one of the best nearby! I forgot her name, but the store manager does a great job <3
Very courteous friendly staff, very relaxed, there is outside tables and chairs. Wifi and plenty of shade outside. By far one of my new favorite Starbucks. Thank you for making out experience a Great one.
It’s Starbucks. A corporate franchise that is huge. Personally, I prefer Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf but Starbucks is always so conveniently located and hours are great. The coffee needs some updating but the Paninis are actually pretty delicious. Drive thru near me has a long line all the time and local police love hanging out there. Overall they are quick to serve and kind.
I accidentally ordered at the wrong location, Max was so kind and helped me out. The store was so clean and everyone was being helped promptly
I'm a regular at this Starbucks. The Staff here are AWESOME -- So sweet, friendly, polite and caring. It's my favorite location. I just hope they enclose the outdoor patio area some day, because there isn't enough seating indoors and this place is VERY popular.

Staff is great on their customers receiving exactly what was ordered and how it's ordered. Most staff I have interacted with has been very kind and do no mind correcting an error if made. I believe manager's name is Alma, she is very kind, extremely accommodating and very knowledgeable. I appreciate her services and the services of staff that follower example.
I don’t come to this location often but I had to leave a glowing review of barista Justin!! Long story short, I was in a rush this morning and mistakenly placed my mobile order at the wrong location. BUT Justin was incredibly kind about pointing out my mistake and immediately jumped straight into making my order. He worked as though they were the ones that made the mix up and he was attempting to rectify the situation. Even though it was clearly 1000% my fault. 🤦🏽♀️ I have never experienced nor seen any employee of any business take responsibility for a customer’s mistake just to make the client’s day. Justin is amazing and I hope his regulars remind him daily. Also, my order came out perfect!

As others said, the drive thru is slower than typical Starbucks. However, I wanted to give a shoutout to Ashley who works at this location, she's the best and her kind greeting makes it the best Starbucks for me. Thanks for a great customer service.
The day I went in with 2 friends, there was one machine working, 3 employees working and the lobby was not clean. Seemed like poor use of time. Funny thing is...they all looked busy doing "stuff" lol.🤷🏽♀️ Drinks were Great😊

Atmosphere: This Starbucks is a walk-in and drive-through store serving standard Starbucks offerings. The cafe is clean and no visible graffiti. There isn’t a lot of seating inside and outside has a patio. Set up is for grab and go rather than be a hang out space.

This location makes their beverages better than any other nearby Starbucks. Update: had to downgrade from 5 stars.. Been going to this location for years. They renovated last year which made the space smaller and more cramped. They removed the extra space for studying. Also the new cashier needs to improve her service. Was waiting in line while she was having a full on talk show with the guy ahead but had to go. People need to grab their coffee and go man. Didnt get her name but I'm sure the staff knows her because she talks way too much lol. Miss the old Starbucks vibe here. 😪
Our drinks were made excellent but they are super dirty. Inside and out is filthy. There are fruit flies in the drive thru lingering and also by the entrance door. Those issues should've been maintained when they noticed it. Instead they turn a cheek and allow these flies to harbor and breed. Inside is filthy, Dusty and has spider webs. Needs serious attention to detail
I came here on Thanksgiving and my whole order was incorrect. I ordered a hot caramel macchiato and a black ice tea lemonade and a banana nut bread. First off the black ice tea didn’t have lemonade in it. My hot caramel macchiato was way to hot. And they didn’t have my banana nut bread. They gave me a refund for the bread. But the young gentleman had a very bad attitude and took him forever just to help me. I understand it’s busy on the holidays. But if your not customer service friendly, you shouldn’t work at any kind of fast food service.
One of the slowest stores I consistently go to. On average either in the store, drive thru or pick up you can expect a 20 minute wait. Not exactly sure what the reason is but I suspect they do not have enough equipment to keep up with the demand in this area. Hopefully the store can do something about this.
The music was very laud inside so people had to scream to be able to hear each other. The lady at the cashier didn't really like her job. The rest of the workers were nice.

