Winchell's Donut House

Great! Service was absolutely amazing and the (2) dozen doughnuts and (2) carafes of coffee were prepared with creme and cups to go.

Their new chocolate or donut holes cream puff are so addictive. Coffee is always made fresh.

It was early, so there weren't too may homeless to contend with. Donuts are always yummy, place was clean, the help was helpful!

I love it so much. This location is the best. I came all the way from leimart park just to get here.

Every time I have come to this location, the donuts, coffee, and other items are always fresh. They have lots of traffic in and out of their facility. Everyone even in passing seems pleasant. You don't have to worry about solicitors. Wonderful.

I just had it for the first time! SO MUCH CHEAPER THAN KRISPY KREME! I get headaches from the frosting KK uses, and I tried Winchells for the first time, no headache! Not to mention, the donuts were MASSIVE!!! I recommend coming at night, especially for those with autism/sensory issues, anxiety, or anyone that doesn’t like the public! Please, try it!

Since the staff mostly wears facemasks and they wear no name tags, I can't tell you which one it is. She angered me today....I didn't say anything though so as to avoid conflict but she is the cause of me editing my review today from 5 to 4 stars. I get real disappointed when I'm stuck with her 😞.

This is a hit and miss place.. they push the fresh donuts to the front window where you can see them and give you the donuts in the rear that have been sitting there most of the day.

We used to frequent the Winchells on 190th and Anza when I was a kid...they had the BEST donut holes. I wanted them for my birthday so I took my son and boyfriend who had a bear claw and a sugar donut which they said were alright. But the donut holes were sooooo disappointing. They were not at all like they used to be, and the workers were not friendly at all. We won't be back.

Donuts are good.i wouldn't say the best. But I was in line to purchase a drink. 3 workers behind the counter and it took a while for someone to notice I was standing there. I should of spoken up.But shouldn't they be aware of their surrounding.the place is not big.

One of the lady's there working has a very bad attitude, rolling her eyes every time I ask for something. And gets upset when asked for condiments napkins etc. This is a restaurant I mean if your unhappy with your job maybe she should quit.

I went to this place this morning with my cup, this particular cup that on most places they charge me $1 to fill it up, this place charged me $2.58 I got charged for 2 refills. That's it I'm not going there any more.

Place is a hang out for the homeless until 5 a.m., at which time they converge on the laundromat next door and block people trying to do their laundry

I have gone many times at night to Winchel's Donut House, the donuts there don't seem fresh and they never have a variety of donuts.

I asked the lady at the counter a simple question, but she stared at me with no answer. It took me a minute, but I realized she didn't understand English that well.. maybe you should have someone at the register who understands English.. and FYI the selection and prices aren't great. I live across the street and I avoid coming here if possible

First and last time im going there. The customer service is bad. And the donuts dont taste fresh. And i guess im not the only unhappy customer.

Went there around 11 pm. There was a very poor selection of doughnuts. The man working was rude and saw that he had more doughnuts in the back, but he refused to bring them out. I left and went else where and will never return to that shop

I had a terrible experience here the staff charged me for an extra chocolate milk that I didn't ask for and then accused me of theft then they checked the surveillance camera and saw I had ordered just one chocolate milk and I had taken ONE but they had charged me for TWO not coming back to say the least didn't even apologize

This girl, I don't know her name, had the audacity to want/ tried to give me the same bagel that another customer had returned a few minutes ago, and the worst thing is that I was there watching when the customer returned it open, I mean it was obvious that the customer had touched. And when I told her I didn't want that same bagel, they still get upset and unapologetic. What a shame because that place was one of my favorites. TO THE BUSINESS OWNER, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE TRAINED HOW TO HANDLE FOOD RETURNED FROM CUSTOMERS.

They constantly run out of cream cheese for the bagels , or the toasters are not warm to toast bagels. To make things worst, they dont give you enough vanilla for your coffee, they want to charge now for your coffee to taste like vanilla lol.

Went in at 9PM on a friday and there were only a hand full of donuts. When I asked the guy said that that is all I can choose. That he was going to take about 2 hours for the next batch. Wow. So I went to Krispy Kreme.

Every Saturday when I go the young worker on shift tells me there’s no ingredients to make iced or frappe coffees🤦🏻‍♀️this only happens when he’s on shift when it’s another worker they always make my frappes!
