We really like the tapas concept where you can choose from the plates they offer you on a big tray. Some of the tapas were (too) cold, a pitty. Also a large selection inside to choose from. But it was difficult to get there with all chairs occupied because of the small gaps between the tables and chairs

Muy decepcionada, acostumbrada a otro Lizarran de la zona pensaba que iba a ser igual y cuando fue a este.. La comida dejaba mucho que desear, nos ofrecieron un buffet cuando no es lo habitual en esta empresa. Salían muy poquitos platos calientes y la mayoría insípidos, hechos con muy poco amor… Las chicas que habían eran majas pero un poco a la suya, no estaban muy pendientes de las mesas.

After giving it several chances and saying "not again," I decided to give it one more, and I'm never going back. The chistorra sausage was cold and felt like chewing gum; it wasn't like it used to be when you bit into it and the juice squirted out. As for the hot skewers, the sausages only came out about three times, with a limited selection. Seeing that they weren't bringing out any other skewers, we ordered fried squid, which at least was decent, but don't ask for lemon—they don't have any. The crispy eggplant tapa was passable. In short, 70 euros between two people, and we won't be back. It's not what it used to be, and everything is more expensive and of worse quality.

Sitio horrible. La comida fría y DURA. Nos sablan 50 pavazos por tres tapas mal cocinadas. Lo único que se medio salva es el servicio. Sitio para no volver. Precios desorbitados, tres euros aprox un trozo de pan enano y frio con una chistorra fría y enana también. Horrible experiencia.

Que desastre otra cosa no puedo decir,de lo peor que he estado en mi vida. La ensalada en mal estado pero como yo soy un tío valiente me la comí creo que era u os 3 euros y ahí no había nada. Las dos croquetas dudo que fueran caseras sin sabor claro esta. El gazpacho en vez de casero de cualquier marca de supermercado barata. Los huevos rotos sin sabor alguno. Horrible no podía ser peor nunca más vengo,luego esta que se cae cerveza al suelo y la chica pasa de todo hasta que lo ve su compañero y lo limpia eso si el cubo no tenía ni agua encima sucio. Todo por el medio,la de la cocina sacando cartones mientras que los clientes comían "22h30" no es momento a ver si lo entendéis. Hechandole un limpiador que podría llegar al cliente en fin no tenía. Cultura ninguna de la gastronomía pero ninguna,yo cocinarla mejor,serviría mejor,limpiarla mejor que 3 de ellas. Se me olvidaba,me da un vaso con hielos sucio,imagino que en el mismo lavaplatos que ponen todo ponen los vasos,gran error debe de haber uno para vasos y cubierto y otro para todo lo demás. Y diréis y que sabe este??? Pues yo estuve trabajando en Suiza kanton de thun en el hotel bellevue-au-lac en su restaurante y se de lo que habló es para que vaya sanidad que experiencia más desagradable. Quería dejarles propina pero esque era demasiado y encima 25 euros no me lo podía creer increíble jamás lizarran ya no voy a ninguna franquicia vuestra hace años iba a menudo pero ahora el McDonald tiene mejor calidad,Chao y hasta nunca. Por cierto no lo recomiendo para nada y no le pongo un 0 por que no puedo me siento estafado.

Mala experiencia, servicio desorganizado con la gestión de la cuenta, porque nos estaban cobrando de más por un error de ellos, y solo rectificaron cuando exigimos que nos mostraran la cuenta. Además vimos como desanimaban a varios clientes y no se terminaban sentando. Para ser las 22:00 la vitrina vacía y poca variedad de comida. He estado en otros locales de Lizarran y nunca había tenido este problema. Sin embargo, en el de La Condomina la experiencia fue decepcionante.

Increíble el servicio. Mala actitud por parte de las trabajadoras, menos la encargada. Te pides buffet y al pagar te hacen contar los palos en plan humillante, para eso no pagas buffet. Encima cuando nos va a cobrar una de las chicas, le dice a mí hija ,que estaba sentada en la trona jugando, que si encima la iba a distraer... en un tono mejorable. Poca coordinación en general y mal servicio

Servicio pésimo, nos sentaron en la parte de las mesas de izquierda y las bandejas no llegaban en ningún momento. La comida de ayer por la noche y recalentadita en el micro. Yo me he replantearía seriamente los criterios de selección del personal. Casi pasamos 1 hora esperando la cuenta, después de pedirla 20 veces a 4 personas distintas. 36€ la cuenta por no comer. Una pena. No lo recomendaría para nada.

