Of the three Argentinian restaurants that I tried in Cartagena, this one had the best steak BY FAR. Perfectly seasoned and cooked. The ambiance is both classy and casual, and it's in one of the nicest parts of town.

OMG amazing food you get bread and dips these were amazing and thats just as you sit. They bring you 3 bottles such a cool way to present the menus. We had jug of red wine, water. The two of us went for grilled aubergine these were like sweet and meaty deep flavour, roasted red peppers were to die for and tbe black pudding was also lovely. We then had the rib eye steak (melted in your mouth very nicely and simply cooked finished with salt) and the ribs were also simply cooked with lemon amazing flavour. Both served with a salad and potatoes. We finished the meal.with duche de leche pancake. Do come here if you want amazing food, we paid 535,720 COP and for what we had well worth it. For us comparing to Northern Ireland prices it was great. Yes we paid less for food in other areas of Colombia but this is Cartenga. We spent a few hours enjoying grest food and our waitress looked after us. Decor is cool

I wasn’t terribly hungry before going but needed to eat. Me and my husband liked the atmosphere from the outside so we gave it a try. We took suggestions for the entraña (400g), and shared it between the two of us with an added side salad. He was smitten with the steak and repeatedly said it was the best he’s had for the whole month we’ve been in Colombia. It was well seasoned and not too salty. We ordered medium and it was just right. The fries and chimichurri were good. The salad was not much as it’s only shredded iceberg and tomato slices. However it was decently seasoned. Garlic Bread was ok. The star was definitely the steak. We also really liked the fun personality and atmosphere of the restaurant. Bathroom was clean with plenty of soap and paper towels. Staff was nice. We got our plates super fast. Which shocked us because every single place we’ve eaten at before seems to move in slow motion. Good food. Good atmosphere. Little pricey but would definitely return!

This place was absolutely beautiful! This place is so picturesque! And the food? AMAZING! I keeping think about it til this day. The staff is super friendly and very attentive. 100/10 !!

They have rotary phones on the table!!! Must be so you can call and brag to all your friends that you got a seat. This food is some of the BEST I have tasted in Cartagena (sorry, not sorry). It was not busy but it definitely should be. I had the melt in your mouth, seasoned to the standards of a Saint grilled chicken with lemon. I was embarrassing myself by eating like a starving vegabond but I couldn't stop myself, apologies to anyone who had to witness this carnage. Staff was friendly and everything was timely. A must try if you are in Cartagena. You will not be disappointed. The salad was too cute to eat but I did anyway, such a good meal. Get the ice cream with a shot of liquor as a treat to yourself. Thank me later.

If you are in Cartagena, and want to find the best meat restaurant, this is the right choice, everything here is delicious, and this is after I checked 7 different steak restaurants in the city, I highly recommend it to people who love meat 100% worth it 👍👍👍

Fantastic dining experience! They were out of the skirt steak so we tried the grilled steak which seemed to be like a New York strip-style cut. It was cooked to medium-rare perfection! I would recommend this place for a steak dinner whole-heartedly.

The steak was perfectly cooked and flavor on point. Visited twice during my stay. I just wished there was some greens/brocoli,asparagus,cauliflower etc in the restaurant. At an additional cost would be fine. Yes I will visit again.

Caminando lo encontré porque tiene mucha vista. Muy bien ambientado y adornado adoc argentino. Pertenece a una fundación. Muy buena atención, el personal pendiente de todo lo que necesitas. Pedí una hamburguesa argentina , buena y grande . Recomendable

Es un restaurante argentino con una gran decoración del mismo, la carta es bastante peculiar ya que está sobre etiquetas de las botellas, los cortes de carne son grandes y bien preparados, la ensalada es deliciosa, el único inconveniente es que no hay aire acondicionado y el lugar es muy caluroso. Tienen ventiladores pero no son suficientes para todos los comensales. Los precios son medianamente accesibles. Bueno y bonito pero no barato

I'd rate it 5 for the atmosphere and the food without a doubt. But quite honestly, the staff was really depressing. You don't need to be peppy all the time and smiling, but maybe a will to live would be appreciated. Otherwise, the chicken meal was super good along with the steak. It's also kinda pricy. Keep that in mind.

Been here twice already and the beef was so amazing! The chicken is good, but the beef is better. Their sides are delicious too (salad or potatoes). Comes with free bread. The drinks are refreshing. 100% recommend! Pricy but worth it.

This restaurant is a little tucked in. My partner wanted grilled meat for dinner, so I made sure to find that for him! Marzola has a homely vibe. The walls are lined with Argentina type memorabilia and Marzola family pictures. The service is straight forward no pleasantries. Their menu is printed on wine bottles. They give you garlic bread along with chimichurri and another spicy oil to dip. We ordered the chicken and beef shoulder. We were not expecting two chicken breasts to come in an order and the large portion of beef. Everything was cooked so perfect and literally melted with flavor and taste. It was so good for a great price!

Nice and rustic place that has some creative and nice decoration - dominated by Argentinian football fangear. The food was great, both the chorizo & morcilla we had as the starter as well as the steaks we had for the main course. The service was good, the steaks grilled as requested.