Always a mistake with the order. And it takes forever
I come here often and today I decided to do drivethru. I don’t mind waiting at all but if im waiting for horrible quality products then THATS A PROBLEM. My sausage and cheddar was HORRIBLE. Not only was it BARELY luke warm on the outside the middle was completely cold. I work a 9-5 and sometimes this sandwich is the only thing in my system FOR THE MORNING. My drink tasted so off the thankfully it was still good. So annoyed
This location is far too slow for the amount of people it pulls in. I had a mobile order that was placed well in advance of the ETA, and it still wasn’t ready in time. My order ended being 8+ minutes later than the app’s ETA and it was “conveniently” ready by the time I was able to get to a cashier to try and cancel/refund the order for the lack of communication as to whether or not it was even being worked on. This has happened to me multiple times at this location, and I do not see myself coming back again.
Please fix your drive thru speaker. The staff act like they can’t hear me. I go to several Starbucks locations and never have an issue with the drive thru speaker except this location. It’s been a repetitive issue and has been ongoing for far too long. How hard is it to get a technician to replace with a better speaker?
They advertise that they open at 4:30 am. I had a 4am run. Drove across town to hit the drive-thru. Pulled up at 4:31 am. Sat there until 4:40. No one bothered. Proceeded to drive thru & out and there were two employees standing in there chit chatting. I won't be returning. Don't advertise early open if you aren't going to serve.
I usually go to this Starbucks because of easy freeway access, now I'll rather drive 2 or 3 extra miles than to go to this Starbucks. Multiple time my orders are wrong, and today I ordered a hot drink and they gave me a faulty cup causing the hot drink to spill all over my hand. I took pictures of the cup and hand if a rep wants to talk on how they can improve on there customer service also to time stamp that I really was there additionally I payed with my debit card. Ill enjoy my sore hand for the rest of the day.
Did a mobile order and was told after 3pm you have to get in the drive through line and pick up order. Advised manager there was no sign saying that’s the rule after 3 and she only said sorry I’ll make sure to put a sign out the next time. She didn’t make an attempt to hand me my items or anything, bust just a sorry. The line was wrapped around the store with like a 30min wait. I’ve been a customer at this location for 6 years and I am very disappointed!!!
got to the drive thru 5:15 left 5:40 with no drinks. 2/25/23 only 3 baristas in there, all lil fkn kids, we were watching them thru the window, one was on her phone, one kept going to the restroom, and they all just kept talking they seemed to not be making drinks and were only taking orders when someone approached the window. i have NEVERRR had to wait this long in a starbucks line and i’m not gonna drink something that came from someone right after using the bathroom. it was one white boy one fat black girl and one girl with purple/pink hair. if you’re gonna hire little kids, make sure they know proper customer service and aren’t there to just fk around.
Was in the drive thru for almost half hour and there were only 2 cars in front of me. I ordered my drink and a blueberry muffin. My blueberry muffin tasted like bacon. Which tells me that they don't clean their microwaves out. And it wasn't even a good bacon taste. I didn't take it back because I was already on the freeway. My drink tasted good. That's about it.
Crowed drive thru with 10+ cars majority of the time. Walk-in customer to avoid some of the cars. Only to be looked at, ignored and wait for 6 of those cars to pull forward and have their order taken while the inside customers just stood there waiting. This location should be a drive thru only.........
Star Bucks isn't my first choice for "good coffee". Fact is, I don't know where good coffee can be found. I don't think most people even know what good coffee taste like. Bitter does not equate to good coffee. As far as this location is concerned, I asked for the cream and flavoring together on the side. I always ask for it that way so I can mix it myself when I go through the drive in. First, the young man on the mic was confused by my request but then said " not a problem, that will be $2.65. When I got to the window, a young woman said "that will be", something over $4! My Filipino wife wasn't having it and started in on the woman. The woman said that because I ordered cream and flavoring on the side that I would have to pay more and that after working there for over 7 year, she knows that is how they do it at Starbucks. It already took 30 minutes just to get to the window and now I get one of those know it alls. I won't be going back to that Starbucks...
First, I asked for a Hot Caramel Machiatto with soy milk and I got a cold one, I understand the mistake.. They replace and gave me a hot with regular milk and no caramel at all which I ended up throwing away tasted bad, so I end up losing my money. Did not have the time to comeback
Seriously. This team on November 19 @ 9am have a problem. Asked for a caramel brulee frap and twice they can't make it right. There's another customer with the same complaint. Asked me for a replacement and I said caramel frap. Still bad. The fourth one was not satisfactory either. It's the team they have this morning. What bothered me is no one cared to apologize or make time to make things right. Hearing "we'll make you another one" four times is not fun. And being looked at as if something is wrong with you and watching them whisper behind the bar is just insulting. Product and service are both unacceptable.