Saturday at 10:00 PM, the place was packed and the display cases were almost empty. A disgrace. Little variety, poor organization, and prices completely disproportionate to what it is. Four of us paid almost €60 and had to go somewhere else because we left hungry. A terrible experience. I won't be back for anything.

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero. Let's start with the worst: we were seated and they didn't bring us plates or cutlery, so we had to take them from the next table, which did have them. They brought our beer without a glass. The hot tapas on the bar were cold. They brought out three hot ones and kept bringing them back endlessly. We ordered some Lizarran potatoes hoping for something hot... I think the photo says it all, but it was nothing like that. A very small plate, hardly any sauce, and four pieces of undercooked bacon... We'd given up on this place a while ago, but today we decided to give it another chance. We'll never go back. This doesn't happen at other Lizarran restaurants.

A terrible experience. They advertise a buffet, but it's anything but. The food is incredibly slow to arrive. They make you wait and wait for the next bite, even when your stomach is practically shutting down. I expected much more from this establishment. Honestly, if I were the owner, I'd close the place down or put ten people in the kitchen to speed up the service. In conclusion: It's not worth coming here, even though it's supposed to be a buffet.

I'm used to going to this chain in other locations. I thought it would be just as efficient here. This Saturday I went to the one in this shopping center. Nothing could be further from the truth. In over an hour, only one hot skewer came out. I figured I'd have to order something from the menu to get a decent meal. I ordered two dishes, and both were served cold. There were lots of waitresses, but none of them were paying attention to the customers. They seemed more concerned with personal conversations with their colleagues and using their cell phones than with customer service. It's strange to eat in a place where you hear comments like, "Girl, it's not my turn to leave yet. How awful." The last straw after all this is asking for the bill; they ask for a moment, please. Of course, out of politeness, I say no problem, that I might be busy. To my surprise, the job was to go off to a corner, laugh, and show her phone to her colleague… After that, I had to ask another colleague for help after a full 15 minutes because she forgot about us… I understand that you should go out to eat without rushing, especially during the Christmas season. But a LARGE place with about 10 occupied tables and 6 or 7 waitresses doesn't seem reasonable to me. I don't mind waiting if I'm served, but I think that for personal matters and such, out of respect for the paying customer, a different attitude is required. I will definitely go to Lizarran. But not to this one.

Well, today I had the worst restaurant experience of my life. We arrived on a Sunday at 2:30 pm, and the restaurant was empty. They offered us this buffet with tapas, but there were only three kinds of tapas, two of which came with potato salad (scammers!). We ordered from the menu, specifically the trio of meats (they told us they were out of pork shoulder), the sirloin steak with Roquefort sauce (they served us frozen potatoes), fried fish (they made a mistake and gave us mushrooms instead of shrimp), and a hamburger (an hour and fifteen minutes later they said they were out of the sauce). Two hours to get our food in an EMPTY restaurant; we were the only ones there. To top it all off, they told us it was taking so long because there's only one cook on Sundays, and they weren't used to such large groups. THERE WERE SIX OF US. Because of the mushroom problem, they offered to give us shrimp instead, but far from fixing it, they brought us some kind of oily fritters that were more batter than shrimp—a disgrace. I've had an upset stomach all afternoon; I hope I don't wake up feeling sick tomorrow. This place used to be a good restaurant. The last time we went a month ago, we ordered the exact same thing, and everything was good, but THEY'VE DECLINED THE QUALITY OF ALL THEIR PRODUCTS. The meat isn't the same, the potatoes are now frozen, we tried a croquette, and it was more of the same. Now I understand why it was empty; I give them at most two months open. SCAMMERS. On top of that, they charge €100 for low-quality food. I hope they get shut down.

As you can see in the photo, the reality of the dish was very different. Most of the waiters had no idea what was in the dishes; I don't blame them, but they weren't able to help us. The dish was missing ingredients, the mayo-truffle sauce tasted like aioli, the entrecote was like chewing gum, the peppers were hard, and the price was really excessive for what they offered. My friend and I ordered the same dish, and they differed in several ingredients. They offered us a scoop of ice cream if we left a good review, which I obviously declined. Terrible service.

Ordered cooked food and drinks. The food was semi-cold and tasted reheated. Sent it back. Did not enjoy the experience and will not return. The bill did not appear to refund the inedible dish.