Tuve la oportunidad de ir tres veces. La primera vez fue genial. Luego regresé con mi esposa y nos fue mal con ambos platos. Y recientemente estuve con amigos y también nos fue mal. Los cortes no tan buenos y la calidad ya no es la misma. El ambiente sí muy bueno, pero ya la comida no es igual.

Antes de ir al lugar revisamos un par de reseñas. Efectivamente los precios varían hasta a la hora de cobrar, no es mucho la diferencia pero igual te genera desconfianza. En general es lugar es muy lindo y atractivo en su decoración, bastante llamativo y te da un buen ambiente. Pedimos una parrilla Argentina, está vez por un valor de $63.000, con la que pueden comer dos personas 400 gr de carne jugosa y deliciosa, con 2 chorizos argentinos acompañados con papas. Limonada natural $7000 La atención, nada del otro mundo. Plato: 8/10 Atención: 7/10 Ambiente: 9/10

Provoleta semi cruda Mollejas quemada Entraña estaba bien El servicio muy lento.. y una vez que te sirven no vienen a preguntar si esta todo bien.. Solo 2 mesas ocupadas , incluyendo la nuestra, 2 meseras y un mozo.. todos en el telefono.. El servicio parecia que no querian estar ahi.. La decoracion simpatica 1 chorizo 1 molleja 1 provoleta 2 entrañas 2 sodas 2 limonadas de coco Por casi 200 dolares (COP 680K) esperaba algo mejor....y la propina te la enchufan en la cuenta... In summary: the venue is nice and the staff does its best to ensure a good service but the food quality is average-low. The bread was certainly old. We ordered a "choripan" which was ok (as I said, the bread was old but the sausage was ok) and a baked provola which wasn't too good. Everything was loaded with garlic. Personally, it's not a place where I would come back.

Pricey and decent taste, but not great meat. We were a couple who started with provoleta a la parilla. Very good. The cocktail (Maracuya Margarita) was also good. But the ribeye was not very tender but rather tough and stringy. And the wine was close to icecold when served. Not once did the waitress ask what we thought about the food, if we want sideorders, (that arrived late), some water or dessert. I’m curious: don’t they train people as waiters in Colombia? Just put the menu on the table and then bring the bill when you ask for it? (With the propina added without asking, which is the courteous way to do it). 400,000 COP for one drink, two glasses of ice-cold wine, one shared small starter and two chewy steaks. Hmmm

Beautiful place, but poorly managed. The decoration is spot on and you should definitely go there, have a look and drink something small.. They bring the menu over bottles, which is an original idea but already first trap : the menu says the prices do not includes taxes. Well we are not in the USA, if you should display a price, you display the final price, not an intermediate value... Because of that I didn't dare to spend too much money, not knowing what I would expect in the end... I ask then for a starter, all good. a main "sorry we don't have it", well this is one of the first rules of managing a Restaurant, if you don't have it you don't put it on the menu or you at least inform the customer while giving the menu of what you have and don't... So that he doesn't spend 15min to pick something which is not available! I asked then for a drink and same issue they didn't have it... So I gave up and only got a starter (was delicious, the provoletta) and another drink. Their chimichurri was also really great (but the bread they gave for it wasn't... They tried to improve it with just the right amount of oil and salt but bad bread remained bad bread). I didn't judge the meat as they didn't have what I want, and the other choices were so expensive, that I could also eat it in my country... I eat meat everyday while I am in Colombia because it is usually cheap, if it isn't cheaper, nothing wrong with the meat back home and pointless to eat it here sorry....

We went here because we wanted to eat well for our last night. We didn't bother some higher prices as we had a special night. However the food was not worth the quality of the food. It wasn't bad food (hence the 2 stars), but it certainly didn't live up to our expectations. The quality of the meat is fine but especially the sides are truely disappointing. Apart from the prices, there were extra fees. We had to pay extra for 2 sides in stead of 1 (they make you choose between potatoes or salad). And of course it is quite common to pay propina over the bill, however this restaurant also charges 8% tax wich apparently wasn't included on the prices on the menu. Personel was fine and the place looks nice, but in our experience definitely not worth the money.

We were drawn in by the decor, but the food was very underwhelming. The black sausage was good, but the tri-tip which we ordered was of poor quality and despite ordering medium came extremely rare and was quite salty. Also the saltiest chimichurri I have ever had, and the grilled peppers we ordered never came. Overall a disappointing experience in a city full of amazing restaurants.

Lastima que el pésimo estado del baño y la mala atención de una de las personas que trabaja allí dañe lo que debería ser una experiencia agradable, aunque tenían capacidad libre la persona encargada de la caja estaba más pendiente de desocupar el lugar que de prestar un buen servicio y lo logro, no volveremos a ocupar ese espacio.

The place is worming and painstakingly decorated and that is why I decided to visit it. After 15 minutes of waiting for someone to give us a menu let alone a greeting one waiter came and ask if we needed a menu. 10 minutes later the menu was literally thrown to us. After that we decided to exit, if this is the beginning how will it be at the end. While waiting I was able to take quite a few pictures. There were very few patrons so there was no reason for this type of attitude. Can't say food is good or bad since did not try anything. One thing I like to make clear is that I hate to give any restaurant a one start review when I do it is more a wake up call to owners and staff.