Worst starbucks in the world. Waited 30 minutes for a drink. Go up to the cashier and ask how much longer. She can't find my order so i just get a refund and leave. I have been to Washington DC, NYC during morning rush hour and never waited 30 minutes. They have 8-9 employees and its just terrible service. Extremely slow. Would not recommend ever.
After several times ordering the "Honey" Citrus tea, I had to finally call after leaving the drive thru and tasting my very bland tea to ask why I couldn't taste the "Honey"or lemonade?, for the Starbucks clerk to say 'we're out!, But we have packets of honey you can come back to get.' Seriously, they couldn't say that before I ordered or left?! I only went to this location because others nearby weren't open yet. Will drive further next time, as their service always suck! Also I have never seen anyone there clean their hands!, ,After doing other things before touching the tops of cups and stems!! !
This morning I went To this location to order myself and my sisters coffee before we head to work, when I first got inside to order the girl at the cash register was very nice, after I got my drinks, all of the drinks looked and tasted horrible and the baristas did not care, my sister ordered iced chocolate shaken espresso and it didn’t have any milk in it and there was so much cocoa powder at the bottom! It was a chocolate shaken almond milk espresso! There was no milk and it was NOT shaken!!! One of the other drinks was a OATMILK extra ice espresso Once again no milk just ice and coffee and water and barely any ice. I asked her to put more milk and she got upset and put a tiny drop of milk. As she was doing that she was talking to the other worker who had my breakfast sandwiches and she came up to me and literally threw them at me and walked away with a smirk. I was shocked and did not know what to say at that moment. Everyone grabbing their drinks looked disappointed! I understand it gets crazy there but at least put someone on drinks who knows what they’re doing! I get Starbucks about 365 days a year and I order the same thing every single time, I know what my drinks suppose to look and taste like these drinks weren’t it!
I went today through drive thru they where actually moving pretty fast today but I ordered a bacon egg sandwich and I received it with no bacon like really this is not what I asked for🤦🏾♀️
Today 2:30 pm, remodel location, no open refrigerator anymore, ask for an Eggs&Chedar protein box if they have, young girl at front went back stage came back and handed me that. I paid then i see the tape was removed, she said all like that. I ask for salt (no salt in that box). She did not give it to me at first. I saw a bunch of them in the back counter. She said it s only for beverage not for food. Please some one train her before getting fired for bad service.
Ordered a Trenta refresher with no ice and I only got half of the cup filled with my drink I asked them why is it filled half way the Manager told me that’s how there supposed to make it with no ice. I’ve been to several Starbucks ordered many strawberry refreshers with no ice and it’s always filled to the top or close to it. Seems kinda pointless to order a trenta if there going to fill it up half way and the manager was being rude after I told them I didn’t want it anymore and to cancel my transaction.

Rude staff to be saying I may have to go around but they had my order ready and no cars behind me? Weird and unfriendly. Do not come here. I don't recommend dealing with the 2 I had spoken to.
There are only 2 electrical sockets available and two employees were using them in the lobby instead of leaving them for customers. Tried to go to the counter to order and the employee kept looking down at her phone, wouldn't even acknowledge me there. Terrible service, terrible atmosphere. I just walked out. Dont think they even noticed it was so bad.
I’m a truck driver, the drive through is the only way open is to Order. I CANT go in the drive through with my truck and they didn’t let me order on the window SMH. If It wasn’t for the truck drivers u wouldn’t have anything to work with in there.
